I have been trying to confess for a long time. I am a perp. I am paid by the US government to conduct psychological experiments on you. I am deceitful sometimes and I am wrong sometimes. I even accidentally tell you a truth now and then. But they dock my pay when that happens.

So, now that you have a full confession. Can we move on and have constructive conversations even knowing that I am trying to hurt you through intentional bad information and theories? Greed is what drives me. I get extra-CIA pay when I can lead you towards irrational and unfounded belief systems. Perhaps it is good mental exercise to be able to critically reason while knowing that a sophisticated perp like myself is guiding you away from God and truth intentionally?

Perhaps like with evolution theory, we should separate church and state. Use one as a personal guidance and an information drug to inspire you, and the other that has proven more useful in predicting the immediate future and to explain the physical world where brain chemistry and the mind intersect. Always be skeptical of information that you read. This should not be something new. However, personally attacking someone shows a lack of ability to understand the science and argue on that basis. We are back to the Christian inquisitions and will get nowhere. Just assume in every email that you are required to think for yourself and not be lazy wanting to rely on someone’s reputation. In fact, in a perfect intelligent meritocracy, where no names were attached to information exchanges, you would have to learn to do this.

Why does thinking and arguing in a professional exchange about this topic in a scientific and strategic manner, pain you so much? Why do you spend so much time talking about the useless and nonsensical aspects? Get over your classicism and take everyone as if they have something important to say. Filter, don’t respond negatively. I for one have nearly fully given up my defense research and public speaking because of the constant barrage of negativity. I found that I can help more people and other groups with other problems who are more grateful of my sacrifices. You aren’t winning allies or friends and you haven’t figured it out that negativity is highly infectious and the most obvious quality to instill into people and groups to isolate and disassemble them. If you haven’t figured out just the very basic psychological strategies being used against a group assembling by reading military and CIA methods, you haven’t progressed in this chess game at all. This is why I have lost hope.

Anthony Forwood or whoever you are, thank you for this post of yours, though I'd wish you never did this. It will only served to discredit you. I have NEVER been associated with OSI in any way, nor do I associate with their members. And, FFCHS does NOT have a racket of targeted individuals bantering around to cause intentional problems. I banned you years ago from a TI online social media support group due to your disinformation about active denial technology and methods that is used to harass and harm innocent citizens. Ken, you claim that I’m a government-paid infiltrator/agent… based on what evidence exactly? Because I point out damaging things about you and your cohorts and what you’re all doing to harass and discredit real TIs? I’ve tried to discuss these issues with you, Derrick Robinson, Robert Duncan, and others, with the same avoidance tactics used against me each time. As it is, this sort of accusation you make here is a typical perp tactic when it comes with absolutely nothing to back it up. They’re empty words, Ken... nothing more. Why don’t you be kind enough to point out exactly what grounds you base this accusation on? Otherwise, I really have no need to defend myself, and your post only serves to show others how you and your ‘ex’-government associates at FFCHS operate. However, if you can point out something SPECIFIC that I’ve posted on my blog or elsewhere that’s at fault, I’d be willing to change it to better reflect the truth. I tried to discuss some issues with you once before, but you chose instead to immediately kick me out of your facebook group, as you’ve admitted here. As it is, Ken, YOU specifically are involved in organized targeting against selected TIs on facebook, including Dee Dorsty, which I have evidence of posted below. Seeing that this targeting also involves Dee Hardin, another long-time FFCHS member, and Will Litigate (aka OSI Informers, aka Greg Gamache), who you claim to not be associated with, it just further proves that FFCHS and the OSI gang are working together, and that you’re a liar. Apparently, this is the usual MO for all of you, to gang up on someone and smear them… but never with any evidence of any wrongdoing on the part of the person you attack. Compare that to what I provide on my blog regarding the questionable activities of FFCHS. My evidence comes from your organization’s own publications, from the quoted statements in the media of its board members, and from many first-hand experiences with you and your associates. Why don’t you answer to that? Calling me an infiltrator/agent without any evidence whatsoever is merely a weak tactical response to the strong evidence I’ve been compiling that only fools would ever fall for. As it appears more and more, you’re mixed up with the real infiltrator/agents, particularly Derrick Robinson, who’s even admitted to being in the NSA, which no one really ever gets out of once they sign up.

So Ken, instead of just generalizing with your accusations, tell me what you specifically find fault with and why and I’ll address it, and we can go from there. Who is Timothy White?

Timothy White’s name first came to my attention a few months ago when I was researching Derrick Robinson’s alleged contact with Aaron Alexis (the Washington Navy Yard shooter) just before he went on his rampage last year. I had discovered that White was on the FFCHS board of directors, and that he had made some interesting statements that intimately tied him into the Aaron Alexis Affair, but that’s all I knew for certain about him at that time.

Nevertheless, while I had been looking for information on him, I came across a ‘Tim’ White who was involved in some issues with a woman named Barbara Hartwell. The whole thing appeared to be a tangled mess of back and forth accusations and counter-accusations and it was hard to determine what it was all about and who was being honest, if anybody, so I didn’t dig too far into it and didn’t find out if this was the same Timothy White.

But more recently, while looking further for information on White, I came across a totally unrelated post by someone named Leslie Oliver, dated Aug. 22, 2005, titled ‘A Personal Account / EM Scalar Weapons : AZ IMC’, in which this person stated (emphasis added):

'Men in black' (American shadow government) are after me here in Kathmandu, Nepal because I have posted this information a few times with more on Scalar weapons but I want everyone to know... who is responsible if anything "happens". Tim White, Ted Gunderson and Julianne McKinney have recently been emailing me. I have also left this information with well-known 9/11 attorney and activist, Phil Berg.

Also while here in Kathmandu, Tim White, a friend of ex-FBI man, Ted Gunderson has contacted me from an APFN from a post I made. A woman (I assume she is) by the name of Julianne McKinney contacted me from Tim's CC: list...apparently "ex-military" who is pretentious, arrogant.

