Still More Interesting Facts Surrounding Aaron Alexis and FFCHS

by Anthony Forwood

“When the Aaron Alexis story broke, some TIs contacted FFCHS to advise they knew him from FFCHS programs, confirmed FFCHS board member, Timothy White.”

- Back in February of 2011, Alexis reported to a doctor that he was suffering from tinnitus. He stated that he had been suffering from it since 2009, when he was in the Navy. [1]

- A friend of Alexis’ in Fort Worth named Nutpisit Suthamtewakul claimed that Alexis “always thought someone was trying to hurt him”, and that “he was afraid of people”. [3] How far back this goes is uncertain, but it can be assumed that it was while Alexis was still in the military, since Fort Worth is a military base. This claim indicates that Alexis was already suffering from paranoia long before he ever got involved with FFCHS. This means that he would have already been at a point of suggestibility where he would likely buy into whatever FFCHS members might have told him or whatever he might have read on their website.

- Alexis had a past history of shooting guns at people (twice before), [1] which may have been something that FFCHS knew about if they were more involved with him than they’re letting on, and this knowledge could have been a deciding factor in using him as a high-profile shooter in order to create an incident that would both promote TIs as dangerous wackjobs in the MSM and give FFCHS some publicity to other potential members who for whatever reason might think they’re being targeted and are foolish enough to turn to them for help.

- The incident Alexis had at the Virginia airport occurred on August 4, and it involved a family that he aggressively confronted for some unexplained reason. [1] He began talking about hearing voices and being followed around shortly after this.

- A month before the shootings, Alexis started telling friends and coworkers that he was a victim of a secret government mind-control program. [2] We can see the possible influence of FFCHS here, since Alexis really had no way to be certain that he was involved in any mind-control program other than to be led to that idea through reading suggestive material on the FFCHS website and because he started hearing voices at about this time. He made no references to anything else that would have led him to believe this. He said nothing about the voices telling him he was involved in any program. However, in my own experience, I’ve noticed that FFCHS members are very quick to insist to TIs that the TI is a victim of electronic mind-control, merely because they show one or a few symptoms that might or might not be caused by it. They will deny any other possibilities, and even gang up on a TI and bombard them with claims in order to try to persuade them to believe what they say. Any TI who is already confused and desperate to understand what’s going on and is seeking any sort of support will tend to give in to such a tactic, at least until they have a chance to clear their heads and think rationally. However, once they accept this situation and allow these people to be their support structure, they never get a chance to clear their heads. In true cultic fashion, the beliefs that are instilled in them are continually reinforced and built on while the threat of abandonment by their support group is either subtly or not-so-subtly made evident if they choose to disagree. So, could Alexis have been involved with FFCHS members long enough to have been influenced this way? The evidence is beginning to show that the answer is yes. Further, the evidence suggests that this involvement is being deliberately covered up.

- FFCHS executive board member Max H. Williams states that he was the person who brought Alexis’ emails to the attention of the other FFCHS board members, and that this occurred after the FBI contacted Williams about the email exchanges. He states that the FBI agents produced an email from Alexis to him, as well as Williams’ response. [2][3] So where is that email response? What had Williams said to Alexis in that email? Why did the FBI approach Williams, when it was Derrick Robinson who supposedly had the longest exchange with Alexis? Was Williams in communication with Alexis prior to Sept. 1? Why was his email not released along with the others? What are they hiding? Is this email (or emails) what the FBI is hiding by not releasing them in an FOI request while allowing Derrick Robinson to freely publish the others?

- Max Williams is another ‘ex’-government employee, having worked in the State Department. [2] Add him to the list of probable government plants working within that highly questionable organization known as FFCHS.

- Apparently, Alexis contacted FFCHS again, just days before the shooting. [2] This completely contradicts the claim that the only emails received were those from Sept. 1 that have been published. What was in this email? Why hasn’t it been released? Why was this email only ever mentioned once, and never again? Why is FFCHS attempting to twist the story to make it appear that Alexis only contacted them on Sept. 1? The more I scour and re-scour news articles about this story and put the pieces together, the more these important little factoids stand out that would have otherwise been overlooked.

- Although all manner of electromagnetic frequencies can be involved in electronic weaponry (as most intelligent TIs know), FFCHS board member Timothy White insists that they are strictly ELF waves, and he says he has to constantly correct Derrick Robinson, who continually refers to microwaves. [2] This suggests two things: that neither Derrick Robinson or Timothy White seem to know anything about the technology (but I think that’s just a ploy used to mislead TIs), and that Alexis’ belief that ELF waves were being used on him stems directly from FFCHS (ELF waves aren’t known to cause V2K). The insistence that these weapons only use ELF waves completely disregards the known methods of inducing V2K, which most commonly uses microwaves. That FFCHS would attempt to disregard microwave technologies is very questionable. The misunderstandings that this will cause many TIs who trust these people’s supposed intelligence will certainly slow down their ability to deal with their problem. FFCHS must certainly realize this.

- Although it appears that a total of six emails were exchanged between FFCHS board members and Alexis, [4] this doesn’t account for those that Williams admitted to FBI agents having sent him, nor the most recent one that they received only a few days before the shooting. I posted all but the sixth of these published emails in my a recent blog (Was Washington Shooter Aaron Alexis an FFCHS ‘Success’?), and the sixth one would be the final one where Derrick Robinson suggested that they communicate through Instant Messaging, which Alexis never responded to. So where does Williams’ email exchange fit in? And what about the most recent one? Obviously, something is totally amiss here, and there were more exchanges going on than are being admitted to. Since only those emails that were exchanged between Derrick Robinson and Aaron Alexis have been released, and because a Freedom of Information request to the FBI for any information relating to FFCHS and Aaron Alexis resulted in the response that that information was exempt from FOI requests, we can be fairly certain that whatever was said between Aaron Alexis and Max Williams, and whatever was in that last email, is being covered up. The FBI wouldn’t bother to withhold all information while allowing FFCHS to release some of it. I believe that FFCHS’s involvement with Alexis was either a complete fabrication (with total government complicity), or else Alexis was being directed and controlled by someone at FFCHS (perhaps Max Williams?) as part of a government sanctioned shooting.

- An interesting statement that was made by Julianne McKinney (another ‘ex’-government agent deeply involved with FFCHS) in her report on gang-stalking and electronic harassment from as early as 1992, is the following:

The long-term objectives of these harassment and experimentation campaigns appear to be quite fundamental; viz.,

(1) induce a sense of perverted “loyalty” toward the very agencies engaged in the individual’s harassment, to confuse his or her priorities where the possibility of obtaining legal redress might be concerned;

(2) redirect the targeted individual’s feelings of hopelessness, anger and frustration toward racial and ethnic groups, and toward select, prominent political figures, to include the President of the United States; and

(3) force the individual to commit an act of violence, whether suicide or murder, under conditions which can be plausibly denied by the government.

A question arises as to how she could have possibly known this in 1992. At the time that she wrote her report, she had only interviewed about 20 to 30 people claiming to be targeted, and there hadn’t been enough time for things to unfold for this sort of conclusion to be drawn. I mean, after all, she’s saying (based only on her very small number of interviews) that TIs were being perverted in their loyalties to government agencies, that their frustration was being redirected towards select targets, and that they were being coerced to act violently. There’s very little in her report (that I can remember offhand) that would indicate that more than one or two of the people she interviewed had ever gone to or even contemplated such drastic measures. That all came later. She’s either a psychic, or she was preparing the stage for what was to come. As I will repeatedly say, we’re dealing with a MAJOR psyop that has been going on since the start of MKULTRA and which has many active arms, and gang-stalking and electronic harassment are just two small aspects of it. It includes satanic groups, secret societies, New Age cults, pedophile rings, serial killers, ‘lone nut’ shooters, drug trafficking networks, sex slavery, arms dealing, and of course, mind control and mind-control technologies.

