The 'Conspiracy' Against Michael Aquino – Satanic Pedophile

by Anthony Forwood

For those who don’t know, Michael Aquino was a Psychological Warfare Specialist in the US Army from 1968 until 1990, when he was involuntarily discharged as a result of investigations into his involvement in the ritual sexual abuse of children at the Presidio Day Care Center in San Francisco. Throughout this same time, he has also been a devout satanist and self-confessed neo-Nazi. He joined Anton LaVey’s Church of Satan in 1969, staying until 1975 when he left to start his own Temple of Set, which has been in operation ever since.

Please note here that both psyops and satanism involve using many levels of deception and coercion to manipulate the perceptions of others for ulterior motives, so these are skills that Aquino is very familiar with and very comfortable in using. He is also an expert in propaganda and skilled in techniques for disseminating misinformation/disinformation, and using misdirection, confusion tactics, isolation techniques, and revisionism. Therefore, he will certainly use these skills to defend himself against the truth of his actions.

Michael Aquino explains that his name keeps coming up in pedophile-ring cases because he’s the victim of a conspiracy (a ‘black bag job’, as he calls it). He bases this on the fact that he’s a satanist and so people just automatically hate him because of it. Unfortunately for him, making such a bad choice in lifestyle and philosophy doesn’t excuse him from anything, although in his particular case it certainly does lend weight to the allegations against him and even invites them, so he shouldn’t really complain about it. He tends to keep his perceptions of all this bad publicity focused strictly on the Presidio child abuse case in which he was a central figure during the 1980s, since that’s the only one he’s ever had to legally defend himself against (so far). Even in this one isolated case, he only dares to focus on it as far as his own limited version of the facts go, and he totally avoids acknowledging the larger body of evidence that implicates him personally. Similarly, he totally overlooks the longer history of events he’s been implicated in by various sources who are far removed from one another and who couldn’t possibly be engaged in any sort of conspiracy against him.

Whatever the case, I’m not going to attempt to detail all of the evidence against Michael Aquino here, since there’s far too much of it for this short article. I merely want to put his claim of conspiracy into proper perspective, in order to show how absurd it really is.

Time after time, Michael Aquino has been pointed at as a ruthlessly evil defiler and abuser of the most innocent and defenseless among us – young children – and it was as early as 1980 that the putrid history of his involvement in pedophilia and mind control can be traced back to (at least in the public records), but it probably goes back much further. The following provides a short historical record of events that ties Aquino to a larger criminal syndicate operating through the US government, and reveals his position within it.

* * *

1967 – Michael Aquino began a two-year tour of duty in Vietnam, taking part in the infamous Phoenix Program. The Phoenix Program was an assassination/torture/terror operation that was initiated by the CIA, with the aim of ‘neutralizing’ the civilian infrastructure that supported the Viet Cong insurgency in South Vietnam. It was a terrifying ‘final solution’ that blatantly violated the Geneva Conventions. Targets for assassination included VC tax collectors, supply officers, political cadre, local military officials, and suspected sympathizers. However, ‘faulty intelligence’ more often than not led to the murder of innocent civilians, even young children. Sometimes orders were even given to kill US military personnel who were considered security risks. In 1971, William Colby, head of CIA in Vietnam at the time, later testified that the number killed was 20,857, while South Vietnamese government figures claimed it was 40,994 dead. This murderous psyop program had the effect of creating legions of cold-blooded psychopathic killers who would return home to the USA as completely different people than when they left. Many of them would become involved in satanism during or after their involvement in the Phoenix Program. And Michael Aquino was there to lead them into it. Soon after these killers started coming home, there began a steady rise in horrific serial murders with satanic undertones that centered around the southern California area (where Michael Aquino has always lived).

1980 – According to sworn testimony given before a US Senate in later years, MKULTRA mind-control victim Cathy O’Brien claimed that she was programmed at Fort Campbell, Kentucky, in 1980 by Lt. Col. Michael Aquino of the US Army. She stated that Aquino used barbaric trauma techniques on both her daughter Kelly and herself that involved NASA technology. Cathy O’Brien claimed that she was a ‘presidential model’ Monarch sex slave, meaning that she was specially programmed to cater to the sexual perversions of the highest-ranking politicians in the USA. She stated that during her time as a sex slave (which started as a child), she serviced a number of well-known politicians, including both Bill and Hilary Clinton, Ronald Reagan, Pierre Trudeau, Brian Mulroney, George H.W. Bush, Dick Cheney, Governors Lamar Alexander and Richard Thornburgh, Bill Bennett, Senator Patrick Leahy, Senator Robert Byrd (who she says was her handler) and Arlen Spector. O'Brien eventually gave testimony before the US Senate regarding the events she was forced to go through, and although she named her perpetrators, not one of them dared to challenge her or accuse her of slander.

1982 (September 5) – Twelve-year-old Johnny Gosch was abducted from a shopping mall parking lot in West Des Moines, Iowa, while doing his early-morning paper route, never to be seen again. Years later, during an interview with private investigator Ted Gunderson, child abductee and sex slave victim Paul Bonacci revealed that, as a child, he was directly involved in Gosch’s abduction, having acted as a lure to draw Gosch into the hands of his pedophile abductors. According to Bonacci, the abduction was ordered by Lt. Col. Michael Aquino, who later picked Gosch up at a farmhouse he was being held at and delivered him to a buyer in Colorado. For years, both boys were used for the pedophiliac pleasures of high-ranking government officials.

1985 – Allegations of ritual abuse at the Jubilation Day Care Center at Fort Bragg erupted when several children reported being sexually abused by a number of people at the day care center and several other locations, including at least two churches. Lt. Col. Michael Aquino was identified as having been present at one of those churches.

1986 (November) – Allegations emerged regarding sexual abuse being perpetrated at the US Army’s Presidio Child Development Center in San Francisco. Within a year, at least 60 victims were identified, all between the ages of three and seven. Victims told of being taken to private homes to be abused, and at least three houses were positively identified, one of them being Aquino’s. They also described being urinated and defecated upon, and being forced to ingest urine and feces. Irrefutable medical evidence documented the fact that these children were sexually abused, including five who had contracted chlamydia, and many others who showed clear signs of anal and genital trauma consistent with violent penetration. Even before the abuse was exposed, the children were exhibiting radical changes in behavior, including temper outbursts, sudden mood shifts, and poor impulse control. Both Lt. Col Michael Aquino and his satanist wife Lilith were positively identified by victims as two of the perpetrators. At least one victim was able to positively identify Aquino's home and describe with uncanny accuracy the distinctively satanic interior of the house. Only one person was ever charged for the abuse of one child, and these charges were dismissed three months later.

