More on One Peoples Public Trust, and Other Things

Okay, I’ve been able to confirm that OPPT is directly connected to ‘The Law of One/Ra Material’, and uses this ‘channeled’ information as the basis for their underlying cause. This is fairly clearly outlined at the following link:

So far I’ve been unable to find anything that would validate that OPPT actually knows what they’re talking about in a legal sense, or that any of their self-appointed trustees actually have the qualifications they purport to have. In fact, I’ve found nothing but deceptions and empty promises, such as with the above linked document, which claims to be a conversation with one of the trustees, Heather Tucci-Jarraf, but is nothing of the sort at all. The document also falsely leads the reader to believe at its beginning that it’s going to be (and I quote) “a discussion about how she got started investigating banking fraud and the events that led to her being invited into the OPPT as a trustee”. Again, it does nothing of the sort.

The same goes for OPPT’s supposed FAQ, which doesn’t really answer ANY questions, particularly those that I see people frequently asking them on their website (and getting no response to). Their FAQ is simply a rambling self-praising document about their supposedly great accomplishment and how we are now all ‘free’.

Sigh…

Whenever I start looking for answers that should be easily forthcoming from those who purport to have them, and I end up going on an endless paper chase, I know that something is more than just wrong.

In this case, like certain others before it, something very sinister seems to be afoot. I can’t quickly and easily explain any of the other cases I’ve come across in the past, but nevertheless this isn’t the first time I’ve encountered this same sort of intentional deception by people who pretend to be nothing but angels looking to save humanity from the evil PTB while actually attempting to draw people into a trap.

If nothing else, this case just adds more weight to my claims that the CIA is responsible for the channeled information that comprises ‘The Law of One/Ra Material’ (from which comes the whole STO/STS philosophy that you may have heard spoken of in some facebook groups). It also suggests that this is another program to identify and/or trap non-conformists to the NWO.

How is it that I continually find these connections by accident? Or is it an accident?

I started investigating the Ra Material when someone I know entioned their interest in it, and I was curious because I was already researching the connections between similar New Age channeling groups and the CIA, which I had been led to while researching the work of Andrija Puharich, which I had been led to while researching the US government’s remote viewing program, which I had returned to (I had already researched it out of a personal interest in psychism years before) after researching mind-control, which I had been led to while researching alien abductions, which I had been led to while researching the UFO phenomenon so long ago.

I could tell you all some stories…

I’m going to share one with you that relates to my suspicions about OPPT and other people and groups I’ve come across during my research. I hope that this will get across my concerns about what these sorts of groups might be up to. Please excuse me for the length of this. It’s something I actually wrote a while back but have never published before (AFAIR). I hope you’ll at least find it interesting.

I was going through material on the Philadelphia Experiment and the Montauk Projects a number of years ago, and in the process I learned that a man named Dr. Jack Pruett had apparently been involved as the metaphysical director in charge of the ‘Montauk Boys’ – a group of children who were used for their psychic skills and subjected to intense mind-control. I also learned than he had been in the Air Force, and that he was concerned about an alien invasion, but further digging came up empty, and there was nothing more that I could find on this man.

Then one day I was at the library looking through the books in the UFO section. Their supply of books on this subject had recently been dwindling to about half as many as before (purposeful elimination of information?), and all the remaining books were rather old, but there was one brand new book that I spotted, so I pulled it out to have a look. It was called ‘The Grandest Deception’, and it was written by a Dr. Jack Pruett. The name caught my attention, so I took it home and read it.

The book centers on the work of Zechariah Sitchin, which I’m quite familiar with. Sitchin is an expert on ancient languages and he wrote a series of books called ‘The Earth Chronicles’, which relate the translation of ancient Sumerian texts and what they reveal about the true ancestry of the human species and our creation by the Anunnaki gods who came to our planet from their own planet, Nibiru. Pruett’s book outlined what Sitchin presents, and then went on to show evidence in the Bible that the Bible is a deception created by the Anunnaki to keep mankind in slavery. I have no contest with any of this, after having done my own research into this for more than a decade. However, I was naturally suspicious, seeing that this might be the same man that was mentioned in the Montauk books.