Just to put McKinney’s statement into perspective, at the time that she wrote her report, satanically-inclined serial killers like Jeffrey Dahmer were at their greatest height and reports of satanic abuse were beginning to increase dramatically (a survey of 800 psychologists in the San Diego area in 1992 revealed that between them, they had received 5,731 reports of satanic ritual abuse from their patients), and the False memory Syndrome Foundation was established that year by known pedophiles and MKULTRA researchers to counter the growing claims of SRA and pedophilia that were directly linked to secret government programs like MKULTRA, and from those to the elite’s international pedophile/sex slave ring. But ‘lone nut’ shooters were still incredibly rare in 1992, and their numbers would only begin to increase in the following years. Interestingly, most of them that lived to tell about it would describe having heard voices that compelled them to act out Here’s a list of ‘lone nut’ shooters I’ve compiled that goes back to before McKinney’s report: Patrick Purdy in 1989, Carl Campbell in 1991, Wayne Lo in 1992, Alan Winterbourne in 1993, Ralph Tortorici in 1994, Christopher Shaw Scalley in 1995, Martin Bryant in 1996, Jillian Robbins in 1996, Luke Woodham and Grant Boyette in 1997, Michael Carneal in 1997, Mitchell Scott Johnson and Andrew Douglas Golden in 1998, Andrew Wurst in 1998, Kip Kinkel in 1998, Eric Harris and Dylan Klebold in 1999, Todd Cameron Smith in 1999, T.J. Solomon in 1999, Larry Gene Ashbrook in 1999, Seth Trickey in 1999, Michael McDermott in 2000, Charles Williams in 2001, Doug Williams in 2003, Jeff Weise in 2005, Kyle Aaron Huff in 2006, Charles Carl Roberts in 2006, Suleiman Talovic in 2007, Seung-Hui Cho in 2007, Richard Ayala in 2009, Tim Kretschmer in 2009, Jiverly Wong in 2009, Nidal Malik Hasan in 2009, Jared Lee Loughner in 2011, Eduardo Sencion in 2011, Ross Truett Ashley in 2011, T.J. Lane in 2012, Ian Stawicki in 2012, James Holmes in 2012, Wade Michael Page in 2012, Andrew Engeldinger in 2012, Jacob Tyler Roberts in 2012, Adam Lanza in 2012, and Aaron Alexis in 2013.

As I said, Julianne McKinney must either be psychic to have predicted that far back that TIs would be led to engage in such acts, or else she must have known something about the real agenda of the fascist US government’s terroristic plans for the future and was doing her part to begin to develop an online targeted community to be used for future ‘human resources’ (the internet was just coming online to the public at the time). I remember that her report was already being widely circulated among online conspiracy groups that early on, planting seeds in people’s minds.

If we consider McKinney’s statement above in light of the manner that FFCHS members routinely act, how loyal they are to Derrick Robinson and FFCHS, and how very possible it would be for such an organization to pervert their member’s loyalties while confusing their priorities where issues of legal redress might be concerned (see my repost of BobS’s blog about Derrick Robinson’s losing strategies and ineffectual methods), we can see that what McKinney was describing is exactly what FFCHS seems to be. All that’s missing are the hopeless, angry, and frustrated individuals who are ready to snap… Oh, wait a minute. That’s not right. They already had FFCHS member John Turner of Florida snap and kill his wife and neighbor before killing himself, and then more recently they had Aaron Alexis snap only a few days after he last contacted them. How many others are there that I haven’t yet heard about? How many of those wackjob FFCHS members who harass TIs online and promote the most ludicrous stories are ready to snap… or lead someone else to? (This deserves its own article, describing what FFCHS members did to Nana Faye in an attempt to make her snap. Maybe I’ll get to that some time in the future.)

As I said before, satanists love the double-cross, and this statement by McKinney reeks of one. They like to put the truth out there in plain sight but distorted in such a way as to mislead people in the opposite direction and right into a trap. Julianne McKinney laid it out exactly the way it is, but she wanted her readers to think only in terms of government agencies like the NSA, CIA, FBI, etc. FFCHS, being filled with ‘ex’-government agents that are forever tied to their government masters due to the lifelong oaths they’ve taken, makes it a government agency of sorts.

- If we consider the fact that Derrick Robinson, Julianne McKinney, Max Williams, and Robert Duncan ALL have deep ties to the government (or claim to), that they ALL claim to be TIs, and yet they ALL operate without any apparent repercussions from the government that they claim to be blowing the whistle on (although I have yet to hear any whistling), then we must seriously wonder how that can possibly be, when so many others are being targeted heavily for no apparent reason. After all, FFCHS admits that it’s ultimately the government that’s targeting people, and they claim to have insider information about the technology and to have even worked on it (in Robert Duncan’s case), and yet they consistently fail to utilize that knowledge in any way whatsoever to expose it or even help others find a way to defend themselves against it, except where it profits them personally (and even there, they provide nothing but highly questionable information that doesn’t reveal anything and only leads to false beliefs about the government’s technological capabilities). When was the last time any of them were stalked or harassed by the government, or by anyone else for that matter? They might say that they are, but like Robert Duncan, who interprets my public expose on him and my challenge to discuss his claims in public as ‘stalking’, all the while continually sending me taunting emails, you can be sure that the others in that group will twist facts and lie just the same if they feel it’s necessary to make themselves look legitimate. But as far as I know, Derrick Robinson only ever alludes to some vague past targeting that seems to have ended long ago, Julianne McKinney has NEVER claimed to be targeted, Robert Duncan says he was targeted and forced by his attackers to write his books (making them that much more likely to be disinformation) but doesn’t ever speak about any current targeting and acts exactly like any perp would act. Max Williams and Timothy White I know very little about at this point, but time will definitely tell.

- As for other members of FFCHS that I know about, Dee Hardin, who harasses FFCHS detractors on facebook, doesn’t appear to be any sort of TI at all, and has never described any sort of targeting experiences that I know of. Linda Johnson, who pretends to not like Dee Hardin but is actually working closely with her in this effort by schmoozing with potential targets in order to find out information for Dee, continually uses the same one incident to legitimize herself as a TI, but has nothing more than that to justify calling herself one. Paul Stayton, who I questioned about the merits of his posted claims on the FFCHS website, proved himself to have a typical perp mentality by the manner in which he responded to my questions, as can be seen elsewhere on my blog. Renate Detels, who lives in my city and who I met one day, is a totally paranoid wackjob who literally peers around corners and thinks that every passing stranger is a perp out to get her. You’re in great company when you hook up with FFCHS members! Just the sort of people you want around you when you’re dealing with this stuff for real! Not one of these people can explain how they’re so sure that their experiences are caused by what they claim, and they’re careful to never claim much other than the same old lines that are becoming rather worn out by over-use and sound like they were dictated to them to say. REAL TIs who KNOW that they’re being targeted and aren’t just guessing should be able to provide enough information to show that they took more than just one possibility into consideration before they drew any conclusions about their experiences, and having done so, they would be in a position to defend their beliefs about their experiences using logic and reason. None of these people that I’ve mentioned can do that, and none of them are even interested in doing so. So they obviously never have. They want to believe what they do, no matter how insane it sounds and no matter that such insane claims would never be accepted by anyone who had the power to help TIs. FFCHS knows this very well. These lying members must realize it as well, since they aren’t interested in helping TIs either, and only seek to pursuade them to believe the most ridiculous things. FFCHS wants people like Dee Hardin, Linda Johnson, Paul Stayton, and Renate Detels on their team, so that those gullible people who are easily led to believe in their insane claims will be drawn in, mind-fucked some more, and then sent out to promote the same wacky claims further, making the entire TI community sound like brainless idiots. THIS is the real agenda of FFCHS. And people like Aaron Alexis are just a token bonus for them to take cold-hearted advantage of for their own selfish publicity.