1987 (August 14) As part of the Presidio investigation, a search warrant was served on the residence of Lt. Col. Michael Aquino and his wife Lilith, and numerous videotapes, photographs, photo albums, photographic negatives, cassette tapes, and address books were confiscated. Also observed during the search was what appeared to be a soundproof room that may have been used as a torture chamber.

1987 (November) – The US Army received allegations of child abuse at fifteen of its day care centers and several elementary schools. There were also at least two other cases at Air Force day care centers, and another one at a center run by the US Navy. In addition to these, a special team of experts were sent to Panama to help determine if as many as ten children at a Department of Defense elementary school were molested and possibly infected with AIDS. Another case also emerged in a US-run facility in West Germany. These cases occurred at some of the most esteemed military bases in the country, including Fort Dix, Fort Leavenworth, Fort Jackson, and West Point. In the West Point case alone, by the end of the year, fifty children were interviewed by investigators. There were reports of satanic acts, animal sacrifices, and cult-like behavior among the abusers. An investigation led by former US Attorney Rudolph Giuliani produced no federal grand jury indictments. His investigation concluded that only one or two children were abused, in spite of all the evidence to the contrary.

1988 (November 4) – The FBI raided the Franklin Credit Union in Omaha, Nebraska, run by a man named Lawrence King. In the process, they uncovered evidence relating to drug running, pedophilia, pornography, and satanic activity involving prominent individuals in the local community and beyond. Eighty children eventually came forward and identified many of those involved, including the chief of police (who impregnated one of the victims), a local newspaper publisher, a former vice squad officer, a judge, and others. The children described satanic ceremonies involving human and animal sacrifice. Evidence that came out showed that children were abducted from shopping mall parking lots and auctioned off in Las Vegas and Toronto. Airplanes owned by the DEA were often used to transport the children. Other children were removed from orphanages and foster homes and taken to Washington, DC to take part in sex orgies with dignitaries, congressmen, and other high-ranking public officials. A number of the child victims testified that George Bush Sr. was one of the people who was often seen at these parties. Photographs were being surreptitiously taken at these orgies by the child traffickers for blackmail purposes. There was also evidence of ties to mind-control programs being conducted at Offutt Air Force Base near Omaha, Nebraska, where the head of the Strategic Air Command (SAC) is located. Minot is an area that has satanic cults operating in it that have been directly tied to the Son of Sam and Manson murders, among others.

There was no follow-up investigation when these findings were made. The US national media didn’t report on the story. Local media only focused on discrediting the witnesses. The FBI and other enforcement officers harassed and discredited victims in the aftermath, causing all but two of them – Paul Bonacci and Alisha Owen – to recant their testimonies. The child victims, rather than the perpetrators, were thrown in prison. Alisha Owen spent more time in solitary confinement than any other woman in the history of the Nebraska penal system. She received a sentence of 9 to 25 years for allegedly committing perjury, which is ten years longer than the sentence that was given to Lawrence King for looting his Franklin Credit Union of $40 million. This heavy sentence imposed on Owen was meant to serve as a warning message to all other victims who might think of talking.

The key investigator in the case, Gary Caradori, was killed when his private plane mysteriously exploded in mid-air while en route to delivering evidence to Senator Loran Schmit. His briefcase went missing from the wreckage. This was the first of many deaths of people attempting to uncover this politically connected satanic cult/sex slave/drug trafficking ring. The Discovery Channel made a documentary about this case, entitled ‘Conspiracy of Silence’, but at the last moment, a group of unidentified US Congressmen paid them $500,000 to not air it, and all copies were destroyed (one copy survived). Republican senator John DeCamp, who was on the investigative committee, wrote a book exposing the case, titled, The Franklin Cover-Up.

In 1999 (see below), Paul Bonacci, who had been kept as a child sex slave by Lawrence King, positively identified Lt. Col. Michael Aquino as an associate of King, who he said was known to the children only as ‘the Colonel’. Rusty Nelson, King’s personal photographer, also identified Aquino as the man that he once saw King give a briefcase full of money and bearer bonds to, and who King had told him was involved in the Contra gun and cocaine trafficking operation being run by George Bush Sr. and Lt. Col. Oliver North.

1989 (May) – Lt. Col. Michael Aquino was again questioned in connection with child abuse investigations. This time, at least five children in three cities were making the accusations. The children had seen Aquino in newspaper and television coverage of the Presidio case and immediately recognized him as one of their abusers. The children were from Ukiah, Santa Rosa, and Fort Bragg.

1990 (August 31) – Lt. Col. Michael Aquino was processed out of the Army after being investigated for satanic ritual child abuse in the Presidio case. Although never formally charged, according to court documents, Aquino was ‘titled’ in a Report of Investigation by the Army’s Criminal Investigative Division (CID) for “indecent acts with a child, sodomy, conspiracy, kidnapping, and false swearing”. The child abuse charges remained against Aquino because, according to the CID, the evidence of alibi offered by Aquino “was not persuasive.” Aquino has since denied that he was ever processed out of the Army and even claims that he was selected as one of their first Space Intelligence Officers during this same year, and was stationed at Cheyenne Mountain for four years of active duty before retiring. There is no evidence that this is true.

1992 – (Although this entry isn’t directly connected to Michael Aquino, it directly relates to the cover up of events that he and his pedophile cronies have been involved in.) After being accused of molestation as a child by their daughter, Peter and Pamela Freyd established the False Memory Syndrome Foundation (FMSF). The original board members included doctors who were directly involved in MKULTRA mind-control programs, such as expert hypnotist Martin Orne and Dr. Louis Jolyin West, as well as many others who have been accused of child sexual abuse. One board member, Richard Ofshe, is an alleged expert on coercive persuasion techniques, and another, Margaret Singer, was a government expert on cults and cult tactics. Elizabeth Loftus is an expert on memory. The mandate of the FMSF has always been to discredit the recovered memories of people who report having been traumatically abused as children – usually by claiming that the child’s therapist has implanted false memories – and to develop legal defenses for protecting pedophiles in court. They have resorted to lies, intimidation, character assassination, legal tactics, and coercing victims to recant their claims and sue their therapists for large settlements. The FMSF has routinely argued in court cases that satanic ritual abuse (SRA) and multiple personality disorder (MPD) don’t exist, and the organization and its members have specifically targeted any therapists who claim that they do. This defense strategy, which has proven to be quite successful, has allowed victims of trauma-based mind-control and ritual abuse to be completely discredited, while allowing their perpetrators to continue their activities unimpeded.