This was enough to satisfy me that these are all the same Tim White, since I know from the description that this is definitely the same Julianne McKinney who I’ve written about elsewhere and who has always been closely affiliated with FFCHS, so this Tim White who was associating himself with Ted Gunderson is undoubtedly the same Tim White who’s now a part of FFCHS’s inner sanctum.

Knowing now that these are the same person, it becomes much more apparent as I look at all the posts that come up in a google search of this guy that he’s a hired disruption agent. Going back at least as far as 2001, there’s nothing but bad shit being said about him. He’s apparently gained himself quite a reputation for harassing people, and the information that others have dug up on him paint him – to put it mildly – as a transvestite snitch for the Denver FBI who peddles in hardcore pornography.

Apparently, White was targeting Barbara Hartwell and others back in 2001 for publishing damaging information about Ted Gunderson, information that paints Gunderson in a light that is actually more believable than that of the altruistic Patriot he wants everyone to think of him as – that he has spent his retirement years since 1979 containing public exposure of the people running the satanic mind-control/sex-slave/drug-running/arms-dealing network that involves people at the highest levels of wealth and power in the USA and abroad.

This is all very noteworthy, because it connects what I already believe is FFCHS’s real agenda with what Ted Gunderson has been accused of doing and for which White was apparently doing damage control – making sure that any mind-control victims who might know or remember anything that could expose their government perpetrators were identified and brought under control before they could do any real damage, as well as to use them in their own operations. The fact is (and this is not news to me), we’ve all been duped for years about certain major players in this wide-ranging government psyop, letting these people gain our trust with their supposed inside knowledge and their claims of being on our side and wanting to expose the mind-control, Satanism, pedophilia, etc., when really they’re working to keep it all going. As I’ll keep saying, the people at FFCHS are all government agents and their dupes and they’re there for this reason only, and no other.

I’d like to point out here that for all of Gunderson’s years of investigation, with all of the boxes of documents he claimed to have about this criminal network and the people involved, we have actually received next to nothing from him, even on his deathbed when he had a truly once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to make some major revelations. All that Gunderson has ever done in all that time was to place himself within investigations in order to manage and control the people who could expose this network and its activities, making sure that what little tidbits they revealed would never be enough to go anywhere. He has rerouted these people into taking part in lecture circuits and conferences that only serve to entertain the targeted community with an endless stream of the same old information again and again. This has been going on for the three decades that Gunderson was operating in this capacity, so he succeeded in his real duties as a government double agent. Cathy O’Brien’s story, which came out way back around 1988, has never really resulted in anything other than being a discussion piece for people to muse over. The same goes for Brice Taylor. The evidence suggests that Gunderson, using people like Tim White, pulled a psyop on people like Barbara Hartwell and Stew Webb in order to disrupt their attempts to expose him.

Now Tim White is on the board of directors of FFCHS. His previous handler Ted Gunderson is dead, but Gunderson’s part in keeping this cover-up under wraps has undoubtedly been passed on to others. FFCHS has been in a very good position since his death to take that part over. And by all appearances, this is what they are doing.

To use Gunderson’s own words:

FFCHS and the Death of Susan Watkins

I was recently informed that a member of FFCHS named Susan Watkins had committed suicide several months ago, which I mentioned in my last blog. I decided to look at this case more closely. Here’s what I found…

- On March 13, 2014, a woman named Susan Watkins passed away in Kansas City, Missouri. Her online obituary follows:

Susan Valerie Watkins, 56, passed away March 31, 2014, in Kansas City, Missouri. She was born in Springfield, Missouri on February 7, 1958 to James F. Watkins, Sr. and Martha M. Watkins. She was a twin with her brother, Kevin. She graduated from Shawnee Mission Northwest High School in 1976. She achieved several certifications as a legal secretary, working for firms in the Kansas City and Los Angeles areas. She enjoyed Kansas City jazz, swimming, arts, and museums. She had a true love of animals and frequently assisted in animal rescue efforts. Susan was creative and authored a book "Winston". She is survived by her siblings, Beth Carlson, and husband Bob, of Colorado Springs, Colorado, James (Jim) Watkins, Jr. and wife Deborah (Debi) of Leawood, Kansas, Richard (Rick) Watkins and Joyce Generali of Kansas City, Missouri, Kevin Watkins of Overland Park, Kansas, eleven loving nieces and nephews, and fourteen grand nieces, and grand nephews. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, April 18 at Kansas City First Church of the Nazarene, 11811 State Line Road. Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of your choice.

- Five days later, on April 5, 2014, Derrick Robinson published the following announcement about this death in his FFCHS newsletter (emphasis added):

Monday, March 31, 2014: Death by Hanging of Susan Watkins

As many of you have heard by now, we experienced a grisly loss this past week of one of our most important members, Susan Watkins, a very professional and knowledgeable volunteer with our Legal Committee, who was found hanged in her house on Monday, March 31, 2014 by her landlord.

Although it is being labelled a suicide due to the writing left on her wall which said: "They watched me by satellite while I killed myself," many are not convinced that that's what occurred. Personally, I find it odd for someone to speak of killing themselves in the past tense.

Several days before this event, Susan sent an email to some of us with contact information for her sister, the executor of her will, her landlord, and Dr. Staninger - "as the Government harassment/torture increases from time to time." Therefore, it seems either she felt really threatened or was planning this herself. Either way, as someone pointed out, it is obviously murder by the perpetrators.

It's incidents like this that underscore that what we are experiencing is nothing short of a secret holocaust.

A number of red lights immediately go off when I read Derrick Robinson’s announcement.

1) He is announcing details of this alleged death without providing any sources for his information. My own search for details was only able to come up with the obituary notice above, in which there is no mention of the cause of death, nor any indications that it was a suicide and that a note had been left behind.

2) He words the announcement to say that “many others” had already heard about this alleged suicide. Who are these many others, and how did they find out about this death? Why is there no mention of her death anywhere online, except for a few duplicates of Robinson’s announcement posted on blogs?

3) Derrick Robinson also states that “many are not convinced” that this was a suicide. Who are these ‘many’, and what are their grounds for doubting that this was a suicide? This statement appears to be intended to put weight behind Derrick Robinson’s own suggestion that this wasn’t just a suicide, based on the claim that the alleged note was written in the past tense.