Not one FFCHS board member has shown any remorse for the tragedy that occurred in Washington on Sept. 16, 2013. They have not shown any concern about the matter other than how much publicity it gives them. Think about that, if you still think they’re a legitimate organization that truly has TI’s concerns at heart. Think about how Derrick Robinson dealt with Aaron Alexis, and how YOU would react if you needed immediate help and turned to them, only to be blown off so coldly. Think about that one last email that Alexis sent to them only a few days prior to the shooting, and ask yourself why it was downplayed to the point of being forgotten about and never mentioned again. Think about what it might have said, given the frustration that Alexis was already having in getting help from that organization. Think about why it might have been exempted from release by the FBI.

Don’t take things at face value. FFCHS is one arm of a major psyop campaign, and nothing that’s going on in the TI community is as simple or obvious as it might appear. Look at the little details that are first overlooked regarding the Alexis affair, which I have covered in my last three blogs. Think critically about these details, and how they DON’T add up to the ‘official’ story, but DO add up to an intentional deception and coverup on the part of FFCHS board members and their fascist government masters.

More on Derrick Robinson and Aaron Alexis

by Anthony Forwood

Let’s look at the timeline of events surrounding Aaron Alexis in the days and weeks before he went on his suicidal rampage:

1) Sometime before he started being targeted, Alexis had an altercation with someone at the Virginia Airport, which he later claimed was the probable cause of his targeting.

2) On Aug. 7, Alexis called police claiming that, after the altercation, he was stalked by three people and heard voices through the walls ceiling and floor and that he felt the individuals were pulsing him with a microwave weapon, which kept him from sleep.

2) By Aug. 23, he was in the VA complaining of insomnia without mentioning the stalking incidents. He was prescribed sleeping pills, but just five days later he was back at the VA emergency room asking for more pills, and he was then prescribed an antidepressant.

3) On Sept. 1, Alexis contacted the board members of FFCHS seeking help. Derrick Robinson responded within fifteen minutes, giving Alexis a form-letter type of response. When Alexis responded back, Derrick Robinson appeared to be only interested in whatever information Alexis has to offer about the technology, and suggested that he might be useful on the FFCHS team. At this, Alexis stopped responding.

4) On Sept. 16, Alexis became the suspected mass shooter of twelve people at one of the most secure military bases in the country. He was allegedly killed by police.

5) When Derrick Robinson publicly announced that he had had email communications with Alexis prior to the shooting, FFCHS board member Timothy White claimed that many members had reported seeing Alexis at past FFCHS events.

6) A look at Alexis’ emails to FFCHS reveals that he had no idea of what was occurring regarding his attacks until he found the FFCHS website, and his emails suggest that this was the first time he had been there. However, his past attendance at FFCHS events, and the fact that he already suspected it was ELF weapons as far back as August 7, leads to the conclusion that he had been involved with that organization since at least that date, and this is where he got the information about ELF weapons.

When Derrick Robinson so unconcernedly blew Alexis off in his first email response with a rather cold form-letter response that merely invited him to get involved with their activities, Alexis made absolutely no mention of any earlier involvement with them, which you would expect he would have, considering he was now going to the board members for help. Was he really involved with FFCHS earlier on, or was that just an added piece of disinfo to embellish a false scenario with seeming facts? Who exactly are these members who recall seeing Alexis at these events? Have they been questioned by the FBI as well? If not, why not? What do they have to reveal about this man? Who talked to him at these FFCHS events? Or did everyone just ignore him?

That Derrick Robinson has treated this alleged tragedy as an opportunity for publicity rather than to have shown any remorse at all over what (allegedly) took place, reveals his sociopathic mindset. This raises the question more than anything else as to whether this was a staged event designed to promote FFCHS among the targeted community while making TIs look like dangerous wackjobs to the MSM crowd.

But I’m not so quickly convinced that it was staged. At least not by just one man who ended it with his life. I’m growing more and more suspect that FFCHS, and Derrick Robinson in particular, are satanic to their roots, are tied into the larger network most of us have heard about that involves itself with pedophilia, drug running, satanic activities, sex slaves, ‘lone nut shooters’, and serial killers, and that this shooting incident was designed along similar lines to the Sandy Hook and Boston bombing hoaxes, which have proved in short time how easy it is for the satanists in government and media to fool the public using high-profile events to benefit their evil causes. And FFCHS is evil.

I suspect that Aaron Alexis had been involved with Derrick Robinson for far longer than the latter admits, and that mind-control was being used on Alexis by FFCHS, leading him into the actions that he took.

This isn’t the first person who was involved with FFCHS who suddenly snapped and killed others before they killed themselves. And by the way that FFCHS members act toward anyone who questions their wild claims or the motives of FFCHS, I’d say that they’re ALL under some form of mind-control. Not one of them can discuss anything using logic and reason or without turning the discussion into personal attacks. These are typical perp tactics from people who are so mind-controlled that they can only follow the orders of their FFCHS handlers and repeat only what they’ve been told to repeat while refusing to properly consider other possibilities.

I wouldn’t make this claim about FFCHS and Derrick Robinson except for the fact that I was apparently hit with an electronic attack through the computer while on the FFCHS website, which led me to realize that they’re using electronic weapons on their detractors. I’ve had other strange experiences that tie to them as well, but they’re so insignificant as to not be worth detailing, other than to say that computer hacking is also within their arsenal, and the closer you get to the central figures at FFCHS, the worse these experiences get. The same goes for people involved in other areas of this massive satanic network, such as Michael Aquino, who attempted to use the same methods on me as FFCHS members have. It all starts to tie together into one group using the same tactics as you dig at the different corners of this giant psyop.

Aaron Alexis stated that he had been getting voices for a few months. We don’t know at this point whether it started before or after he got involved with FFCHS, but it seems that it would have been what led him to them. So, given the likelihood that he was already being targeted with electronic weapons before he got involved, how did this belief affect his perceptions of what was going on? If you read his emails (see my last blog), you can see that he already had the ideas in his mind by then that he was being beamed with voices by people nearby, that he was being followed, etc. But he fails to elucidate on HOW he knew this, which is very common with FFCHS members. In my view, I see this as him having been influenced to believe these things early on without ever really analyzing the situations that led him to believe it, as many purported TIs fail to do. I don’t mean to suggest that he wasn’t being targeted or that he didn’t hear voices… I mean to say that the initial altercation at the Virginia airport may have made him paranoid, leading him to information about gang-stalking and electronic harassment, which in turn led him to seek out FFCHS and get involved in their events, which led to him being targeted by FFCHS and ultimately used in a media event that he just happened to become the ideal recruit for. It’s not at all inconceivable that FFCHS would take someone who is already being targeted by someone else and to target them as well with similar weapons, leading them to react violently while all blame for the targeting goes to the other party involved. Satanists LOVE to pull double-crosses on people.

These are my thoughts about all this at this early point. As I do more research and continue to communicate with certain people who have started contacting me to tell me about their experiences with Derrick Robinson and FFCHS, I’ll provide more information and thoughts. I will NOT disclose the identities of those people who contact me to provide information, for their own safety.