At about the time that the FMSF was established, a number of mind-control and ritual abuse victims were starting to remember being involved in these events, and this threatened to expose the perpetrators, so it was important that a means to discredit them was put in place.

The False Memory Syndrome Foundation was created by known pedophiles and its board was fortified with CIA mind-control experts who cut their teeth on MKULTRA victims. Many of them are known to be closely associated with Michael Aquino. This organization of pedophiles and mind-control experts have been very instrumental in covering for Aquino and other pedophiles while destroying the lives and careers of their victims, the victim’s families, and their therapists, even long after these pedophiles performed their vile acts against them.

1995 – Diana Napolis was a Child Protection Services investigator in San Diego who was alarmed by the increasing number of children who were reporting satanic ritual abuse, starting as far back as the mid-1980s. Napolis went undercover online in 1995 and approached Aquino and several others who were associated with him, while also posting information and evidence relating to these crimes and these people’s involvement in them. In response, Aquino and his associates (several of them from the False Memory Syndrome Foundation) cyber-stalked Napolis for five years and finally tracked her down in 2000, thereby discovering her real identity. At this point, Napolis’ efforts to expose these people were defeated, with Aquino and associates using their power and influence to pose themselves as the victims and accusing her of cyber-stalking, as well as engaging in assassinating her character both online and through the media. Napolis was also targeted with directed-energy weapons (V2K) and set up to appear mentally unstable, with claims that she was stalking various celebrities. This resulted in her spending a year in jail and several more months in a mental facility, and eventually being forced to quit her job. The character assassination continued against her, with someone claiming to be Napolis posting insane ravings on the internet in order to make her appear crazy.

A reporter at the San Diego Union Tribune was working for Aquino and his cronies by painting Napolis in a bad light in news reports, accusing her of cyber-stalking, making threats, and acting crazy. Aquino was publicly complaining that she was causing serious problems for him and his fellow pedophiles. Nonetheless, the article at the first link below clearly reveals the one-sided reporting on this story by the San Diego Union Tribune and the fact that if anyone was being cyber-stalked, it was Napolis. The second link below is Napolis’ far more professional and believable response to the article:

http://www.uniontrib.com/news/uniontrib/sun/currents/news_mz1c24curio.html

http://www.konformist.com/2002/curio-tribune2.htm

The point of going after Napolis so publicly served several agendas. First, it was a public warning to anyone else who might attempt to expose the increasing satanic ritual abuse that was going on and the people behind it. Second, it acted to deflate the satanic ritual abuse scare that was mounting, making it appear to be nothing more than the ravings of delusional people. Third, it assured that stealing other people’s children using child protection services could continue. Fourth, (with the help of the FMSF) it made out children’s claims of molestation and satanic ritual abuse to be nothing more than false memories.

1999 (February 5) – In US District Court in Lincoln, Nebraska, a hearing was held in the matter of Paul A. Bonacci v. Lawrence E. King, a civil action in which Bonacci charged that he had been ritualistically abused by King as part of a nationwide pedophile ring that was linked to powerful political figures in Washington and to elements of the US military and intelligence agencies.

During the hearing, Noreen Gosch, whose twelve-year-old son Johnny had been abducted in 1982, provided the court with sworn testimony linking US Army Lt. Col. Michael Aquino to the nationwide pedophile ring. She stated:

Well, then there was a man by the name of Michael Aquino. He was in the military. He had top Pentagon clearances. He was a pedophile. He was a Satanist. He's founded the Temple of Set. And he was a close friend of Anton LaVey. The two of them were very active in ritualistic sexual abuse. And they deferred funding from this government program to use [in] this experimentation on children.
Where they deliberately split off the personalities of these children into multiples, so that when they're questioned or put under oath or questioned under lie detector, that unless the operator knows how to question a multiple-personality disorder, they turn up with no evidence.
They used these kids to sexually compromise politicians or anyone else they wish to have control of. This sounds so far out and so bizarre I had trouble accepting it in the beginning myself until I was presented with the data. We have the proof. In black and white."

Paul Bonacci, who was a victim of this nationwide pedophile crime syndicate, subsequently identified Aquino as the man who ordered the kidnapping of Johnny Gosch.

Three weeks after the hearing, on February 27, Judge Warren K. Urbom ordered Lawrence King to pay $1 million in damages to Bonacci.

* * *

The question here isn't whether Michael Aquino is guilty of being one of the world's most despicable pedophiles and mind-control programmers ever to crawl out of a toilet, which the evidence makes quite clear. Rather, the question is whether there is a conspiracy against him by all of these people (including young children) making these allegations against him over the years, and for what reason? After all, this is exactly what he claims to be the case, and this is how he has attempted to excuse these many claims against him.

Conspiracy or not, it certainly is quite unusual for his name to come up in so many cases of child abuse and sex slavery. I counted up to 200 child victims in the above listed events, all of who would have had to be carefully coached to lie without being tripped up by a more intelligent adult during questioning. And then there are all the doctors who were involved in examining these children and who claimed that many of them had definite physical signs of having been sexually violated, who would also have to be in on it. And there are also the children’s parents who would have had to have been either very easily deceived by their own children, or were in on the conspiracy as well. And of course, there are also all of the investigators, lawyers, judges, etc. who supposedly conspired against Aquino in the Presidio case.

Occam’s Razor dictates that the simplest explanation that requires the least assumptions to be made is usually the most accurate one, and so Aquino’s explanation that he’s a victim of a conspiracy lacks any plausibility whatsoever when compared to the alternative explanation that all these people are speaking honestly and are supported by a very large amount of evidence that explains and exposes the inner machinations of the criminal syndicate that Aquino has been deeply involved in throughout his military career. This criminal syndicate has been central to all mind-control programs and all psychological operations that have been playing out on the American population since at least 1947, when the CIA was first established and its ranks filled with Paperclip Nazis and their fascist American sympathizers, soon after which the first mind-control programs began. These programs have been central to Michael Aquino’s position within the government as well as within this syndicate of criminals and pedophiles. This criminal syndicate requires psychopathic ‘Masters of Evil’ to handle certain aspects of their operations – people who are well trained in the psychological manipulation and physical torture and trauma of others to the point of breaking their wills completely in order to turn them into mind-controlled slaves to be used by this syndicate for their criminal activities and sick pleasures. Unlike anyone else, Michael Aquino has the necessary credentials for such a position. However, he’s only one among a much larger group of equally evil men and women involved in these activities.