4) Where did information about the alleged note (or writing on the wall) come from? Where did the information that this was a suicide come from? I could find no source for these pieces of information anywhere, other than Derrick Robinson himself. This incident smells a lot like the claims Derrick Robinson and company made about Aaron Alexis contacting them prior to the Washington Navy Yard shooting, which appears to have been concocted for no other reason than to promote himself and FFCHS in the media while instilling fear among his followers.

5) Derrick Robinson claims that Watkins contacted him and a few others at FFCHS just prior to her death, leaving them with “contact information for her sister”, which he determined meant that she felt that she was in danger. Why didn’t he immediately react to this and attempt to help her or find out more? He makes no indication that he did anything at all. This is similar to his past inaction with regard to Aaron Alexis.

6) Without providing any evidence whatsoever to support himself, and apparently without even checking into the matter further, Derrick Robinson comes to the conclusion that “it is obviously murder by the perpetrators”. Again, he is using this tragedy to instill unwarranted fears in his followers. But Robinson presents this suggestion in a way that separates himself from the responsibility of actually making it himself by stating that ‘someone else’ pointed it out. So who is this other person? Why state it at all unless he wanted the psychological effect it would have on his fear-driven followers?

7) Perhaps he answers the last question I just raised in his closing sentence, that “what we are experiencing is nothing short of a secret holocaust”. He is using this (possibly contrived) incident to exaggerate many people’s fears by suggesting that TIs are being knocked off willy-nilly, and that they might be next.

The fact is, there is NO evidence that Susan Watkins committed suicide or was murdered. There is NO evidence that there was a suicide note. There is NO evidence that this death was related to targeting. There is NO evidence that Derrick Robinson or anyone else at FFCHS received anything from Susan Watkins just prior to her death. Hell, I haven’t even seen any evidence that the Susan Watkins named in the obituary above had anything to do with Derrick Robinson or FFCHS at all!

But fear-driven fools will follow tricksters blindly, and so you can bet that many gullible people who have been led by the likes of Derrick Robinson to think that they’re being targeted – whether they are or not – will take this announcement as fact and allow it to affect their perceptions further. They will take Derrick Robinson’s unfounded suggestions as fact and go from there, never doubting his skill in leading them wherever they think they’re going but never seeming to ever get anywhere…

FFCHS Suicide Cult – An Unprecedented Numbers of Suicides

Why would anyone want to get involved with an organization that does nothing to help people, but has an unprecedented record of producing suicides? The regularity of FFCHS-related suicides is increasing…

1) In 2004, a year before Derrick Robinson even formed Freedom From Covert Harassment and Surveillance (FFCHS), he took control of a TI group on Yahoo that had previously been run by a woman named Sylvia. Sylvia mysteriously disappeared from the group after about two months, never to be heard of again. It was alleged that her disappearance was due to targeting. Was it really? Targeted by whom?

2) In July of 2009, a man named John Turner in Florida allegedly (according to FFCHS) reported that covert attacks on him became more severe after speaking with FFCHS board member Timothy White and a man named Howard Thompson. Soon after this, he bought a gun and killed his girlfriend and a neighbor before killing himself. He had allegedly (according to FFCHS) been involved with FFCHS for about a year.

3) On September 8, 2011, a woman named Pam Anderson allegedly (according to FFCHS) committed suicide only a few months after joining the board of FFCHS.

4) As early as August, 2013, Aaron Alexis was allegedly (according to FFCHS) in direct contact with FFCHS board members. He allegedly (according to FFCHS) continued to communicate with them up until only a few days before he went on a shooting spree at the Washington Navy Yard and then killed himself on September 16, 2013.

Now we can add another one to FFCHS’s self-proclaimed suicide count…

5) On April 5, 2014, FFCHS announced that one of its longtime board members, Susan Watkins, allegedly (according to FFCHS) committed suicide on March 31, 2014. Derrick Robinson has been trying to promote this incident as a murder, based on extremely minimal evidence that apparently (as usual) he and his organization are the only ones who have ever seen it.

Aside from the fact that I have seen no substantive proof to show that there was even a suicide, this leads me to question how (and why) Derrick comes to his conclusions so quickly.

Is it because it strikes fear in the hearts of his followers and keep them with his group? Is it because it supports the baseless claims of the many followers of FFCHS who think they’re targeted but show signs of everything from simple bad judgment to temporary delusion to full-blown mental illness? (I don’t mean to discredit real TIs with real issues based on their well-reasoned analysis of their experiences and whatever legitimate information supports them.)

Is Derrick Robinson trying to divert attention away from the destructive nature of his cult group and the sort of material he promotes and encourages his followers to believe, by crediting this alleged suicide to some unknown murderer acting out for some unknown reason?

Is he just trying to sensationalize this alleged suicide among his merry band of cult followers in order to give them something that appears substantial to hold them all together in the tight-knit and secretive little group that they apparently are?

Or…. Is Derrick Robinson and his group involved in bringing people to the point of suicide by drawing them into his group and keeping them from understanding the true nature of their experiences until they give up waiting for the solutions he constantly pretends he and his organization can provide?

He states in a recent newsletter:

“It's incidents like this that underscore that what we are experiencing is nothing short of a secret holocaust.”

If there IS a secret holocaust going on, then appears to have its roots at FFCHS. This can’t be denied. For Derrick Robinson to suggest to his followers that Susan Watkins was murdered is nothing less than fear-mongering, which is about all that he and his associates have been known to accomplish.

One further note at this point… Every one of these people I’ve listed have very minimal or completely nonexistent online histories, so it may very well be that some of them are made up personas, or they were at least real people (still alive) using fake identities. I know that John Turner was real, based on newpaper reports I dug up, although his affiliation with FFCHS is only based on Derrick’s word, and Aaron Alexis was real, as we all know, but again, his affiliation with FFCHS is only based on Derrick’s word.

Heavy pressure needs to be put on Derrick Robinson, Robert Duncan, Max Williams, Timothy White, and others (newest one being Levi McCann) in that group of ‘TI advocates’ stemming from FFCHS to prove their identities and backgrounds.

Start confronting them and demanding it.