At the end of his book, Pruett outlined his desire to form a group to defeat the Anunnaki plans for our future, and asked interested readers to contact him by email. I decided to do just that, so I sent him the following letter:

Hello Sir,

I came across your book, The Grandest Deception, at the local library and decided to check it out because I recognized your name, and was interested in learning more about who you were and what your book might be about. I had heard of a man by the same name as you in relation to a certain ‘conspiracy theory’ related to Camp Hero at Montauk, Long Island, and thought you might be that man. The only information I have in relation to this is that a man named Jack Pruett was said to have been the ‘metaphysical director’ of certain secret government projects that went on there in the 1970s and 1980s. Whether this is true or not, only you can tell me.

Irrespective of the above, I’ve just finished reading your book, and much of what you say in it I find totally compatible with my own views, based on years of personal research. I read The Earth Chronicles, by Zecharia Sitchin many years ago, and ever since, I’ve been engaged in a personal pursuit of the truth regarding our human history and the deceptions that have been played on our species throughout our civilized existence. I have recently published a book on the subject, called They Would Be Gods: The Past Reconsidered, The Future Forewarned (available at www.lulu.com). It’s based primarily on Sitchin’s work and the Old Testament Bible, but also delves into other related themes, most of them of a more contemporary nature.

As you obviously know, there is a great deal of deception in the circles of power that operate in our world. Much of that deception involves multiple layers of lies and half-truths, which have been fed to the masses by our own leaders and authority figures. I know on a personal basis how deeply the evil has reached into the hearts and souls of my fellow man, and I am reminded of it every minute of every day due to the circumstances that I’ve been put. For this reason, I’ve become necessarily suspicious of every person, and always question their deeper intentions and motivations before I can decide how far I might trust them. Your motivations sound very noble and altruistic, but because of what I mentioned in my opening paragraph, I’m somewhat leery of what your intentions might be, beyond what you state in your book.

However, I’m not writing to you out of suspicion, but rather because I’m very interested in what you’re attempting to do. I think that it’s a very necessary thing that you hope to achieve, and I would be interested in taking part in some way, if I were to qualify. Whether I do, I don’t know. I’m a naturally honest person, but I know that that can’t be taken on faith, as I can’t take your honesty on mere faith, either. This is something that can only be proven to each other over time.

As for whether I’m 100% convinced that I understand the truth of the Bible, that’s hard to say, because it’s somewhat complex in it’s wording and meanings, much of which I haven’t studied. In general, however, from what I have studied of it, I do believe that the Bible is full of both deception and truth, written by the Anunnaki in order to ensnare mankind in slavery, exactly as you say. In fact, you made certain things much clearer to me.

This is the deepest and most important issue that mankind might ever have to come to terms with, and the thousands of years of purposeful control and conditioning has led to the common habit of taking on certain prescribed beliefs that were contrived long ago by intelligences far greater and far more perceptive and cunning than any human’s, and these beliefs have since been deeply ingrained into our collective consciousness. For this reason, my own beliefs (which I will never claim to be absolutes) often fall into the habit of thinking in terms of that conditioning, and it’s a hard habit for any of us to break. The issue in question requires far more study than I have so far been able to give it, but I am working relentlessly on this every single day.

One of my major concerns about what is in store for us in the future is that the powers-that-be may be using this issue as a means for implementing their own agenda of a New World Order, and because of these concerns, I need to be very careful about who and what I will believe. There is much deception and double-crossing that has gone on for so long that it isn’t easy to discern what is true and what is not.