Was Washington Shooter Aaron Alexis an FFCHS ‘Success’?

by Anthony Forwood

My last blog was a repost of an older article by a man named BobS about FFCHS leader Derrick Robinson, and it was a revelation to me to find out that Robinson and other FFCHS board members had been in communication with purported Washington Naval Yard shooter Aaron Alexis just two weeks before he went on his suicidal rampage. This being news to me (but obviously not to their 2,000+ members who received the newsletter about it but have said very little about this connection in public), I decided to research the matter a little further. Here are some things that I’ve found out along the way. Some of them may not mean anything, while some obviously do:

1) Source quote: “Early on when the story first broke, the Washington Navy Yard shooter was identified as Navy Chief Petty Officer Rollie Chance. CBS and NBC both reported that Rollie Chance was the suspect and that he was booked at 1:00 PM EDT on Monday the 16th of September. Later NBC News political director Chuck Todd tweeted: “NBC News: we are now NOT reporting name of shooter; retracting the original report and deleting all tweets that mentioned Rollie Chance.” It was interesting to note that even though Aaron Alexis was killed and then crowned the lone gunman in this case, Rollie Chance’s identification was found at the scene.” [1]

2) The same source as above also claims that the shooting was published a day early on a Canadian news website (The Daily Courier). [1]

3) On December 4, 2013, a Freedom of Information request was sent to the FBI, requesting any records referencing the Freedom from Covert Harassment and Surveillance (FFCHS) organization in regards to the Washington shooting investigation. In response, the FBI rejected the request, stating that the records were “exempt from disclosure”. As the person filing the request has noted, and which can be reasonably deduced, this sort of response indicates that there is in fact information on FFCHS that is being withheld by the FBI. [2]

4) Source quote: “When the Aaron Alexis story broke, some TIs contacted FFCHS to advise they knew him from FFCHS programs, confirmed FFCHS board member, Timothy White.” [3] This clearly indicates that Aaron Alexis was more involved with FFCHS than just sending a few emails seeking help in the last few weeks before he snapped. He attended FFCHS gatherings before he ever contacted the board members. Why would he contact the board members if he was already involved with FFCHS members in his area, and would have realized that FFCHS offers no real solutions beyond the suggestion to wear a tinfoil hat? Perhaps there was something more to Alexis’ contact?

5) Aaron Alexis isn’t the first person to go on a suicidal shooting spree after having been in contact with FFCHS. A man named John Turner in Florida apparently bought a gun and shot his wife, a neighbor, and then himself after having been in contact with FFCHS board members. FFCHS claims that he was targeted more heavily for having talked to them. [3] Apparently, even their board members admit that getting involved with FFCHS is VERY dangerous for TIs!

6) Although he doesn’t have any apparent legal restrictions hanging over him about discussing the Aaron Alexis affair, Derrick Robinson refuses to reveal any information that would legitimize the claim that he was in contact with Alexis at all, such as by providing the names of the FBI agents who purportedly talked to him, or the case number for the investigation. This can only mean one of two things: that he’s more involved in this than he’s letting on, or that he’s making it all up. [4]

7) Here are the emails that were purportedly exchanged between Aaron Alexis and Derrick Robinson. Keep in mind that Alexis was already involved in FFCHS programs at this point, according to FFCHS board member Timothy White. Given this fact, the communications don’t sound real, since Alexis suggests in his emails that he only recently discovered FFCHS. Also, BobS’s article that I reposted the other day reveals that FFCHS board members had been exchanging emails with Alexis even before Derrick Robinson got involved, which makes the following exchange equally suspicious:

On Sunday, September 1st, 2013 at 10:31 a.m. Pacific Standard Time, Mr. Aaron Alexis (through his gMail account) wrote to Mr. Derrick Robinson:

Hello,
My name is Aaron. I am ex-navy, and have been working as a contractor for the DoD (Editor’s Note: Department of Defense). I have recently come under attack after blowing up at Norfolk airport in Virginia.

The first attack started coming when I was on assignment in Rhode Island. I was hearing what I though [sic] was people next door telling lies about me. In truth I didn't know that I was under attack and thought I could escape what I was experiencing, by leaving the hotel I was in. It wasn't until it almost cost me my job that I realized that one, I wasn't crazy, and that two that I had to figure out what was going on.

I am glad I found this site, however I need assistance because, I have not allowed them to scare me off my job, but I fear the constant bombardment from the ELF (Editor’s Note: Extremely Low Frequency) weapon is starting to take it's toll on my body. I am currently in DC now near the pentagon. I think I know the specific group in the military that is responsible for developing and assisting the military with [sic].

Any assistance you can give me and at the same time what ever info I can give you on what I know please contact me ASAP.

Derrick,
I have what I believe to be the locations for where they've been developing these weapons for decades. The ELF weapons are part of the weapons systems of most of the modern vessels fielded by the Navy. I want to become part of this effort mostly for self preservation.
The voices they've induced into my head are tiresome. However If [sic] I can figure out how to keep them from disturbing my sleep cycles I would be most interested to find out.

Hi Aaron.

May I ask what kind of work you do? And yes these are mostly ELF weapons. Do you have access to any of the technologies being used against us?

We are also seeking ways to protect ourselves from the electromagetic (Editor’s Note: ElectroMagnetic/electromagnetic was intended) attacks. Sound [sic] like you would be a good addition to our technical team which is researching the devices and how they can be applied.

There is also a good support network in the DC area. I will connect you to them if you'd like.
Call when you can.

I don't have direct access to the equipment, how ever I do have knowledge of where some of the attacks might be coming from. I don't want to call you from my phone, they record everything I've been saying. And because I'm under the employ of the DoD I don't want to risk getting you or my self in trouble. If you can send me info on who to get in touch with, like addresses, I think would be better.
Aaron

[At this point, Derrick Robinson suggested that they communicate through Instant Messaging, but Alexis never responded back.] [5]

Note the time stamps on these emails. Derrick Robinson responded within fifteen minutes of Alexis’ first email, and the entire exchange took place in just over an hour. In spite of the fact that Derrick Robinson claims to get hundreds of these sorts of emails a day, it seems strange that he would be so ready to respond so quickly to anyone with such a blow-off of a response. Either you care enough to put in the time to properly deal with a client, or you show your true lack of concern and immediately blow them off with a form-letter response. Derrick Robinson chose to just blow Alexis off with his first email. When Alexis emailed back and mentioned he knew where the technology was being developed, Derrick Robinson was apparently only interested in gleaning information (or perhaps even the tech itself) from Alexis, and didn’t even acknowledge Alexis’ desire for a means to end his suffering. Derrick Robinson was interested in using Alexis, not helping him. The words are very clear.

Derrick Robinson gave Alexis a form-letter kind of response, and offered absolutely NO suggestions to help Alexis other than to “call or write me anytime for more information about how you can become involved.” Wow. Wasn’t Alexis desperate enough for Derrick Robinson to care about?

Here’s a thought that begins to seem less crazy the more I research this and consider it in terms of what I understand about psyop methods and tactics… The Washington shooting was part of an elaborate psyop, serving its part to promote the TI community through the MSM as filled with dangerously unbalanced people who could snap at any provocation. The inclusion of FFCHS into the story serves to advertise them as the good guys who are just trying to help TIs, no matter how ineffectual they’ve proven themselves to be over the years. Although the fact that FFCHS failed miserably to help Alexis might turn some people away from them, they know that those would just be the more intelligent people that FFCHS has no real use for and wish to avoid anyway. They want the most gullible and paranoid out there to come seeking the sort of help that FFCHS doesn’t even really have to give. So, what evidence exists that Aaron Alexis was indeed the shooter, or that there were even any real victims? Is there any video footage to prove that the shooting actually took place? I haven’t really investigated the Alexis story at this point, so I don’t know, but if there are any of the now-familiar signs that another hoax was played out on the public, then we have reason to wonder about FFCHS’s complicity. Further questions that arise center around the legitimacy of these communications. Are they in fact legitimate, or did FFCHS make this all up and use their secret connections within the government to manipulate the shooting story to give FFCHS some ‘bad’ publicity among MSMers that it’s an organization that entertains the ravings of lunatics, while providing ‘good’ publicity in the alternative community where the lunatic fringe naturally gravitates to (and which the TI community is only one part of), thereby drawing in more prospects for recruitment into Derrick Robinson’s little lunatic cult?