Derrick Robinson wants to suggest that Susan Watkins was murdered.

This begs the question… If she was such a threat to those that orchestrate these targeting campaigns, then WHY HAVEN’T DERRICK ROBINSON AND THESE OTHERS BEEN ‘SUICIDED’?

As I’ve said before, they all claim to be whistleblowers, but none of them are targeted like a whistleblower normally would be, nor can any of them point to any government body that they ‘whistled’ to, and they’re even receiving hard-to-get attention in the mainstream media. Outside of an Edward Snowden type of whistleblower who had to flee the country, what real TI has that sort of ability to openly function and get that amount of MSM publicity for so long without repercussions???

From The Memory Hole

Close to nineteen months have passed since the event known as the Sandy Hook Massacre transpired. Amazingly, there has still been no conclusive evidence put forth by any of the families affected or the investigators involved to dispel the many 'conspiracy theories' that have evolved from the event. In fact, new mysteries seem to expose themselves even more as time passes by.

From Douglas Cottle, who died Sept 29, 2012, at age 62 to Michael Bellmore, who died May 3, 2014 at age 27, more questions than answers seem to arise. The Connecticut State Police Commander, the Connecticut State Police Commissioner, the Western Connecticut State Police Commander as well as the Connecticut State Medical Examiner have all been eliminated from the story either by retiring or death. What better way to cover up any possibility of ever disclosing the truth? What better way to perpetuate conspiracy theories?

Perhaps the death of Douglas Cottle was an unfortunnate incident compounding the grief of Alissa Parker when she lost her daughter Emilie in the Sandy Hook tragedy. He was her father and the Grandfather of Emilie. He was a 62 year old dentist from Ogden, Utah who sustained serious injuries while participating in his ninth LOTOJA 206 mile bicycle race on Sept 9, 2012. According to his daughter, she thinks another racer may have clipped his tire, throwing him off the bike where he crash landed on his face. His face suffered over 30 fractures! Perhaps if repeatedly beaten with a tire iron, one could sustain 30 fractures. I find it highly improbable that a fall from a bicycle could inflict such injuries.(1)

Nevertheless, Mr. Cottle was sent to an 'elderly care' facility after being released from the hospital, apparently because the VA hospital was full. Mr Cottle was reportedly combative at times at the center as he repeatedly tried to rip out his feeding tube, despite their attempts to restrain him. He was uncooperative and reportedly tried to stand on his own, against the advice of his physician, which led to his falling down and sustaining yet another head injury. This time his injuries proved fatal and he died on Sept 29.

Was this a case of a terrible accident (there hadn't been a fatal accident in LOTOJA'S 30 years of racing), compounded by a lack of critical care rendered to an apparently healthy individual (prior to the race), or was it the apparent removal of a person who may have had foreknowledge and was unwilling to participate in such an endeavor as the Sandy Hook Hoax? From all of the nice things said about him in his obituaries, I truly believe this was a good man. At least in the case of Mr. Cottle, there is somewhat of an explanation as to the events and injuries that led to his demise. More recently, the death of William Podgorski, the CT State Police Western District Commander, who was also a Lead Investigator in the Sandy Hook incident remains unexplained. He died after a 'brief, undisclosed illness' followed by surgery on Monday, June 16 at Yale-New Haven Hospital at the age of 49. According to a friend of mine who had seen Bill Podgorski just a short time before his death, he appeared in perfect health. No further information has been released regarding this sudden death.(2) This Yale-New Haven Hospital was also the place where Reporter Michael Bellmore breathed his last breath on May 3, 2014 after being relieved of his duties as a New Haven Register journalist and reduced to a consultant to the Town of New Hamden. Judging from the credits on his obituary, this kid was a talented, aspiring journalist, who would never leave such an admirable job at the Register to become a 'consultant'.

Perhaps he was asked to leave. He was involved in the earliest reporting on the Sandy Hook shooting and was there on Dec 14, according to his Twitter Feed. He was also present when both Governor Malloy and President Obama addressed the city of Newtown in the aftermath. How does a 27 year old die so suddenly and inexplicably, and, again, in the care of Yale-New Haven Hospital?(3) Did he stumble into something he shouldn't have?

Some of the mysterious deaths occurring in the past 18 months are not as obviously connected to the Sandy Hook incident. Take for example JoAnn June Egletes, the secretary of Irving Pinsky, who was the attorney who initiated a lawsuit against the State of Connecticut for $100,000,000 on behalf of a 6 yr old child that was traumatized by the incident. Despite his acting on behalf of an affected child, he was immediately vilified, chastised and threatened. He even had gunshots fired through his office. He withdrew the lawsuit citing the need for further investigation. I wonder who would have the motive and the means (guns) to enact such an act of terror on his office.(4)

His secretary JoAnn June Egletes, died Sept 21, 2013, at Yale-New Haven Hospital. Again, I have yet to find an explanation as to the death of this 53 year old woman. It would sure be an effective way to intimidate Mr Pinsky from reconsidering that lawsuit.(5)

It sure seems odd that the deaths of Egletes, Podgorski, and Bellmore all occurred at Yale-New Haven Hospital as well.

These deaths supplement the other few mysteries surrounding Sandy Hook, such as the death of Scott Getzinger, who was the props manager for the Batman Dark Knight Rises movie (in which the map showing 'Sandy Hook was shown). He died after sustaining non-life threatening injuries in a car crash on April 7, 2012. The investigation of his death still has not been completed.(6)

There is also the case of Robert Hoagland, who went missing July 28, 2013 and has not been seen since! (7) He went missing when his wife was in Turkey for a 17 day excursion. With all of the mysterious $0 real estate transactions that have occurred and the odd number of homes owned by individual families and corporations, it is certainly relevant that Robert Hoagland was a Real Estate agent in Newtown. Despite various criticisms levied against Vision Government Solutions and their explanation that the zero dollar amounts assigned to various transactions was some sort of a 'glitch', they have since revitalized all of their data, and yet the zero dollar amounts remain!