This criminal syndicate, which involves a great many of the most powerful people in the world, is involved in blackmail, torture, murder, drug trafficking, arms trafficking, human trafficking, pornography, pedophilia, terrorism, and mind control. People like Michael Aquino, who have spent their life working for this syndicate, are completely protected from the law, and this is why they always manage to avoid being exposed and made to pay for their crimes.

If you know of any other cases of mind-control or pedophilia that involve Michael Aquino beyond those mentioned above, please let me know. This evil sub-human is getting old, and it wouldn’t be fair if he died before he gets what’s due him.

On Documents and Deception in the TI Community

by Anthony Forwood (from my correspondence)

Hello again,

I realized after I had written my last post that I completely overlooked mentioning one other category of TI. These are people who claim to be targets of directed-energy weapons (other than V2K) that cause mental and physical problems that interfere with their ability function properly. I just want to say that these might be entirely legitimate claims, although very often people are likely led to believe these technologies are being used against them when they may not be. It's very possible that their symptoms are psychosomatic in nature, perhaps even being influenced by a combination of V2K and subliminal suggestion. It's also very possible that these people have medical problems that have nothing to do with targeting. Unless these possibilities are carefully considered, a person usually has no way to be certain that they're being targeted with directed-energy weapons. The proof usually comes out through questioning them about their claims. If they never see a doctor about their symptoms in order to at least eliminate any naturally occurring medical problems, then they may very likely be wrong in their self-assessment. Psychosomatic tendencies can be easily identified in people, so these might be being taken advantage of, or some people might be causing their own symptoms and misinterpreting them.

I really don't like having to say these things, since it makes me sound like I'm against TIs in general in spite of the fact that many of them are certainly suffering from these technologies. But the fact is, the perps use deception and exaggeration of the facts to lead non-TIs into thinking that they're being targeted, as much as they mislead real TIs as to the methods being used against them. Psychological tactics are being incorporated into this at least as much as technology to manipulate the TI community and how they appear to the rest of the world.

I left off my last post saying that I would like to expand on the purposeful deception that goes on within the TI community. Although there's a lot to say about this, I can't possibly cover all that I'm aware of here.

The most obvious deception is in the form of disinformation. I indicated to you early on that I have reason to believe that FFCHS is a government front organization, and in this capacity, I believe that they're there to identify, monitor, and recruit TIs as perpetrators by subjecting them to further mind-control and psychological conditioning. It seems that many of the major players in the TI community have or claim to have connections to the NSA, CIA, FBI, the US military, or certain other government agencies (such as Derrick Robinson, Robert Duncan, Julianne McKinney, etc.). This in itself is extremely suspicious, since it's already well established that these agencies are responsible for much of the targeting. That any of these people would suggest that they're whistleblowers or otherwise worked for these agencies and have since left these agencies is completely unrealistic. By carefully observing how they operate in the TI community and analyzing the information they publish and promote, it can be seen that they offer no help to TIs and only stir the pot to raise fears and keep people's attention away from the truth regarding the technology involved in their targeting. This is done in various ways, but the most common method is by continually promoting material that supports the various false realities that have been created about the situation and the technologies involved.

For example, I refer you to Robert Duncan's published books, 'The Matrix Deciphered' and 'Project Soul Catcher'. These exemplify the sort of material that give the false impression that synthetic telepathy and remote neural monitoring can be achieved far more easily than is physically possible. They're intended to support the idea that a person's brain activity can be remotely monitored and manipulated without any direct contact with the target subject at any time, and without any secondary devices required to relay brainwave signals to a remote location. If you look closely at Robert Duncan's material, you'll see that it's purely subjective in nature and offers absolutely no objectiveness that would support his claims that the technology he describes is even physically possible. This sort of material is only intended to lead people to believe that it's simply a matter of knowing a person's 'electromagnetic signature', and then transmitting signals to them using that signature pattern to either affect them, or to read their brainwaves similar to the way that radar works - by reflecting an electromagnetic beam off their head to pick up the interference patterns caused by their brainwaves. However, as I meticulously detail in 'A Primer on V2K vs. Mind-Reading Technologies', there are a number of complications that make this approach physically impossible. My comments in my last post about electromagnetic propagation limitations add to these complications, rendering the claims made by Robert Duncan and others entirely impossible. Since Robert Duncan refuses to discuss these issues with me and has only given me the run-around in order to try to avoid having to answer for his claims, I can only assume that he's a disinformation agent who is still employed by the US government (see my article, 'Dissecting the Claims of Robert Duncan'). That FFCHS - which is run by an admitted NSA employee - prominently promotes his material makes that organization equally suspect.

As for these sort of major players who have apparent ties to government agencies, you need to understand that anyone working within any of these agencies, if they're party to any real secrets, they're essentially committed to that agency for life (and it's not at all unlikely that they're under some form of mind-control). I refer here to the system I've explained in The Network, where secrecy oaths, compartmentalization, and cover stories are used to assure that such people will never reveal any sensitive information. You also need to realize that if they're party to any sensitive information, their activities will be monitored continuously by whatever agency they're connected to, and this will involve using all of the various surveillance technologies that are at the disposal of the US government. So there's no way that a purported 'whistleblower' like Robert Duncan will actually reveal anything more than what the said agencies want them to reveal. And there's no way to guarantee that because they were ever working within one of these agencies that they were actually party to any real secrets.

Since the US government is deeply involved in all this, it's very easy for false documents and such to be created specifically as props that serve as 'evidence' to support the false realities that TIs are commonly led into. You'll find that these major players take advantage of these props to build up and misdirect people's understandings. Sometimes, in the case of purported 'whistleblowers', they might have been fed false information by the agency they're connected to. There's no reason to doubt that any government agency wouldn't intentionally feed one of their own people false information and lead them unwittingly to 'expose' it. This is exactly how these agencies operated in order to create the UFO/alien false reality, i.e. with the MJ-12 documents, staged events, screen memories, etc. These have been perfected and expanded on for decades.