8) It should also be noted how Derrick Robinson publicly responded to the Alexis story after he became involved. He has shown absolutely NO concern over the tragedy, and instead has been happily focused on the publicity that it’s given his organization. [6]

I’d like to point out here as well that in just one day of searching out information on FFCHS’s involvement in this Aaron Alexis incident, I’ve come across a large number of other people who have deep suspicions about Derrick Robinson that I had never realized was so widespread. Apparently, he’s been angering people with his ineffective leadership of that organization since he first started it, all the while feeding off of the donations that seem to be the only ‘legitimate’ purpose for its existence, beyond my own claims that their purpose is to destroy the credibility of the entire TI community by entertaining every wackjob and fake who comes along with the idea that they’re being targeted with scientifically unrealistic technologies, and having them promote their wacky (and totally unproven) beliefs publicly while claiming to be TIs.

[More to come…]

Some Information About Disinformation

by Anthony Forwood

If you were a government and you wanted to hide your true capabilities from your enemies, would you want them to underestimate those capabilities, or to overestimate them?

Most people will probably think that it would be best to lead your enemies to underestimate your capabilities, since you would then have more than what they expected.

But let's consider what situation would result if instead you led your enemies to overestimate your capabilities. For instance, if you put out 'leaked' reports that you had made technological advances in areas of science that were not already well developed or known about, it would lead your enemies to take steps to begin their own research and development in that area just to keep up, thereby wasting their efforts. At the same time, they would have a false impression of what to expect in the case of a potential attack, so that they would also waste efforts in taking steps to defend against it.

By leading your enemies to overestimate your capabilities, a definite advantage is created, where you will know exactly what you really have as well as what your enemies think you have, while your enemies will never be certain of what you might really have laying at the ready, and must assume that what they've been led to believe is true, even if they never see any evidence of it beyond hints and rumors.

On the other hand, if you were to lead your enemies to underestimate your capabilities, the moment you reveal your true capabilities by actually using them, you no longer have that advantage of uncertainty, and you must now worry about your enemies acquiring those same capabilities. You can keep your secret capabilities out of use so that your enemies don't ever discover them, but then there's no point in having them.

So, leading your enemies to overestimate your capabilities is far more advantageous, and this is done through the release of disinformation.

There is one other possible situation that should be considered here. If you have or are developing capabilities that would give you the advantage and thereby lead your enemies to underestimating you, and you want to lead them to overestimate you instead, you can create decoys that will lead them to think the capabilities are something other than what they really are. This situation can be dealt with in a manner that is explained further on in this article, where cover stories are discussed. In this case, the cover stories (are parts of them) are intentionally 'leaked', in order to lead your enemies into false perceptions so that they will take steps that will be wasted.

Let's consider another aspect of all this. What sort of disinformation would be better - that which sounds plausible, or that which sounds implausible?

Most people might think that the more implausible a piece of information is, the less likely it would be considered. However, in the world of secrecy and espionage, nothing is necessarily as it appears, and truths can be hidden in implausible stories as much as they might be found in plausible ones. But, just as we saw in the case of overestimations versus underestimations, creating a level of uncertainty would be in your favor, since an implausible story, although it might signify to the enemy that it's disinformation and will therefore contain hidden truths, investigating it will nevertheless waste a great deal of their time and efforts as they attempt to uncover those hidden truths.

Some real-life examples of this third situation include: using the UFO/alien abduction scenario to cover up mind-control research and technologies; using the events surrounding the purported Philadelphia Experiment to cover up the research into antigravity and stealth technologies*; and using the current exaggerated misconceptions about mind-control technologies to cover up more plausible ones.

Disinformation is usually created preemptively, meaning that a cover story is formulated before an idea for research and development into a prospective technological advancement even gets put down on paper. This occurs at the point when only a minimal number of people know anything about the idea, and it's at this point that cover stories are created that will satisfy the needs of anyone who will be brought in to handle the various aspects of the research and development.

Compartmentalization of information will also be incorporated at the very outset, and different cover stories can be given to the different people working separately on the different components of the overall project, and none of them will ever know that what they are working on might be related to anyone else's work, nor will any of them know what the overall project goal is. As each stage of the R&D is fulfilled, the next stages go through this same procedure, with cover stories being formulated preemptively and new people being brought in to work separately on each of the various components of that stage. Should any information leaks occur, only the cover stories will ever be revealed, since the real goals will remain tightly held by the few people who are in charge of the overall project.

Now, let's consider how this works with respect to someone who is brought in to work on some aspect of a classified project. They can be given a cover story and know that it's false, and this is fine as long as it doesn't hinder their ability to do their work. They're just there to do their job, and they know that the cover story is for their protection as much as it is to protect the security of the project. They accept the cover story and don't ask questions or speculate too much on what the real truth might be, because they know that they could be targeted by the enemy to gain information. This might be accomplished through a variety of social engineering techniques that could be unsuspectingly used on them in an attempt to draw out useful pieces of information, or it might take the form of more drastic methods that could involve their abduction and torture. So, for their own safety as much as for the safety of the project, they work under the pretense of a cover story and don't even speculate on what the truth might be.

Before they're even brought into the project, these people will have undergone extensive security checks, and as soon as they're brought in but before they're told anything about the project, they will be made to sign a security oath that carries extreme penalties if they breach it. Also, throughout the project and possibly for many years after (depending on what they know), they will be closely monitored to assure that the security is maintained.

Because the people working on a classified project can know that the cover story they're given is false, it's implausibility doesn't really matter, as long as it serves to explain the purpose of their work.

In the case where purposeful leaks are desired to throw off your enemies, certain people who are brought into a project can be selected because of their lack of ability to maintain certain levels of security, in which case they will only be given carefully selected information, cover stories, or weak security measures that will lead to possible 'leaks' of disinformation that appears to be valid. In these situations, these people will usually be selected because they're susceptible to believing that the cover story they're given is the truth.

* See Nick Cook's 'The Hunt for Zero Point: Inside the Classified World of Antigravity Technology' for an in depth look at how this implausible disinformation story was used to cover up more plausible R&D, which has effectively led to a gross overestimation (and misconception) of the US government's technological capabilities that continues today.

A Comparison of Robert Duncan to Other Known Disinfo Artists in the Past

by Anthony Forwood

My research started over 20 years ago when I got interested in ufology, and it has naturally led into mind-control and other related areas since then. I admit that, being more naïve in those days, I believed that the stories about UFO sightings, alien abductions, and even underground alien bases where horrendous activities involving human victims were going on were all real. After all, there were government and military personnel who were coming forward to confirm the more outrageous stories being told, and even leaked government documents that supported them.

But after a while, I, like many others, began to realize that it was all nothing more than an elaborate coverup for MKULTRA’s mind-control experiments. In the process of coming to this discovery, I learned some things about how disinformation is routinely created and used to destroy the credibility of mind-control victims and throw off investigators, so that the victims would never be believed if their screen memories began to crack and the truth surfaced. I also learned some things about how to identify disinfo artists. This is why I’m so certain that Robert Duncan is one of them.