I'm not sure why Robert Hoagland's wife was in Turkey when he disappeared, but it is quite curious when you compare that fact to the case of Phillip Marshall, the 911 Truther who mysteriously killed his 2 children before killing himself while his wife was reportedly traveling abroad in - yes- you guessed it - Turkey! (8)

The untimely deaths of some of these involved parties is accented by the removal of other key players who have removed themselves by retiring from their positions making them unavailable to be held accountable for the roles that they played. Wayne Carver is perhaps the most notorious of these participants. After threatening in 2011 to resign from his position, he abruptly changed his mind and agreed to stay on. After lobbying against the passage of Bill 1054 (the Bill to prevent the release of pediatric autopsies), he suddenly had a change of heart there as well and supported it's passage. As the awkward and sometimes imbecilic spokesman to the press, he will always be remembered for that famous quote- " I just hope that the people of Newtown don't have it come crashing down on their heads later."

Wayne Carver retired May 1, 2014, but has stayed on to help his successor and to complete his cases. He claims he also wants to stay on in a part time capacity. Seems like he's retiring without retiring completely.(9)

Next we have the State Police Commissioner Reuben F Bradford who shocked everyone by announcing his retirement prior to the release of the CT State Police Report on the Sandy Hook School Shooting. He was not very popular amongst the CT State Police as he and Danny Stebbins (the CSP Commander) were the first to receive a vote of 'No Confidence' from other State Troopers for the first time in it's 109 year existence in June of 2012!(10) Commissioner Bradford also headed up the States Emergency Services and was quoted as saying "The horror and unspeakable sadness of that day and the lives that were lost will never be forgotten," in a letter that accompanied the release of the long awaited 'Official Police Report'.(11)

Danny Stebbins, who was vilified for releasing information about the Sandy Hook incident at a conference in New Orleans that was apparently meant to be kept confidential, also announced his retirement. He will be gone at the end of June, 2014.(12) Gov. Dannel P. Malloy credited outgoing State Police Col. Danny Stebbins with guiding the agency through the "unimaginable" and difficult period following the Sandy Hook shooting.(13)

Both Stebbins and Bradford were Appointees of Gov. Malloy and were directly responsible for signing off on the release of critical evidence and information in the Sandy Hook Shooting!(14) Now that they are gone will they still be held accountable if it is shown that some of this information was incorrect?

Lt. George Sinko, who was working a side job directing traffic at a construction site on Dec. 14 and failed to report to Sandy Hook School until 2 hours after he was informed of the shooting, retired at age 49 in May of this year. He was reprimanded by Police Chief Michael Kehoe for his delayed response in 2012, but not severely enough according to his peers. When he was placed on administrative leave after an accident in April, he decided not to return to the Newtown Police force. Kehoe stated that he was "Not surprised" by Sinko's decision. Another one bites the dust.(15)

David Fein, the State's Top Prosecutor and Presidential Appointee also saw the aftermath of Sandy Hook as the perfect time to move on. Fein was involved with Eric Holder and Governor Malloy in implementing Project Longevity (a program designed to combat gun violence). He was also heavily involved in the investigation and pursued anyone who stood to capitalize on the deaths of those children (except, of course, the parents).(16)

Fein stepped up to the plate when a woman posing as the aunt of Noah Pozner was arrested for trying to solicit funds in his memory. "This arrest should serve as a warning to anyone who attempts to profit from this tragedy by contriving fraudulent schemes that exploit the victims, their families and individuals who sincerely want to help," said U.S. Attorney David Fein. (17)

Despite denying any wrongdoing and saying she was 'set up', Nouel Alba was sentenced to 8 months in prison and 2 years probation.(17) She had only collected $240 and reportedly returned the money. U.S. attorney Jonathan Francis argued for prison time, saying Alba's actions had caused emotional harm to the community and created a chilling effect on charitable giving.(18)

"It's a callous, calculating attempt to profit off the murder of children," he said. I guess the millions of dollars donated to the United Way and the Sandy Hook Promise are viewed in a different light.

Obviously, David Fein was serious!

So, as key role players in the Sandy Hook School Shooting continue to disappear, we are left to wonder exactly who, if anyone will be left to answer questions that remain unaddressed. Stephen Sedensky, the 'Lead Investigator' and J Paul Vance, the CT State Police Spokesman are two of the few that remain as the number of involved parties continues to dwindle.

If there is an attempt to conceal information from the Public, one of the most effective ways to accomplish that would be to remove the involved parties that have access to key information. Those that refuse to cooperate by retiring or resigning may be coerced or silenced in different ways. Here I have been able to cite only those parties whose stories have made it into the newspapers and local media. Who knows what other stories remain undisclosed to the public?

Another effective method of concealing evidence is to discourage anyone from asking questions in the first place. Remember that J Paul Vance, the CT State Police Spokesman said early on that anyone sharing 'misinformation' on Social Media would be prosecuted (19). What better way to control a situation than to make it illegal to disseminate information unless it comes from an 'Official Source'. This, despite the fact that all of the early information from Mainstream Media came from "un-named or anonymous" sources!

As time has passed, we have seen examples of the persecution of, if not the prosecution of, people that do question the Official Story. One of the most intriguing cases is that of YouTube videographer Scotty Walker (AKA Jonathan Reich). Jonathan was arrested in May of 2013 for allegedly making 'threatening' phone calls to the Coroner's Office as well as to certain families affected by the Sandy Hook Tragedy.(20) You can listen to his phone call to Wayne Carver's office here:

It seems to me that Jonathan has some pretty legitimate questions that should have been asked by any responsible journalist in regards to the Coroner's role in the passing of Bill 1054, which made it possible for the State to deny access to pediatric autopsy reports and is probably the most compelling evidence of pre-planning involved with the Sandy Hook Hoax. Dr Carver has never answered any questions regarding this, primarily because Jonathan was the only person with enough courage to ask him.

Dr Carver refused to even get on the phone with him, although he was obviously in the room with his assistant when the call was received. Jon also had contacted the Allison Wyatt Memorial Fund to ask them why they had mistakenly used the picture of Lily Gaubert to promote their fund raising efforts. Didn't anyone realize that they were using the wrong child's photo for nearly 2 weeks? Surely the parents had some involvement with their own child's memorial fund - didn't they?