It’s a fact that the major governments of the world are developing certain technologies that could be used to stage an ‘alien intervention’, and it seems very likely that this is exactly what’s being planned for in the not too distant future. I refer here first to the US military’s Project Blue Beam, which is involved in developing satellite-based laser holography technologies that can create holographic images that are so realistic that they are indistinguishable from the real thing. These, along with certain other secret technologies, can be used to create the illusion of an alien invasion, a Second Coming, or whatever else.

Secondly, I refer to the existing HAARP (High Altitude Auroral Research Project) technologies, which have a variety of capabilities, including the artificial creation of extreme weather conditions and tectonic activity (such as we’ve been experiencing more and more in recent years), the induction of various emotional or physiological states on a large population (such as anxiety, panic, confusion, fear, aggression, disorientation, dissociation, sleep, etc.), and even the creation of a global-scale electromagnetic pulse (EMP) that will completely destroy every electrical component in existence along with all of the world’s electrical grids.

Third, I refer to the secret mind-control programs that have been ongoing since at least 1952 with the advent of MK-ULTRA, which was involved in developing and implementing techniques and technologies that provided the ability to take full control of another person, even without their knowledge, in order to program them as ‘sleeper’ agents’, who are turned out in various places and positions within society, ready to be used when needed for different purposes in fulfilling a secret agenda.

This is what concerns me more than anything with regards to you and your efforts, considering that there is a connection between your name and certain of these projects that initially took place at Brookhaven National Laboratories on Long Island, and later moved to the underground base at Camp Hero. I hope you won’t be offended by this reaction, but will instead understand the necessity to be absolutely certain whether you had any involvement in the secret projects, so that I (and others) will be able to decide whether or not your motivations are genuine, given the circumstances. You must understand that even though many people have worked in such evil programs, not all of them were aware of what they were involved in, or were working under the effects of mind-control, so they are not exactly guilty of anything. However, they must be considered as potential threats to the rest of humanity if they are still under control of the powers behind these secret programs. The secret projects that I have outlined offer the potential for a staged alien invasion, and with all of the disinformation that the major governments have been releasing over the years and decades, the possibility that what you describe as being a false scenario must be taken into consideration. I hope you understand this.

I am being honest by being up front about my concerns, and I only expect the same from you. I’m led to suspicion by the fact that there are very powerful secret societies and organizations that are playing central parts in this ‘Grandest Deception’ and are connected to these secret projects, and the fact that they commonly use ‘front’ groups (often preemptively) to divert efforts to counter their plans and agendas by attracting those who might seek to engage those efforts, and to frustrate or control those groups so as to make them ineffective. Because of this, I need to be certain that I do not end up involving myself in such a diversionary front group, and I can only find out by approaching you in this manner and see how things unfold.

Honesty must go both ways, and for my own sake and that of others, it must start with clearing up the matter of your name in relation to the Montauk conspiracy. Whether or not we really face the evil of an alien off-planet species, we nevertheless face an evil within the circles of power that exist on this planet, and that is what I would be willing to give my life to destroy.

I look forward to hearing back from you, and truly hope that I can join you in taking on this task to undo this incredible threat that the entire human species faces.

I received a quick reply, but I wasn’t very impressed.

Anthony, I truly appreciate your response. I am aware of the projects and agendas you have mentioned; but, I was not aware that a person with the same name that I have was participating in some of them. I do appreciate that information. I will simply say to you that it was not me. I sincerely hope that you will call me. I would like to develop our ideas further. Best way to reach me is by cell phone. My number is (409)550-8069. What set me in doubt was the fact that, in spite of him being aware of the deceit within our governments and the true nature of these projects and the people who work within them, he showed very little concern about my suspicions. Further, he asked me to call him by telephone, which raised my suspicions even more, and I’ll tell you why.