I refer to the case of John St. Clair Akwei, who claims to have worked for the NSA and filed a lawsuit against them in 1992, claiming that they were using these directed-energy weapons against him. In his court filing, he describes technology identical to what Robert Duncan claims to exist. However, he provides no substantive evidence to support his claims. Akwei's lawsuit was thrown out due to its obvious frivolousness. I believe that Akwei's court filing was an intentionally planted prop that has since been used to convince people that remote neural monitoring technology is more advanced and can do more than is physically possible, as I've been able to show through my own research.

The year that Akwei filed his lawsuit is significant, since this is the same year that another purported NSA 'whistleblower', Julianne McKinney, published a paper regarding directed-energy weapons technology and gang-stalking, using her position as an ex-NSA employee to give support to the idea that she was a legitimate whistleblower speaking the truth (see her paper, 'Microwave Harassment and Mind-Control Experimentation'). Perhaps she was legitimate, since what she wrote in her paper is quite accurate in respect to many overt targeting methods and reflects what has since developed among the TI community. However, the paper details a number of overt harassment incidents the majority of which could just as easily be ordinary circumstantial situations that anyone who was already mentally unbalanced or paranoid might misperceive in their own experiences as ongoing harassment. For instance, one case that's described appears to be nothing more than the result of a broken relationship between a man and a woman who had previously been courting, where the alleged harasser might have just been angry about the breakup with the alleged target. Strangely, this possibility was not considered by McKinney. The point I'm trying to make here is that this paper may have been intended to suggest incidents that are not necessarily ongoing harassment at all, and the paper may have been intended to increase the number of people believing in and making false claims of targeting. Another interesting comment that she makes in this paper, which was based on the claims of only 25 complainants, regards a case where money was stolen out of the complainant's home, to which she states that this is an anomaly because money isn't usually stolen. This appears to be a slip on her part, since although it's since been shown that such thefts of money appear to be rare in real harassment cases, how could she possibly determine this from only 25 cases? It's also interesting that where she describes the occurrence of deaths, they're all (but one) related to people who were allegedly involved in investigating or attempting to report government harassment, which might be an intentional scare tactic. In another case, she claims that the complainant went so far as to kill her own child in order to protect it from further electronic harassment. This is certainly a case where the mental stability of the complainant should be questioned, and could easily serve as another scare tactic. Other cases she describes that involve possible directed-energy weapons, although they might be unusual, don't really provide any evidence of targeting at all, and again seem to be more intended to be suggestive scare tactics. Several cases also describe the complainant snooping on their neighbors, which may be intended to suggest that this is acceptable behavior, in order to coerce others to do this, thereby increasing apparent harassment and gang-stalking among the population. In still other cases, the evidence is so insubstantial that it's suspicious why it was even mentioned. For instance, she describes one complainant who learned that a neighbor's housemate had the same last name as a university professor who was involved in government research into the bioeffects of exposure to microwave radiation, and in another example, a suspected group of physicians were noted simply because their group bore the same name as "one of the CIA's most infamous recruited physicians" (the name of whom was not given). In case after case that McKinney describes, there's little evidence provided that would actually be convincing that any targeting was taking place, and the described incidents are not all that substantial, even if some of them are a little unusual. It must be remembered when considering them that they're second-hand accounts of the complainant's interpretations of their perceived experiences, and the manner in which they're presented in the report doesn't allow for any amount of proper analysis on an individual case-by-case basis. One thing that her report does suggest and which I believe is going on is that TIs are being turned into perpetrators. Another thing that she suggests that I can agree with is that V2K technology is being used with 'psychic driving' techniques to insert hypnotic commands into people's subconscious, and in my opinion, some of these commands would likely be to divert them from accepting certain beliefs about the real technological methods that are used in their targeting while accepting certain beliefs that are untrue and even impossible. This is where the various false realities I described in my earlier post come into the picture. McKinney only describes one or two cases of attacks by directed-energy weapons, and only very briefly, although she does give many suggestions that the complainants believed these technologies were somehow involved. To her credibility, there are no cases in her paper that suggest the more unrealistic technologies that have been claimed to exist such as in the case of Akwei. McKinney's paper appears to be more intent on outlining gang-stalking tactics, although the title suggests that it's about the technology and mind-control. The title seems to be more to attract attention to the paper than anything else.

It's important to consider the psychological impact of McKinney's paper (and others like it), which was released on the internet soon after it was written. It seems to me that the paper, which came out at about the same time that the internet became available to the general public, might have been purposely timed, since the internet has always been a place where conspiracy theorists gather and share information, and where people who believe they might be targeted go for help and answers. In the end, her report has only served to bring more attention to the issue of gang-stalking among the conspiracy crowd.

It should be noted that in her paper she stated that she and her group would be doing follow-up reports, but all that has materialized is a short supplementary addition to her paper in 1994 that stated that the number of complainants she has been contacted by has more than tripled. Something obviously occurred to stop her from continuing, if she was legitimate.

Whatever the case, McKinney (or someone posing as her) went on to start one of the first online TI 'support groups' on Yahoo, which appears to have been used in the same capacity that I claim FFCHS is using their own organization. Like FFCHS, her supposed efforts to help TIs has gone nowhere, and there are even a number of people (myself included) who have experienced nothing but abuse from her in that group. For this reason, I suspect that either her identity was stolen in order to be used as a lure for TIs, or her paper was intended to raise fears and increase the number of false reports of targeting in order to make the TI community appear to be part of the lunatic fringe, which it has since become. To understand this, you have to realize that this is a long-term psyop that's going on, and part of the intention appears to be to draw in mentally unbalanced people and those who are easily influenced to misinterpret their experiences.