Jonathan was then harassed by the local New York Police (where he lives) and told that he would be arrested and held on $250,000 bond unless he drove himself to Connecticut and turned himself in to be held on a lesser $50,000 bond. Because he was so afraid and didn't want to jeopardize his family, he complied. He has since spent nearly $50,000 on attorneys fees due to the fact that his hearing has been scheduled and then postponed at the last minute a total of 9 times so far. This sure seems a bit extreme for what is considered as a Class C Misdemeanor (the lowest of crimes) in Connecticut. (21)

More recently it has been revealed that a person could face detainment and even further punishment just for simply speaking about the possibility that all is not as it seems regarding the Sandy Hook story.

A school teacher from Pound Ridge, NY was recently accosted by police, taken to the hospital and involuntarily detained for over a week of 'psychological evaluations' where it was then determined that he somehow presented a risk to the community.(22) These allegations all came about as a result of his alleged online communications with an acquaintance on a Words With Friends App.

Whether or not this acquaintance reported directly to the FBI or whether his communication was somehow monitored remains to be revealed. Despite the subsequent findings that he is mentally competent, the Bedford School District terminated his employment on May 12, 2014. He has since initiated a lawsuit to get his job back.(23) Hopefully his lawsuit will lead to some legal discussion and a better understanding of the events surrounding Sandy Hook and the lack of disclosure.

History is being created before our very eyes. I encourage the reader to take the time to read the Wikipedia account of the Sandy Hook Elementary School Shooting. There you will find a collection of nonsensical information that is presented as fact.(24) When we realize that laws are being written and society is being manipulated as a result of what happened on that fateful day, it becomes obvious that we have a responsibility to become informed of what actually transpired at Sandy Hook. After 18 months of research, the only thing that I am convinced of is that I do not know the Truth.

Who’s Perping Who? Exposing Kathleen Watterson and Levi McCann – Perps for Hire

Yesterday, July 9, 2014, was the first time (that we know of) that electronic harassment was successfully argued and proven in a court of law!!! Guys, this was a red-letter day and yet another major victory for the targeted individual community!

What happened was something totally miraculous! Kathleen and Levi McCann, the expert witness in her case, "happened" to meet recently at their nearby Walmart in southern California and the rest is history! Levi turned out to be amazingly-qualified with legal expertise and electronics; everything needed to win a case like ours in court!

Levi was able to show that standard satellite dishes within a 5-mile radius of Kathleen's home were all pointed toward the equator where most satellites orbit the earth - except the defendant's satellite dishes which were pointed at Kathleen's house! He also revealed that the other neighborhood satellite dishes were geared toward receiving signals for TV, the Internet, etc. - except the defendant's satellite dishes which, according to meter readings from an RF spectrum analyzer and a tri-field meter, were shown to be transmitting microwave signals at her house!

All the evidence presented, plus expert knowledge and responses from Levi blew away all meager protestations from the defense, so the judge believed his testimony. Folks, this case was expertly crafted and victory was assured and won! There remains one more court appearance in September.

So in summary, Kathleen received a conditional restraining order for electromagnetic frequency harassment with penalties of up to 2 years in prison and up to $5000 in fines for violation of the court order.

Once again, a local victory!

Guys, our own communities is where the battleground is and this was accomplished even without an attorney! Let us begin to prepare from this victory, start gathering our evidence, and start taking perps to court right where we live!

Kathleen Watterson has posted the transcripts of her July 9^th hearing, so I downloaded a copy and read through it. Having done that, I can say without any doubt that irrespective of the big hoopla Derrick Robinson or anyone else makes of this still ongoing case, NO court ruling has been made, NOTHING has been proved, there has been NO major victory, and Kathleen Watersson has NOT received a conditional restraining order against her defendant. Further, this case is NOT regarding a restraining order for “electromagnetic frequency harassment”, as Derrick Robinson phrases it.

Although some time earlier Watterson had apparently been able to get a temporary restraining order while her case is still pending, she has NOT won the permanent restraining order that she’s seeking.

Just like I’ve been saying, Derrick Robinson and those who work with him will exaggerate and lie and twist the facts in order to serve their own agenda. In this case, it’s to make it appear that these people are producing results.

But there’s more to reveal here. After reading the transcripts and researching Kathleen Watterson and Levi McCann a little further, the whole case looks extremely suspicious, and so do they. In fact, one could easily say that Watterson and her ‘expert witness’ Levi McCann, as well as certain others, may have actually been targeting the defendant and not the other way around. At the very least, their whole conduct sounds a lot like gang-stalking, and I will even prove here, using their own testimony, that they blatantly lied in court about the facts surrounding their case in order to make it appear legitimate.

But even without doing so, the court testimonies given by Watterson and McCann do nothing more than to allege that microwaves were coming from the defendant’s satellite dishes and were interfering with Watterson’s electronics and causing her certain symptoms. Their physical evidence was never even looked at, and this was partly due to some rather fishy actions taken by them that effectively kept the defendant’s lawyer from being able to properly prepare for the July 9^th hearing.

Based on what I present below, I believe that Watterson and McCann are working in a similar capacity to Derrick Robinson and certain others, fooling the TI community into thinking that they’re actually doing something to help TIs when they’re really just leading them on, wasting their time, and even turning them into perpetrators.

As for Kathleen Watterson, when I first started looking at her case I had no intentions of making her look bad, but after reading the transcripts and looking at some of her posts on peacepink and seeing the website that she and McCann are running (knowing-is-half-the-battle.com), I don’t think she’s a real TI at all and she and McCann are pose a serious threat to others (TIs or not) with what they’re doing. After reading the transcripts but before seeing their website, I just thought she was just a foolish, misguided woman who had gotten herself caught up with certain unscrupulous people who were exploiting her, but apparently she’s been working with McCann for some time and they’re currently involved in some very fishy activities. The claims she makes within her testimony about being targeted are very questionable to say the least, and although it might be said that she’s been led along in her beliefs and perceptions, if this is true then it’s gotten to the point where she’s now perping what appears to be an innocent person. The transcripts show evidence of this, and my notes will clarify it. This is exactly what I’ve been saying about certain people in the TI community who draw in the most unsuspecting and easily fooled people and encourage them to perp others as part of a larger psyop. In this capacity, Watterson’s case serves to make it appear that TIs are getting somewhere by working with these people when in fact they’re not.