Although the following article from UFO magazine discusses the case of one particular disinfo artist (William Milton Cooper) who was operating in the UFO community in the 1980s, those of you who know who Robert Duncan is and are familiar with his claims (and others like him who promote similar far-out claims) will see that there are many commonalities between these people that should make you think twice about believing them. The art of disinformation hasn’t really changed all that much over the years other than that it has become far easier to find and attract gullible targets since the advent of the internet and the ensuing growth and diversity of non-mainstream beliefs.

I dug this UFO magazine article up because it serves as an educational example for those readers who don’t understand that disinformation has always been rampant in every area where non-mainstream beliefs about government black projects are involved. I do not contest the fact that mind-control technologies are real – only that they are not as exotic or as capable as Robert Duncan and others like him make out. We are dealing with along-range psyop in which the landscape often changes but the hidden truths are the same.

Some points of similarity to note:

- Claimed government credentials / inside knowledge
- Refusal to validate claims
- Changing stories over time
- Playing on people’s fears and gullibility
- Mutual support of claims of other disinfo artists
- Ridiculing, threatening, and smearing opponents

This was written by Don Ecker in the summer of 1990 for UFO Magazine, in which it appeared as part of a series.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------

As many of you know, UFO Magazine completed a story and investigation on Milton Wm. Cooper in Vol. 5, No. 4 and 5. Cooper, a very controversial figure in the UFO field, has been making claims and pronouncements for the last several years. We spoke to many that know him, and for you folks that are new here at ParaNet, Cooper made his debut right here. At that time (in 1988) he was "made" as a fraud by the former Administrator Jim Speiser, and was removed from the system.

I have just received a copy of "NEW TIMES" NEXUS, a magazine that is published in Australia. The issue is Volume 2 Issue 1 dated October 1990. In this magazine is a story by Cooper with his "Operation Majority". Now during the UFO Magazine investigation, we found most of this to be fabricated or information that Cooper plagerized. However it is a fact of life that not everyone reads UFO, and Cooper is public in every area he can attain to. So I am going to place the entire Two part story right here for all of ParaNet to read.

One other thing, I am also going to include a couple of things that did not reach publication, because of space, and also the fact that at the time we did not wish to "crucify" Cooper. However, to paraphrase George Knapp, News Director of KLAS TV in Las Vegas, "Cooper is like a cornered rat, desperate, vicious and vile." He has "smeared, lied, threatened, and libled everyone that has disagreed with him. With that, here is "Whistleblowers Part ONE. All Rights Reserved UFO Magazine.

---ooo---

Who are the UFO whistleblowers? They come out of relative obscurity and burst into the center of ufological attention. Making incredible claims of alien activity on earth and the Government's deep but covert involvement. Without exception, the whistleblowers of recent times only furnish the most hazy evidence of their claims, if that.

Oftentimes they will also lay claim to having worked with or for the government, in high enough positions to wield security clearances and to have observed the most unequivocal documentation.

Because these individuals fail to furnish proof for their startling claims, and because many people have asked UFO Magazine for a readout on their credibility, we are beginning a series of investigative articles on certain individuals who fall into the "Whistleblower" category. Normally, UFO avoids focusing on personalities, preferring to concentrate on the phenomenon itself.

But these personalities force us to make an exception. Their material has appeal and sensation value. But is it legitimate? Who are the whistleblowers who are telling the truth? Who are the ruthless Pied Pipers forging a trail of lies and deception? Our series begins with Milton William Cooper.

In the last several years, few have stirred the field of ufology like Milton William Cooper. Cooper, born May 6, 1943, is a balding 47-year-old man who has enthralled thousands with lurid tales of dangerous UFOs and secret government treaties allowing the alien menace to abduct and experiment on unwilling human victims in exchange for advanced alien technology.

Raining threats and pronouncements over the UFO field like a continuously firing shotgun, Cooper has recently leveled charges of government spookery against a number of prominent ufologists in the field, in many cases claiming to have seen their names on a government recruitment list back in 1972 and 1973 while he was purportedly serving in Naval Intelligence in CINCPACFLT (Commander in Chief, Pacific Fleet).

Not above accusing former friends and associates, Cooper has charged various ufologists with illegal acts, moral turpitude and of purveying disinformation that permeates the field. Now with an agent to book speaking engagements at any and every UFO event possible, Cooper is very fond of stating to his audiences, "Don't take my word for it, go out and check the information yourself." UFO Magazine has, and the following is the result of our investigation.

Paranet debut

Who is M. Wm. "Bill" Cooper, and where did he come from? Cooper's first public appearance resulted when he uploaded a text on ParaNet, the international computer data service. The file alleges a fantastic UFO sighting while Cooper was a crew member of the U.S.S. TIRU, a United States Naval submarine, in 1966. According to Cooper, the sighting took place while he was on duty as port lookout.

Claiming that the sub's skipper immediately classified the incident, Cooper reported that when the submarine reached port, the witnesses were debriefed by Naval Security.

During this time frame of Cooper's initial appearance on the scene, John O. Lear, son of William "Bill" Lear of Lear Jet fame, had also been undergoing ParaNet scrutiny as a result of the release of his hypothesis concerning an alien threat. Lear's document, released in December of 1987, had created quite an uproar in its own right. Lear alleged that the U.S. government had entered into a relationship with a possible ET intelligence, and in exchange for super technology gave carte blanche to the ETs to conduct experiments and abductions on unsuspecting human beings.

Lear also claimed that the ETs, with our government's knowledge, were mutilating domestic animals such as cattle and sheep, and in some cases even human victims. Because much of Lear's information was hypothesis, and little checkable information was forthcoming, many ParaNet members and others in the UFO community were asking very hard questions. In a number of instances, Lear's credibility was attacked.

When he again visited the ParaNet system, Cooper allied himself with Lear, publicizing the claim that because of releasing his UFO information, he had just been terminated from his $75,000 a year job as the executive director of a commercial business school.

In October of 1988, Cooper contacted this writer, requesting a favor. Telling me at that time that "this is dangerous if anyone finds out," he asked me to accept the electronic transfer of a file into my computer, to be sent to Stanton Friedman with the information of who wanted Friedman to see it. The document included information about purported government UFO involvement under the terms MAJI, MJ-1, THE BLUE TEAM, GRUDGE, etc. -and, according to Cooper, various other alleged secret government projects dealing with the alien presence. I agreed to send the information to Friedman. (I never heard anymore about it until later, when Cooper was barred from ParaNet because of claims of feeding false and fraudulent information.)

I basically forgot about the file to Friedman until Cooper released additional files with the claim that they were the final release. But subsequently Cooper was to release several "final" releases.

In one, he claimed, "MJ-12 is the name of the secret control group. The Jason Society [was set up] to sift through all the evidence, technology, lies and deception . . ." But later, in another file, he stated, "MJ-12 cannot be used as a name for the control group as it would cause confusion in meaning, i.e., is it referring to MJ-12 the person or MJ-12 the group...?" (Italics added) By this time, I and others were becoming confused with the various "final releases."

Project 'Luna'

In another public release, Cooper claimed that "Project Luna" was an alien base on the far side of the moon which had been observed by various astronauts, but changed the story in one more "Final release," stating that it was the code name for an underground base near Dulce, New Mexico.

In Cooper's later releases are a number of names that were never mentioned in earlier releases, names such as JOSHUA and O.H. KRLL or KRLLL, or CRLL, CRLLL, or even KRILL. When it comes to answering whether these claims will bear up under serious scrutiny, these names prove to be very important, as later information in this article will show.

Whistleblowers Part Two

UFO Magazine Vol 5 No 5 by Don Ecker
All rights reserved.

In part one of this series, UFO focused on the background of Milton Wm. Cooper. Cooper's information raises many questions, especially in light of its sensationalist nature and the potential harm it may cause to unsuspecting, gullible innocents.