But long before Akwei and McKinney ever published their influential material, Lt. Col. Michael Aquino, a high-ranking psychological operations specialist in the US military, co-authored a paper in 1980 titled 'From PSYOP to MindWar: The Psychology of Victory', in which he promoted the benefits of psychological propaganda and mind-control, and stated that control of the media (and this would include the internet) is necessary to keep outside propaganda from having any effect on the population, while boosting the effect of their own propaganda. More interestingly, he stated that for propaganda to have its best effect, it must be strongly believed by those who promote it. He also stated that in controlling people, they have to be made to think that they're making their decisions on their own, rather than by using coercion or force. This paper was widely circulated among the psyop community and made available to mind-control researchers immediately after it was written. It appears that what Aquino outlined in this paper has since been put into effect. It should be noted that Aquino, apart from being a very experienced psyop specialist, is also a devout satanist, having founded the Temple of Set, which is the second largest officially recognized satanic church in the USA. He also has a long record of being involved in mind-control programming and pedophile rings, which I document in 'A Chronological History of the Psychopathic Elite's Development of Techno-Slavery', as well as in 'The Case Against Michael Aquino - Satanic Pedophile'. It shouldn't be overlooked that things have developed in a particular direction since Aquino wrote and circulated his paper, and that the published material of Julianne McKinney, John St. Clair Akwei, Robert Duncan, and many others have served their part in both deceiving TIs and leading them to think that people like Julianne McKinney and groups like FFCHS are going to help them. These developments suggest that what I am saying about what's going on in the TI community is entirely accurate.

All of this deception that's going on relies on certain basic principles of psychology, fortified by psychological profiling techniques that allow for identifying those people who are most easily deceived or who already have false ideas about their targeting. This makes the online TI community a hotbed for mind-control practices. As I explain in 'Online Psyops and Perception Management', TIs are naturally driven to go online once they become isolated in the real world and have nowhere else to turn. And the perps are there, waiting for them to arrive so they can lead them into believing one or another of the false realities that have been created.

In my research into the techniques that are commonly used against TIs and the TI community, I've discovered that the online perps will mirror their targets, but in an exaggerated fashion. For instance, they'll act like they're TIs, make claims that influence TIs to believe falsehoods about their own targeting through suggestive claims, and when it comes to defensive measures against those (like me) who might challenge their claims, attempt to reverse the situation by making accusations against those who question them before they can be made against themselves. It's the old 'who says it first is more believable' psychological ploy. The way to identify them is to observe how active they are, what they claim, and how they treat other TIs. They seem to never be willing to explain how they arrived at their more unrealistic claims or give the sort of details about their experiences that would be expected from someone who wasn't making them up, and they spend an inordinate amount of time online being vocal in TI groups, spreading their poisonous ideas.

As for the real TIs who get led into false realities, they're commonly influenced by these others to involve themselves in groups that center around a specific false reality, and these groups often begin to show the usual cult characteristics after a while. Although online cults aren't nearly as obvious as real-world cults and can't so completely take over a participant's life, they don't need to, due to the fact that these TIs are already being monitored and have already been isolated from others in the real world. But cult tactics are being used to isolate TIs further, control them, and turn them into perps.

Some Information on the Targeted Community and the Technology Used

by Anthony Forwood (from my correspondence)

Hello,

I don't mean to inundate you with information, nor am I trying to lead your efforts or seeking any personal recognition, but, to really understand the complexities of the targeting situation, it requires a great deal of understanding on many relevant topics, which I'm certain I have. My intentions are only to share with you and others what I've learned through my many years of personal research and offer a levelheaded approach to understanding this whole issue. In case you aren't interested in what I say here, I've decided to post this on my blog so that it isn't wasted.

As I said to you previously, much of my research has focused on determining what's true and what's false regarding the technology. Apart from that, I've also spent a lot of time researching mind-control techniques, which is just as important to understand as the technology, and includes all manner of psychological influencing, behavior modification, hypnosis, cult tactics, etc. Further to that, there are the deeper aspects of the origins and motives for all of this targeting, which has led me into researching secret societies, satanism, cults and New Age groups, etc. These in turn lead into sex-slavery and human trafficking, drug and arms trafficking, serial killers, etc. Essentially, there is a long-term agenda at work here, and it reaches to the very highest levels of power. So, as you can see, there is a lot to understand about all of this, and it would be very hard to cover every aspect very thoroughly in a single documentary.

On a more personal level, I've had my own targeting experiences for many years and have studied and documented how my perpetrators apparently operate and how they're able to maintain a network of active perps without fear of exposure. This is outlined in my document, 'The Network', which I think will be very helpful to you.

I don't know what sort of approach you plan on taking with your documentary, but I'm hoping it will delve deeper than just exploring individual cases of TIs. That's been done so much and the internet is already filled with such stories, although what you might hear or read should always be taken with a grain of salt. As I said before, many people in the TI community are actually perps and purposely not telling the truth and exaggerating certain aspects of the situation, while others are deluded about their situations and about the technology they believe is being used on them - usually because they're not capable of thinking critically and objectively about their experiences (not always their own fault, under the circumstances). The fact that there are purposeful campaigns being engaged in to derail any attempts at exposure and to continually misinform the TI community makes it very hard to overcome the confusion people have due to the amount of disinformation being put out. And it's continually getting worse.

Among other things, I'd like to take this opportunity in communicating with you to dispel much of the false information being promoted and bought into by TIs, since this will help you to eliminate many of the false claims you'll come across and allow you to remain objective in your approach to this subject.

There are various categories of people within the TI community, each with their own beliefs about the technology being used against them and the means of their attacks. These range from those who are victims of V2K (voice to skull) technology, to those who believe that the technology has the capability to read their thoughts, to those who claim to be psychically attacked, to those who believe that aliens or interdimensional beings are involved. There are also those who claim that the technology involves nanotechnology, those who claim to suffer from what they believe is morgellons disease, and who knows what else. Every conceivable idea about the technology used in targeting seems to attract its own circle of believers, and this is a major problem in itself, which I cover extensively in 'Online Psyops and Perception Management in the Targeted Community'.

As for these various categories of TIs, I'll briefly cover each of them further here.

People who claim to hear voices are usually legitimate. V2K is a scientifically sound technology, in that audio sounds can be transmitted directly into a person's head, so this claim is entirely plausible. V2K shouldn't be confused with 'synthetic telepathy' or 'remote neural monitoring', which are entirely different technologies, but in the TI community the distinction sometimes gets blurred through a lack of understanding and misuse of terminology, which doesn't help things.

People who claim that their thoughts can be read are another matter altogether, and this is where most of my research into the technology has been focused. Because of the complexity of the matter, understanding this category of TIs requires a rather extensive explanation of various technical matters relating to the technology that they claim is being used on them. In most cases, they are either false TIs or otherwise being purposely deceived about the method of their targeting. This is undoubtedly for the purpose of avoiding exposure. It's my informed opinion that the majority of these people (at least those who are legitimate TIs) are under some form of ongoing hypnosis (possibly induced through V2K) to lead them to think that their thoughts are being read. In rare cases, they might be actual experimentees for advanced mind-reading technologies that would necessarily involve invasive brain surgery, and this is where the technical details need to be covered at length. I'll deal with this further on.

