65: Mind-Control Research and Technologies
In 1953, the CIA began a series of secret
projects under the code name
MK-ULTRA, which sought ways to manipulate people through the control of their minds. Many of
these projects were highly successful, and the ability to control a person, not
only against their will, but also without their knowledge that they were being
controlled, was fairly quickly attained. The main areas of early research
focused on the use of hypnosis, drugs, radiation, electronics, and even trauma-based torture.
The intention at the time that
these CIA projects were started was to create
what has come to be referred to as a ‘Manchurian Candidate’. This name has been popularized by a movie by the same title, in
which a ‘super-spy’ was created who could withstand any means that might be used to
expose his or her true identity as an espionage agent and any secrets held. This was the ultimate
goal of these CIA projects, and they were eventually very successful. Early
successes were based on the use of hypnosis, which was found to be quite successful on its own, but when the
natural response to extreme trauma was also included, this
success rate increased dramatically.
It was found long ago, perhaps
as far back as the days when shamanism was popular among early
societies, that extreme trauma, especially at a young age, caused a person’s personality to split as a natural
survival response, and although the new personality might be aware of the
original personality, the original personality is not aware of the new one. The
second personality, once established through dissociative trauma, could be
programmed through hypnosis to come forward on demand
with the use of a post-hypnotic trigger, such as a certain word or phrase spoken by a particular voice in
a particular tone. It could then be called forward at any time thereafter,
hypnotized again, and given post-hypnotic suggestions to carry out certain
instructions at a certain place and time. It would then be instructed to not
remember anything until the appointed time, as well as to forget everything
immediately after the instructions were carried out. The second personality
would then be sent into the background and the original personality would be
allowed to take over again, none the wiser as to what had taken place. When the
time came to carry out the instructions, the second personality would come
forward to do its task on cue and then recede into the background again. The
original personality would be unaware of anything that took place while the
second personality was in charge. In this way, a person could be made into the
perfect spy, so that only someone who knows about the second personality and
can supply the proper trigger to access it can use it for espionage purposes. Even if the
second personality happened to come forward under extreme torture, it wouldn’t
be able to give itself away even if it wanted to, since it wouldn’t be able to
remember anything.
Although this might be useful
in espionage for passing information, and in covert military operations where secrecy is of utmost importance,
what has been described here is the basis of trauma-based mind-control, and can be just as easily used to create a sex slave or a ‘lone
nut’ killer, or anything else. There’s a great deal of testimonial
evidence that these sorts of things
have been done in the past and are undoubtedly still taking place today – and
on a very large scale throughout the greater population.
Trauma-based mind-control has existed throughout
history, and has been the mainstay of generational satanist families and many of their
offshoots for a long time. Because of the ability to switch personalities, the
secret activities of these people
remain secret. This technique was traditionally simplistic, but because of the
extreme forms of research of such people as Joseph Mengele, Ewen Cameron, and others, more refined techniques were developed.
Research into electronic mind-control was hallmarked by the
pioneering work of Dr. Jose Delgado, who developed electronic brain implants that could control the
actions of an implant recipient. His early inventions was called the ‘Stimoceiver’, and he created a minor public sensation when he implanted
electrodes into the brain of a bull, and then had the bull charge at him in
anger. With the simple press of a button on a remote control device, Delgado was able to
suddenly stop the animal dead in its tracks only seconds before it was about to
gorge him.
Electronic mind-control took another step forward
when, in
1961, a freelance biophysicist and engineering psychologist
named Alan Frey discovered that humans who
were exposed to certain pulsed microwave frequencies could hear
clicking or chirping sounds that appeared to come from within or near the back
of the head. This led to the discovery that pulsed microwaves could be used to
transmit voices into a person’s head so that the sound, although obviously from
an external source, appeared to be coming from the back of the person’s skull.
This was reported in the March 1975 edition of American Psychologist. This technology can be expected to have
advanced significantly in the four decades since then.
Throughout all the years and
decades that mind-control technology has been continually
developing and evolving, it has had to be tested and experimented with in order to determine
its capabilities and work out any problems. This testing and experimentation,
of course, requires unwitting guinea pigs, and preferably of the human kind.
Although soldiers would undoubtedly be used for experimental subjects early on,
the technology would obviously go underground, and the different parties who
had access to it – both in and out of government – would have to draw their
test subjects from the general
population.
As electronic mind-control technology has continued to be
developed over the decades, we have seen an increase in schizophrenia – people who hear voices.