During the latter part of 1988 and the very first part of 1989, Cooper's story varied widely from what he is presently disseminating. In early January 1989, Cooper was interviewed by a California researcher, Paul Shepherd. An excerpt of this interview follows.

Cooper: "While serving in the United States Navy in 1972, I participated the intelligence briefing team of the Commander-in Chief of the United States Pacific Fleet. During this participation on the intelligence briefing team, I came across a document called the Grudge Bluebook Report Number 13, and a file called the Majesty File, classified Above Top Secret with a MAJIC classification, which means MAJI controlled; MAJIC is the Majestic Agency for Joint Intelligence. It is the organization that controls all the operations with UFOs and with an alien race that is present on the Earth." In later interviews, and especially after he began accusing researcher Bill Moore of being an agent of the secret government, Cooper began claiming that any file with the word "Majestic or forms thereof, are a fraud, a lie."

Attempting to check on Cooper's claim of belonging to a permanent intelligence briefing team while serving in the Navy between 1970 and 1973, which would have allowed him access to some classified documents, UFO called the United States Navy to determine how the Navy conducts its briefing teams. UFO spoke to Lt. Commander Ron Morse at the Office of Information-West.

Lt. Commander Morse stated that the Navy did not have permanent briefing teams, but would form a temporary one on a need basis.

"Usually if a team is put together, it will last for no more that two weeks," Morse said.

Many of Cooper's claims have been disputed not only by John Lear and Bob Lazar, but also by Tony Pelham, former reporter for the Las Vegas Bullet newspaper. All three men told UFO Magazine that Cooper admitted early on that he had never been on a briefing team, but had in fact "taken the documents, copied them and then returned them."

"Cooper told me that while he worked on the graveyard shift, he would wait for the Lt. JG [Junior grade] to go on a coffee break, and then somehow get into the classified files," Pelham said. "I asked him if he broke into the files, but he never answered me.

"Cooper then told would take a number of files, copy them, and then carry them out in his lunch pail. He said he did this until he got all the files he needed." Cooper called Pelham in early August. "He asked me why I had turned away from him. He is really upset about all the people who are attacking him He said that if I turned against him, he will crucify me next." Pelham also reports that when he asked Cooper about his claim that all his stolen government documents were lost in a garage fire, Cooper refused to give the date or location of the fire so Pelham could check the police or fire records, and would give no explanation for refusing to provide information that would validate his story.

Other unsubstantiated information from Cooper has apparently stimulated the fears and concerns of some people who have undergone the "abduction" experience. East coast researcher Marianne Shenefield, a nationally-known abductee who works with many abductees, called UFO on several occasions and expressed her own concern about what she heard while dealing with abduction victims. She told UFO, "When Bill Cooper's paper 'The Secret Government' came out, I had abductees all over the U.S. calling me. Cooper said in his paper, and was claiming in his lectures, that the government was going to round up abductees and put them in concentration camps.

"I knew it was going too far when two abductees whom I have worked with were talking about committing suicide. They were terrified that the Army was going to come into their homes and take them off to concentration camps."

Cooper has stated that he doesn't care who his information hurts or who it helps, but that he will continue to put it out there because people "deserve the truth."

In his paper "The Secret Government," Cooper falsely claimed that "Stanton Friedman has told me and many others that years ago he helped develop a nuclear reactor the size of a basketball, to power an aircraft. It was clean, turned out hydrogen, and worked like a dream". UFO called Friedman, a respected nuclear physicist and one of the top ufologists in the United States. "Cooper's claim is totally fraudulent," Friedman stated.

"There is no truth to it at all." Friedman expressed bewilderment when asked why he thought Cooper would make that claim.

THE "Orange"

UFO Magazine was present in the fall of 1989 at a UFO conference hosted by the UFO Data Research and Intelligence Center, in Modesto, California. Bill Cooper was one of the speakers, and during the course of his lecture was asked by a member of the audience if he knew how many types of aliens were presently on earth. Cooper answered, "There are four types, and four only. One group (is) very human looking; as a matter of fact they are starring on television in "Alien Nation," the Orange.

According to the casting director of Alien Nation, Irene Kagan, these remarks of Cooper's are totally false. "I can assure you that all the 'alien' actors on the show are human," she said. "I hired them."

On a recent broadcast of the "Billy Goodman Happening" on KVEG from Las Vegas, researcher Lars Hansson (see article, p. 17) debated Cooper on the air and pointed out some of the inconsistencies that Cooper has espoused. Hansson brought up the fact that at one time Cooper himself gave Bob Lazar his "stamp of approval." Cooper vehemently denied ever having endorsed Lazar's authenticity.

UFO has been following the Lazar story since it broke upon the UFO scene. Cooper's claim that he never gave Lazar his support or claims of legitimacy is untrue. On November 21, 1989, Bob Lazar was a guest on the Billy Goodman Happening, and during the audience call-in phase of the show, Cooper phoned in and said the following over the air: "I'd like to clear up a couple of misunderstandings here. Number 1, I would really like to thank Bob Lazar for coming forward. I have been talking to him for the last year, along with John Lear, we have met in groups and privately. The man (Lazar) is a wealth of information. I am tickled pink that he has finally decided to come forward and use his real name, because it helps all of us. The reason he has gotten into this predicament is because he is a Patriot. He cares about this country and that is what made him do this. . ." Goodman then broke in, saying, "That's beautiful, Bill, an unsolicited testimonial, basically, that's what it comes down to. "

Then Cooper continued, "First, I'd like to say that I personally, and also Tony Pelham and also the Channel 8 news staff-George Knapp and several other people, John Lear-we have all investigated this man's background thoroughly because we did not want to be sucked into a trap by the government. And I can tell you that he is who he says he is. He has worked at Los Alamos. He is a physicist, he is a theoretical physicist. He has worked at Area S4 in Groom Lake. We have verified all of this-not just me but several other people, and I have verified it by two different sources of mine who are in the government. One is at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratories. We are always on the lookout for somebody trying to trap us and something that we can be discredited by. We have to do that [background research] to protect our own credibility." Cooper has subsequently attacked Lazar with claims that he knew all along that Lazar was fraudulent. In his CAJI Newsletter, he now presents a completely different tone than before, and writes of "Lazar, the so-called physicist who claims to have seen flying saucers.

This information was not included into the Cooper story, and as promised, I will now relay it.

Cooper, during his initial exposure in the public, was on the Billy Goodman Happening over a year ago. One of the people that heard Cooper was a well known Hollywood entertainment figure, Michael Callan. Callan was fascinated by the information that Cooper was giving, and ended up contacting Cooper. Callan, and a close friend of his, Doug Deane, decided that they would use their entertainment contacts, and professionally "market" Cooper. Callan and Deane set up a business called "Need to Know Productions", and sunk money into setting up Cooper on the "lecture tour".

Callan and Deane videoed Coopers lectures, and gave him the benefit of their combined knowledge of Hollywood to go out and sell himself. Setting up Cooper at lectures, and finding an agent for him at "Spotlight Enterprises", Callan and Deane made a heavy investiment. Cooper signed a contract with Deane and Callan, and when he saw how much money he "could" be making, tried to squeeze Callan and Deane out of their contract. Callan had had suspicions earlier when Cooper spoke to him about trying to squeeze Stan Barrington (business manager) out, but then Cooper found out that it would cost him $15,000. Barrington stayed, but one night, Cooper indulging in his childish temper tantrums, and drinking heavily, made 10 (thats TEN) phone calls to both Callan and Deane, threatening them with public ruin, death, property damage, and slander if they did not give him the master copies of the tapes that they had videoed for him. Both men (Callan and Deane) ended up phoning the police, and they had Cooper placed on file. Later, Cooper went to Deanes home, was witnessed by Deanes gardner, and tried to force his way into Deanes house. Later, when Deane returned home, found all the tires on his car slashed. It is interesting to note, that one of Coopers threats to Deane mentioned his car tires. The police investigated, but it ended up that no charges were filed.