Continuing with the various categories of TIs, I know through a great deal of research and some personal experimentation that at least some psychic phenomena are possible, that they've been extensively studied and practiced within certain secret societies and occult groups for a very long time, and that there are certain methods that can be used to enhance psychic abilities, as well as to make a person more open to psychic attack. These methods include electronic brain entrainment, the use of a Faraday cage to block outside electromagnetic interference with brainwave activity, sensory deprivation to block extraneous 'noise' coming from the five normal senses, hypnosis to enhance suggestibility towards psychic functioning and/or enhance access to the psychic channel, using multiple people in a psychic endeavor, etc. Psychological profiling methods can also help to identify people who are the most susceptible to psychic influence or who have strong psychic potential. So psychic attacks are quite plausible and those people who claim to have them may or may not be speaking accurately.

Moving on to the next category... I've spent many years researching UFOs and aliens, and although I at first believed in at least some of the stories being put out, I eventually came to realize that this is a false reality that has been created and kept alive by both the US government and various secret societies over the years, and has been used for various purposes throughout that time, starting with it being used as a cover for MKULTRA mind-control experimentation and the testing of secret military technologies (i.e. antigravity, holographics, etc.). The purpose for using the UFO/alien scenario as cover has been to make those who report it appear ridiculous, thus discrediting them completely in the mainstream world. This false reality has since been used as part of other psychological operations (psyops), both within and without the military and other government agencies. It seems to be favored by certain satanic groups, since it's very adaptive to their beliefs and activities. But in the end, the fact is that there's absolutely no evidence that UFOs and aliens are what they are usually claimed to be, and are merely the subjective interpretations of people who have experiences that seem to involve them. This whole topic is very complex in itself, but the basic fact is that this false reality is commonly used as a screen memory or cover deception for other activities, and these activities involve TIs. The screen memories are inserted through hypnosis, which appears to be one of the most used techniques for misleading TIs about their targeting experiences, and in my opinion has been incorporated into the technology and targeting operations to a very large degree. So, in my opinion, there are very likely no aliens involved in this targeting, although a rather large percentage of purported TIs believe they are. I'm inclined to think that many of these people are merely seeking to entertain themselves by believing such things, much like a person is entertained by watching scary movies. Many others are in a more dangerous position, because they're being led to believe that they're special, thinking they've been selected by aliens because they have special DNA, that they're 'walk-ins', 'star children', etc., and/or that they're being involved in some sort of training as sleeper agents for a final apocalyptic event that they believe will involve a massive alien landing. This is where things start getting cultish, and cults are what I believe a lot of this targeting is moving towards as some of these categories of TIs come to establish their beliefs about their targeting around particular false realities. The belief in alien involvement is by far the oldest false reality among the TI community, and therefore the most deeply rooted within it.

When it comes to any of the other categories of TIs and their beliefs that I mentioned (those involving interdimensional beings, nanotechnology, morgellons, etc.), things become less than plausible, and the evidence and claims become that much more questionable. I really haven't done much research into these areas, each for its own reasons. Interdimensionality lacks any evidence that can't be explained in more plausible ways. It's just another version of the false reality surrounding alien involvement. Morgellons may or may not be anything related to targeting, and could easily be due to environmental pollution. However, many people believe that morgellons are alien microbes or some sort of nanotechnology being spread through chemtrails, etc. Nanotechnology is often used to explain a variety of experiences, from morgellons to microscopic implants used in mind-control. None of these claims about nanotechnology as it applies to targeting appear to have much scientific validity or objective evidence to support them. It's very unlikely that this technology is at all advanced enough to do any of the things that people in the TI community claim it can.

This brings me back to the technology that people claim is capable of reading their thoughts, since as I said many people claim that nanotechnology is being used to act as microscopic electronic implants that embed themselves in their brains and transmit their brainwave signals to satellites or microwave towers, or otherwise aid in allowing brainwave signals to be transmitted over distance, allowing for two-way interaction and the ability to read and influence a person's thoughts and other brain activity.
An understanding of some basic radio engineering principles will prove that this and other claims about mind-reading technologies are utterly impossible. Although I cover many of the inherent problems with purported mind-reading technologies in my document 'A Primer on V2K and Mind-Reading Technologies', that document was written before I was able to fully establish certain limitations that all radio engineers know as fact and can be easily checked by anybody who bothers to. Along with what's explained in that document, there are two basic things about radio engineering that make most claims about mind-reading technology to be technically impossible as described (I want to say all claims, but there are certain limited exceptions).

First, there is the fact that the inverse square law applies to electromagnetic waves, which means that the power density of an electromagnetic wave is proportional to the inverse of the square of the distance from a point source. Power density equates to wave amplitude or voltage strength, so this means that an electromagnetic wave loses strength proportional to the distance traveled (the basic formula is I=W/m^2, where I is intensity or strength, W is watts of power, and m^2 is meters squared). Second, there's the fact that wave amplitude or voltage strength is dependent on the size of the capacitor in any device that generates and/or transmits an electromagnetic wave. What this all means is that something as small as an implant (even a large one that would definitely show up in an x-ray) will only be able to transmit a few feet at best before the signal strength is lost completely. Brainwaves are so weak that they can barely even penetrate beyond the skull more than a few millimeters, and the use of implants to amplify the signal wouldn't help much at all. So, apart from the various other technical problems that I describe in my above-mentioned document regarding mind-reading technologies, these two further limitations make them virtually impossible, and those people claiming that their thoughts are being read are far more likely being deceived, or are actually false TIs spreading false claims to make the TI community appear that much more ludicrous.

Well, although I have much more to say, this has already gotten rather longer than I expected, and I may have gone into areas that you aren't planning to deal with, but perhaps some of this will help you anyway. As I've indicated, my research has delved into many other areas related to targeting, so if you ask me about something in particular, I can probably give you some useful information and lead you to supporting evidence that you probably wouldn't come across so easily otherwise.

Just be careful what you accept as true or accurate when it comes to the things you hear about. There's a great deal of purposeful deception going on, and this is something I'd also like to expand on, but for now, I must end this here.