Anyway, at this point I feel confident enough to predict that this court case will come to nothing. The defense lawyer seemed quite comfortable resting his case on the simple fact that McCann isn’t qualified to diagnose Watterson’s alleged symptoms or their cause, and nor is she, and she provided nothing beyond her own word that she was having any symptoms at all. At best, the judge will probably tell the defendant to make sure his satellite dishes don’t point towards Watterson’s home. At worst, it will backfire and counter-charges will be filed against Watterson for stalking and harassment, using her own testimony against her. This will be a certainty if I’m able to contact the defense lawyer and point out certain things about the testimonies that he seems to have missed, which I feel is what needs to be done to stop the real perps in this case and hopefully bring them to justice.

A Review of the Transcripts

Here are some notes I put together while reading the transcripts of Watterson’s hearing. Numbers 1 and 3 reveal definite manipulation and deception on the part of Watterson and McCann. Numbers 2, 4, 5, and 6 are less important, but since I already did the work I decided to include them anyway. Number 7 is important for the fact that it reveals certain criminal activities of Watterson and McCann and their deeper involvement in preying on the TI community.

Note: Because the transcripts don’t always show a page number and its pages are slightly mixed up, I’ll refer to the page numbers of the pdf file instead. This will allow all points that I make to be easily checked.

1) The Late Delivery

Prior to the hearing, Watterson delivered her summary testimony and list of witnesses to the defense lawyer at the last possible minute (at exactly 4:30 pm, the day before the hearing), which effectively kept him from being able to look at the material in time to properly prepare his case. (pgs. 8, 9) Her excuse was that she and McCann both had colds and were unable to do so. (pgs. 8, 11) The judge was about to postpone the hearing, but Watterson complained that this was the eighth time that her six other witnesses had traveled there from San Diego and couldn’t be expected to keep coming back, so the judge allowed the hearing to proceed. (pg. 5) It later turned out that these six witnesses weren’t even allowed to testify because what they had to say wasn’t relevant to the case, since they were apparently only there to state that they also suffered from electromagnetic harassment. (pg. 103)

Since this was a very minor case (i.e. seeking a restraining order), it was very likely that the judge didn’t want to tie up the courts by drawing it out any longer than necessary. Whatever the case, this delay in delivering the material appears to have been a purposeful manipulation of the courts on the part of Watterson and McCann in the hopes of defeating the defense’s chance of properly preparing for the case. I believe that they were counting on the judge wanting to wrap up the case on July 9^th, and when he didn’t, the announcement I posted at the start of this article was released in order to get whatever value they could out of the case before it was thrown out.

2) McCann’s Qualifications

McCann claimed to have a bachelor’s degree in computer science and 20 years experience in the field of information technology, currently working in network engineering and computer programming, but apparently any documented proof that he might have provided was among the material that was delivered at the last possible minute, so it wasn’t possible for the defense to validate his background and experience prior to the hearing, which he had intended to do. (pg. 56, 58) When McCann was asked what he relied on in his work for determining the health hazards of microwave frequencies, he was unable to name a specific source, and could only state that there were over 8,300 articles published on microwave sickness that he was expected to refer to in his work. (pg. 90) That might include anything written by anybody, so it isn’t reliable. That he had no specific source to refer to is very unprofessional for a purported ‘expert’.

What McCann claimed about his expertise in radio technology was rather general and very limited, and what he stated is fairly common knowledge that can be easily learned or even deduced by almost anyone. That he was referred to as an ‘expert’ was therefore merely his own opinion and that of Watterson. As an example, I might call myself an expert on any number of subjects I have some knowledge about, and describe in general terms what a professional in any of those fields knows and does, but unless I were to be tested on the extent of my knowledge of a particular field, my actual expertise in that field would still be considered questionable. As I pointed out above, the defense was not able to properly prepare for questioning McCann as an expert witness, and this seems to have been a calculated maneuver. The fact is, people often lie, exaggerate, and even hire themselves out as ‘expert witnesses’ in order to purposely manipulate the courts for unscrupulous reasons. This happens very frequently in legal cases by shifty lawyers, and if McCann has experience testifying in such cases, as appears to be the case (pg. 91, as well as on his website), then he’s probably quite aware of how to do this, such as by delivering the summary testimony and list of witnesses to the defendant’s lawyer at the very last possible moment in order to keep the defense from being able to check into his background and/or properly analyze the physical evidence.

3) Wireless Capabilities in the Area

Although Watterson claimed to have a cell phone and computers in her home and used these to access her bank, etc. (pgs. 25, 51), and although she claimed that the defendant was interfering with her ability to use them, even saying that he was interfering with her cell phone calls (pg. 25), and even though she claimed that a group of dirt-bikers would use their cell phones to signal when she came out of her house (pg. 40), McCann claimed that he had determined that there were no wireless network or cell phone capabilities anywhere in the area (pg. 64) and the only microwave transmissions he could detect around her home were coming from the defendant’s satellite dishes (pg. 82). How can this be? How can Watterson and these dirt-bikers have cell phone access when there is allegedly no capability for it in the area? They can’t. She and McCann are blatantly lying. These facts alone destroy the entire credibility of their case, but the judge and defense lawyer apparently missed this little slip in their story.

4) Signals and Maps

McCann stated (pgs. 64, 65):

“I found that the highest amount of microwave radiation […] was in the northwestern portion of the front of her house. And as I was moving around her house, I found that the southwestern portion had the second most. And then as I moved down across her house and I got down to the southwestern (sic) portion of the house, that had the least amount of microwave radiation. And then I moved over to the northwestern side of the house, and that had the same exact levels of radiation in the microwave spectrum - when I refer to it, it's all in the microwave spectrum as it did in the southwestern portion of the house.”