Prior to the above events, one of Coopers invitations to speak were from a German UFO group. Cooper was invited by Michael Hesseman, a German "New Age UFOlogist" to appear in Germany. Cooper had accepted, and demanded 5000 Duetch Marks ($3000 US) plus his plane ticket, room, board, and the other things that Hesseman had promised. Hesseman sent Cooper all of the above, but because of a German Postal Strike, word of the event was late in getting out in Europe. Cooper had planned, according to Hesseman, in making money in "workshops" while the UFO event was going on, and because the event would not be so well attended, became upset. Hesseman offered to reschedule the event, or set it up later, but Cooper refused, and then told Hesseman that if he wanted him to come, he needed another 5000 Duetch marks, or he refused. Hesseman did not have the money, so Cooper informed Hesseman that he would not fly over, and then refused to refund Hessemans cash.

WHISTLEBLOWERS PART ONE SIDEBAR.

In his CAJI newsletter, Cooper stated that "No one likes to be a fool, but most ufologists are exactly that. I keep saying to do research, to investigate, but no one does it. They just sit around and call each other names." This reporter, representing UFO Magazine, attempted to contact Cooper to verify his claims by leaving a message on his computer service.

Cooper read the message and called about an hour later. When I answered the phone, Cooper growled, "What the hell do you want!?" When I attempted to explain that I was doing a story for UFO and wanted to verify his claims, he shot back, "What are you writing for your f***in' trashzine?" I then said that I had received a copy of the CAJI newsletter and he replied, "I would be very careful if I was you. That newsletter is copyrighted."

Cooper then stated, "I don't trust you or anyone you are associated with." The only response I was able to get concerned the allegation that Bob Lazar ran a speed lab. "John Lear told me that out of his own mouth... I got the information from a man named Cory and Jeff who are good friends of John Lear."

Just at that moment the phone rang with the call waiting feature, and Cooper refused to hold 'til I could find out who was calling. He refused to speak any further and hung up. This seems out of character for a person who claims that his information is legitimate.

As UFO Magazine was going to press, and as we expected, Cooper's newest newsletter attacked this writer and the magazine. Cooper now claims that Cory Testa was intimidated by UFO regarding the claims that Bob Lazar is involved with drugs, and that UFO or myself or both are a part of Cooper's paranoiac "secret government."

The absurdity of this speaks for itself. But for the record, UFO will attempt to get Testa's version of this. Researching and accurately reporting facts are not Cooper's strong suit.

D.E. And UFO MAGAZINE CO-Publisher says...

There you have it. Don Ecker's article, documentary reports researched and produced by George Knapp of KLAS-TV and what Cooper has published in his CAJI newsletter are part of a growing information base which should demonstrate why we have chosen not to give space to the often false and specious claims that Cooper purveys.

It is not our intention to single out individuals and "pick on" them; it's simply very important that the truth or the closest thing to it be established. A close reading of our whistleblowers series, as it progresses, will demonstrate that there are people in this field who have set themselves up for examination and whose claims of truth are, at best, cleverly-mouthed chunks of propaganda; some if not most will be found wanting. Milton William Cooper has threatened, lied about and attacked a number of people in the UFO field (I'm included, as is Don Ecker). Along with slander and lying, he has a clear history of contradicting himself, backtracking when caught in those contradictions and then attempting to patch up his story with a turnaround position based on sudden new claims that, true to style, cannot be checked out.

A Bill Cooper could not maintain a foothold in any other field. Such a bullying personality would have been "run out of town" long ago. But the fact that this man and others like him still can command some audience and are seen as having some veracity and authority denotes a sore lack of discrimination on the part of many in the UFO arena, if not outright foolishness.

But it should be likewise emphasized that this syndrome also testifies to our collective frustration with the lies and secret machinations of some powerful persons in the U.S. government, cultivating many people's willingness to listen and 'follow just about anyone who purports to be defending the Constitution and who vocally demands accountability from the very government officials in whom we should be able to place our trust.

It's so very important: Dedication to the absolute truth, to the finer points of democracy, when exercised without caution and discernment, plays right into the hands of those who would short circuit those very precious qualities we hold dear. "Users" of all political persuasions will exploit the emotional fervor of the crowd to further their own selfish and inhumane ends. (Some names to remember: Adolf Hitler, Joseph Goebbels, Joseph Stalin, Joe McCarthy.)

It's imperative that we and I include everyone who shares the vision of UFO Magazine-short-circuit such perniciousness at its very core, striking at the heart of demagoguery with persistent courage and honesty.

Only personal commitment to humane and truthful ideals, and the willingness to expose the truth, can successfully overcome The Big Lie. UFO Magazine honors just such a commitment.

Vicki Cooper

IN DEFENSE OF THE FACTS

When I began to look at Cooper's UFO-related information, our purpose was to examine his claims and see how valid they were. This endeavor started with Cooper's CAJI newsletter, and his claims that people such as Bob Lazar, John Lear, Bill Moore and others were engaged in various illegal or unethical acts.

But back in April and May of 1990, Lazar, for instance, had NO criminal charges even pending. Apparently Lear was targeted by Cooper only because he appeared on the George Knapp special and exposed some of Cooper's bogus information over the air.

When UFO tried to contact Cooper, he immediately blew up. Sure enough, before too long he launched a smear campaign against the magazine and this writer. Cooper has even called the magazine and threatened to sue unless we print a complete retraction of Part One, published in UFO, Vol. 5, No. 4. Never a word that parts of the story (in his opinion) are wrong, not a word that he wants his side told in these pages. Instead, in his latest newsletter, Cooper has resorted once more to smearing, innuendo and libel. He even engages in an in credibly sophomoric, juvenile display by making scatological parodies of my name, George Knapp's, and Vicki Cooper's.

I, for one, wiIl not be intimidated. UFO Magazine will continue to report the truest facts available, and what is nice about reporting facts is... they can be shown to everyone at any time.

What is really sad about this story is the fact that I agree with much of what Cooper says when he is speaking about an erosion of Constitutional civil liberties. There are bizarre things afoot in the land, each day becomes more uncertain, and the public is simply not being told the true facts. However, one thing about the First Amendment, that although it guarantees freedom of speech, it does not allow the screaming of fire (with no fire) in a crowded theater. Cooper has been screaming fire on rainy days, and the problem with that is... What do you do when a real fire starts? Just like the kid who always cried wolf, no one came when the wolf finally showed up.

What it appears we are dealing with is demagoguery. Demagoguery in any form, with people following blindly, is always a dangerous development. Examine everyone's information, do not accept anything without checking it to the extent you are able, and then check it again from another angle, if possible.

UFO Magazine's opinion is that this field is fraught with enough dangers; tread carefully while walking down this path.

During this investigation UFO Magazine has found that much of Cooper's material is entirely fabricated, lifted from others' work, or facts he's selected and twisted to support his own story. Several times Cooper has told those who have disagreed with him or questioned his information, "I will crucify you. . ." At what point will someone allow a demagogue to intimidate him or her into silence? At what point will truth be the final casualty in a war of words with liars?

I will report the truth as long as we publish, and if necessary suffer the slings and arrows of outrageous slander. At some point the public will learn that each demagogue DOES have his 15 minutes in the sun, but then the public learns WHAT IS THE TRUTH.