A More Realistic Remote Mind-Reading Technology

by Anthony Forwood

In other articles and documents I've published in the past, I've argued that remote mind-reading technologies are far more limited in their application than is commonly claimed or believed. Specifically, I have used the technology described in the 1976 Robert G. Malech patent (US patent #3951134) as the basis for my argument, since this patent is very often referred to as 'proof' that remote mind-reading is real as described in that patent. In that particular patent's description, the technology is described as being capable of targeting anyone by simply reading a target subject's brainwaves from a distance (such as by satellite) without the need for any prior direct contact with the target subject and without the requirement of any secondary devices (i.e. electronic implants, signal amplifiers/re-transmitters, electrode headsets, etc.) on or near the target subject.

I have also pointed out in various articles and documents (for instance, see 'Dissecting the Claims of Robert Duncan') that a patent grant does not mean that the technology or invention described within it will actually work, since a patent is simply a 'proof of concept', and what is described doesn't have to be proven to work as described.

The problem with the technology described in the Malech patent that makes it impossible to work is that brainwaves are far too weak to be picked up from any distance at all. I detail the technical complications involved in my document, 'A Primer on V2K vs. Remote Mind-Reading Technologies', available online.

All this being said, I've recently come across a patent for a remote mind-reading technology that more accurately describes what is required in order for it to work. The patent I'm referring to is US patent #6,011,991 A, which was granted to Technology Patents, Llc in 2000. It should be understood here that after the Malech patent was issued in 1976, the technical errors that were inherent in that patent have undoubtedly been recognized.

This later patent describes exactly the method I've been saying would be required for any remote mind-reading technology to work, in that a secondary device must be located on the target subject in order to pick up, amplify, and re-transmit brainwave signals (EEGs) to a remote receiving station, where they would then be matched against signature patterns that have already been pre-recorded.

Further, this later patent describes how such signature patterns would be acquired through the use of such a secondary device (such as an implant or electrode), where it must be located directly on or under the scalp of the target subject for the purpose of picking up brainwave signals, amplifying them, and transmitting them to a remote receiver. As I also state would be necessary, this patent suggests that hundreds or even thousands of such devices should be employed to improve signal accuracy and system functionality. A small number of such devices would otherwise make the technology extremely limited in its capabilities.

This later patent also describes how the brainwave signals are acquired in order to build up a database of signature patterns, which is of particular importance because it reflects exactly what many people describe regarding their experiences as targets of V2K, and would explain the interrogative experiences they are subjected to by the voices they hear. Specifically, this later patent details the following process:

- Asking the target subject a number of questions and recording brain activity in response to these questions in order to develop normalized or averaged brain activity information relating to the acquired responses;

- Asking the same questions many times in order to acquire a normalized average signature pattern of the same response;

- Asking different questions to acquire a set of different types of responses and/or to test against previously acquired signature patterns to assure their accuracy.

This later patent also suggests that signature patterns can be acquired through other means than just asking direct questions, including recording responses to visual, audible, olfactory, gustatory, etc., cues, as well as recording higher-order brain functions such as decision-making processes. In this light, it is important to understand that these cues can be given to the target subject through what might appear to be normal activities through a cell phone or computer.

The technology described in this later patent and its method of operation correlates exactly to what I've stated elsewhere would be required for any remote mind-reading technology to work successfully. In particular, it would require that implants or external electrodes (as with an EEG headset) are absolutely necessary for it to work and must be in direct physical contact with the target subject's head. At the very least, a properly rigged cell phone would be required to act as an electrode, and it would have to be held directly to the target subject's head to pick up any brainwave signals. This latter method would be very limited in its capabilities, however, since it would only be able to pick up brainwave signals from only that area of the brain that was nearest the phone.

Also, as I've stated elsewhere, every person has unique brainwave patterns, so that the signature patterns from one person will not match those of another, due to both individual anatomy and differences in information processing in different individuals. This is also detailed within this patent's description, thereby supporting my own previous claims.

Further, as I've explained elsewhere, electromagnetic signals can only be transmitted as far as the physical size of the transmitter allows, so that something as small as an implant would have a very short range not exceeding more than a few feet at most. This is a well-known aspect of radio engineering and is therefore an inarguable fact that cannot be gotten around. This means that there must necessarily be a relay device nearby to amplify and retransmit the signals coming from any implants, electrodes, or other pick-up devices that might be employed. The description of this patent also describes this need for such a relay system, again supporting what I've stated elsewhere.

This patent also describes how it can conceivably be used, through the use of implants, to alter brain activity based on pre-recorded signature patterns. These altered brain activities, however, do not appear to include actual thoughts, and are restricted to lower-level brain processes, such as emotional states, sleep, hunger, motor activity, etc.

Further, in reading this patent description, it appears that this patent is, like the Malech patent, only a proof of concept and was never built and tested prior to the patent application being filed or granted. Therefore, there is a possibility that this technology will have unforeseen limitations that render it less capable than described. Nonetheless, it is a far more plausible technology than that described in the Malech patent or other technologies similar to the Malech patent that rely on remote reading of brainwave signals without a secondary device.

Summary

A comparison of the technology described in the Malech patent with that described in this later patent shows that remote mind-reading capabilities require secondary devices - whether they be internal implants or an external electrode headset component - that must be in direct contact with the target subject's head in order to be able to pick up the weak brainwave signals. Also, because of the limitations in transmitting distances imposed by the small size of such secondary devices, a further device that will be somewhat larger must be incorporated for amplifying and re-transmitting the signals to the remote receiving station.

What this all means is that any person who is being targeted with any such mind-reading technology will be able to locate the necessary re-transmitting device through trial and error, by removing themselves from any location where such a device might be hidden (including within cell phones or computers), or, in the possible case where it is implanted in their bodies, to have themselves x-rayed to look for any device that would necessarily be large enough to be visible in the x-ray image.

If a thorough search for a re-transmitting device turns up negative and apparent mind-reading experiences continue, then the person is likely not actually being subjected to any such mind-reading technology at all, and is instead being fooled into thinking so through hypnotic suggestions that make it appear so. These suggestions might be inserted through any number of means, whether it be through V2K technology, computer- or cell phone-relayed subliminals, or some other method. It is important to understand that the effect of hypnotic suggestions are impossible to distinguish from one's own natural thoughts and actions, so this possibility should not be rejected out of hand.