Many of these people make claims that sound suspiciously similar to each other
in that they all, to varying degrees, believe that they are being targeted with
mind-control technology. Perhaps they’re
just coming up with the most reasonable sounding explanation they can for their
affliction, but then again, maybe they really are being targeted.
In 1974, a research plan was filed by J. F. Schapitz to develop a hypnosis-EMR interaction technique that
would show “that the spoken word of the
hypnotist may also be conveyed by modulated electromagnetic energy directly into the
subconscious parts of the human brain – i.e., without employing
any technical devices for receiving or transcoding the messages and without the
person exposed to such influence having a chance to control
the information input consciously”.
The March 21st,
1983 Sydney Morning Herald reported the following in
an article by Dr Nassim Abd El-Aziz Neweigy, Assistant Professor in the Faculty of Agriculture, Moshtohor
Tukh-Kalubia, Egypt: “Russian satellites, controlled by advanced computers, can send voices in one's own language interweaving into natural
thoughts to the population of choice to form diffused artificial thought. The chemistry and electricity of the human brain can be manipulated by
satellite and even suicide can be induced.”
In 1994, the US Army War College published The Revolution
in Military Affairs and Conflict Short of War, written by Steven Metz and James Kievit. In it, they state: “Behavior modification is a key component of peace
enforcement” and “the advantage of
[using] directed energy systems is deniability.” The authors mention ‘perception molding’ and ‘advanced psycho-technologies’, and they make the Orwellian claim that “old-fashioned
notions of personal privacy and national sovereignty [are to be] changed.”
This reveals the mindset of military leaders and their attitude
towards the general population that they are supposed to protect. They see us
as mere objects to be manipulated for their own purposes.
In the October/November 1994
issue of Nexus magazine, the following was reported regarding the US government’s use of certain technologies: “Directed-energy weapons currently being deployed
include, for example, a microwave weapon manufactured by
Lockheed-Sanders and used for a process
known as ‘voice synthesis’ which is remote beaming of audio (i.e., voices or other audible
signals) directly into the brain of any selected human target. This process is
also known within the US government as ‘synthetic telepathy’.” Keep this in mind when I
discuss certain groups who claim to have been in telepathic contact with disembodied
entities who present themselves as
beings with advanced intelligence.
The US Air Force Scientific Advisory Board published a study of future
weapons developments called New
World Vistas in 1996. In it’s ancillary
volume is contained the following quote: “One can envision the development
of electromagnetic energy sources, the output of
which can be pulsed, shaped, and focused, that can couple with the human body
in a fashion that will allow one to prevent voluntary muscular movements,
control emotions (and thus actions), produce sleep, transmit suggestions,
interfere with both short-term and long-term memory, produce an experience set,
and delete an experience set.” (An ‘experience set’ is a technical term for a memory or series of memories).
Consider this in terms of the experiences of those people who believe they have
been abducted by aliens. In considering this technology, it’s very possible that those experiences are induced covers for
other covert activities that are purely terrestrial
in nature.
Dr. Oliver Lowery of Silent Sounds Inc., in Georgia, USA, filed a
patent (US Patent #5,159,703) for
what is described as a “Silent Subliminal Presentation System”. The abstract for this patent states that it is “a silent
communications system in which nonaural
carriers, in the very low or very high audio-frequency range or in the adjacent
ultrasonic frequency spectrum are amplitude- or frequency-modulated with the desired
intelligence and propagated acoustically or vibrationally, for inducement into
the brain, typically through the use of loudspeakers, earphones, or
piezoelectric transducers. The modulated
carriers may be transmitted directly in real time or may be conveniently
recorded and stored on mechanical, magnetic or optical media for delayed or repeated
transmission to the listener.” This company claims that it
is now possible to analyze human emotional EEG patterns and record them on a
computer for playback to silently
induce and change the emotional state of a human being. These
‘emotional signatures’ can be used on anybody, not just the person they were recorded
from. Edward Tilton, president of Silent Sounds Inc., states that the schematics for
this device has been classified (suppressed) by the US government and that it was used
throughout Operation Desert Storm in Iraq with great success.
It cannot be denied that such
mind-control technologies are in development, at least by the US military, if not elsewhere. To
achieve their intended goal to completely control the behavior of another
person, these sorts of technologies require unwitting subjects to test them on, and once they’ve been
perfected, they could be used on anybody for any reason.
The reader needs to understand
that once these sorts of technologies are developed, those who possess them can turn
them on anybody, including our elected leaders. They threaten to jeopardize
entire nations through the control of just a few key public figures, and that
they are not being used to this end now is very unlikely, considering the
motivations of those who possess them.