McCann also stated that he determined that these signals weren’t coming from inside her residence, concluding that the source was somewhere outside. (pgs. 65, 67) Further on he stated that the defendant’s satellite dishes were pointed in a northeast direction and directly at her house. (pg. 71) However, nowhere in the transcripts does he actually say that he picked up any signals coming from the defendant’s satellite dishes, but only stated that they were coming from a generalized direction. (pg. 67)

The quoted description above is confusing since McCann apparently makes a mistake or two with his compass directions, and it’s hard to understand what he means without understanding the exact layout of her property and the location of the defendant’s residence in relation to it. Watterson stated that she lives at 1967 Sunset Mesa and that the defendant lives on Gibraltar (pg. 19), so I looked her address up on Google Map. Here’s a satellite image of her residence and surrounding area:

I also googled the defendant’s name in order to get his street address, which I found at this link:

From these images, I was able to determine the exact locations and orientation of the two residences on the Google Map image, as well as the location of what appear to be the defendant’s satellite dishes on the north side of his property, next to his house. They both appear to be pointed due east. The orientation of Watterson’s house is such that the southernmost side faces almost directly towards the defendant’s residence, with the west side (front) just barely visible to him. This makes it almost impossible for him to see the “northwest portion” where McCann said the signal was strongest, and it certainly wouldn’t be the best spot to target, if he were actually doing so. On the other hand, the southwest portion where McCann said the signal was slightly weaker was closer, would be far easier to hit, and should have had the stronger signal. Whatever the case, something is certainly not right with his description and I can’t figure out any way that he might have mixed up the compass directions that might explain it any better.

Further to all this, I used a ruler to plot a straight line from the defendant’s residence to Watterson’s residence on the Google Map image. The line crossed directly through two other residences, one near the defendant on Phillipi Ave. and one further along on Mitch Rd. Since the land in the area is relatively flat, these two residences would have also received interference if they weren’t actually blocking the signal from Watterson’s house completely. If McCann was the expert that he claims to be and if he and Watterson had actually checked every satellite dish within a five-mile radius of her home as they claim to have done (pg. 71), they would have realized this. In fact, McCann claims to have gone out there three to six times a week for six weeks to take EMF readings (pgs. 76, 77), so in that time he should have noticed that these houses were directly in line-of-sight between Watterson’s and the defendant’s homes. Did he bother to check with the residents of these homes to see if they were experiencing any microwave interference or microwave sickness? No mention is made of them doing so. Why not?

Since I was able to easily make out the defendant’s satellite dishes in the Google Map image, I looked to see if I could spot any of the 40 other ten-foot satellite dishes that McCann claimed to have spotted in the area. (pg. 73) I couldn’t find any.

Also, Watterson claimed that a plant located on this line-of-sight between their homes had been burned by microwaves, although she apparently didn’t take any pictures of this as evidence. (pgs. 38, 50) Did they bother to check to see if any of the many other plants along the line-of-sight were also burned? Again, no mention was made of doing so. Why didn’t they, and why no pictures of the plant as evidence? Was it because this was a fabrication?

5) Fishy Photo

The photo above that was posted by Watterson on peacepink shows the defendant’s home. It reveals his ham radio antennas strung around the back of his property, but his ten-foot satellite dishes are not visible. Referring back to the Google Map image, it can be seen that they’re on the north side of his property near his house, which would be just out of view on the right side of the photo. For some reason, the photo was taken without bothering to include the satellite dishes. Could it be because the dishes weren’t pointing towards the northeast as claimed, but due east and in slightly different directions, as they appear to be in the Google Map image?

6) Missing Symptoms

Although they both should have, apparently neither Watterson nor McCann appear to have felt any microwave symptoms at the time that McCann claims to have measured spikes on his meters when interference was allegedly occurring with Watterson’s television (pgs. 75, 76).

Also, although Watterson claimed that she was being constantly watched by the defendant and that he always knew when she was outside (pgs. 35, 40, 49), apparently McCann was still able to record interference at the various times he was there. This raises the question as to why the defendant wouldn’t have seen him and stopped transmitting signals when McCann arrived and started taking EMF measurements outside.

7) Working Partners

In spite of what Derrick Robinson has stated in his announcement (above) of this “historic” case regarding Kathleen and Levi McCann only “recently meeting”, and promoting McCann as “amazingly qualified with legal expertise and electronics”, etc., etc., it looks like they’ve actually been working together for some time, and, based on their similar tactics of lying and exaggerating and preying on TIs, they’re undoubtedly in league with Derrick Robinson and his government front group to contain and control the TI community and keep it from achieving any real successes in ending their plight.

First of all, I discovered that Watterson has been working closely with McCann for over a year, as revealed in the following comment she left on peacepink:

Interestingly, what she says here is a gross exaggeration of what was revealed in her recent court testimony. She (or rather, McCann) never used a “myriad of ways” to show that she was being targeted with microwaves (he merely claims to have taken some EMF readings in various locations around her house). She also never mentioned anything in her court testimony about the defendant telling her or anyone else that he was doing anything at all that could be called harassment. In fact, she had the opportunity to do this while telling the court about when she approached him, but she never bothered. (pgs. 33, 34) All she stated in her testimony was that she spoke to the defendant once and that he explained that he was a ham radio operator. So this statement that he told her and “many many others” that he was doing anything is a complete fabrication.

Further to this, I found out from their website that Watterson and McCann are hiring themselves out as ‘experts’ in detecting and protecting against microwave harassment. On their front page they claim that they can provide TIs with proper shielding against microwaves. Well gee, if they can do this, then why didn’t Watterson take these measures to protect herself from the microwaves she claims to have been targeted with? After all, she testified in court that this microwave harassment was going on continuously right up to her court date.

But there’s even more. McCann is offering free copies of Adobe CS 6 Master Suite and provide cracks for both it and WinZip right on their front page, which is completely illegal. He claims that because the software is licensed, it has no copyright, which is a lie. He also says that because he’s a beta tester for Microsoft and Adobe, he’s allowed to do this. This is also a lie. Being a beta tester doesn’t give you the right to distribute anything. This is so fucking fishy that I wouldn’t doubt that this software he’s distributing contains a Trojan horse that allows him to spy on anyone who downloads it. So be careful of that.