Having been researching all that I have over the years, and in particular (at the time) my investigations into the Philadelphia Experiment/Montauk Project, I was coming across a series of parallel experiences that certain people have reported over the years that all tie in to secret projects similar to those claimed to have been conducted at Montauk. These parallel experiences involved childhood involvement in certain government projects that included ‘human enhancement’ and mind-control, and the creation of ‘sleeper agents’ and other types of ‘assets’. In a number of these experiences, some of these people were often drawn into these programs and/or otherwise kept in contact with their unknown handlers by telephone. In one particular case that I had been investigating at this time, the person (Dr. Jack Sarfatti) was initially contacted by telephone in 1952 when he was an adolescent, and by all appearances, was hypnotized over the phone by a computerized voice on the other end. Sarfatti has only ever been able to remember the first of many such telephone calls, but his mother remembered that these phone calls went on for three weeks until she intervened because she noticed the strange hypnotic effect it was having on him. He says that all he remembers was that the voice told him that he and certain others who had been selected would be involved in a special project in 20 years, There is much more to Sarfatti’s story, but to keep it short, at about that time in his childhood he became involved in a secret government program for gifted children, and then went on to receive the best education a person could get, studying directly under the world-renowned scientist David Bohm, and 20 years after the predictive phone calls, found himself involved in some revolutionary explorations into consciousness research with a number of people who’s names are now well recognized in that field. He also found himself helping with preliminary research that would lead to the US government’s remote-viewing programs ar SRI, when Andrija Puharich brought the Israeli psychic Uri Geller there to test and record his amazing abilities. That’s what got the RV programs their initial funding.

So to get to the point, when Pruett asked me to call him by telephone, I was immediately wary. I was already aware of such technologies as RHIC (Radio Hypnotic Intracerebral Control) and EDOM (Electronic Dissolution of Memory), which have been around since before Sarfatti’s strange phone calls. I was concerned because of the ties that I was finding between all these things – in particular the use of hypnosis over the telephone and Pruett’s possible involvement in mind-control programs.

In his book, Pruett had spoken about the need for complete honesty by all of those who would join him in his endeavor. I had mentioned in my email the need for him to be just as honest, and I would have thought that he would see the reason for my bringing up the matter of his name in relation to Montauk. So I responded to his email with the following:

Dr. Pruett,

Of course there are others with the same name, and there is very little that is said about this particular Jack Pruett. Also I don't necessarily hold anything against that Jack Pruett, since the Montauk Project was deceiving its own workers. It may not have even occurred. I'm just bringing it up because of the possible connections to what you are attempting.

Can you give me some background about yourself, particularly in relation to the time period of 1970s -1980s? This would allow me to feel more certain that you are not the same Jack Pruett.

As it is, I don't have a phone, I have very limited means of communications at all, and would rather keep it that way. There are things that I am involved with (involuntarily) so that I keep myself more secure by not having easy access to me or my location through technology. Have you ever heard of gang-stalking? I am a target of that, and probably have been for most of my life. This has reduced my abilities to function in society tremendously.

My concern was that, if he was the same Jack Pruett that was involved in Montauk, he was undoubtedly an intelligence asset who may have been attempting (wittingly or not) to set up a diversionary tactic to draw in those people who would oppose future efforts of the PTB to implement the next and final stages of their agenda for a New World Order.

(This is where my concerns about OPPT come in.)

Some might laugh and think I was being paranoid, but that’s not the case at all (even what came next failed to unnerve me). I was merely being careful, while at the same time following an intuitive hunch. You can’t discover the truth unless you follow where the clues lead, and see what results from it. But you still need to be careful.

I should clarify that my concern about telephoning Pruett (and my concern with exposure to communications technology in general) is that, with the advances that have been made in electronic hypnosis and mind-control, it’s very easy to be subliminally programmed without ever knowing it. Sarfatti didn’t know about his strange calls until 20 years later when his mother reminded him, and even then, he could recall very little about them. Other questionable people I’ve come across in my research have also sought to engage me over the phone, and only very recently, I was told that one of these questionable people, Magnus Olsson, was only willing to discuss his extraordinary claims about mind-control technology over the phone, rather than through email or on facebook. I’ve been invited by others as well who I’ve wanted to question about their claims to discuss them over the phone or by other audio means, and I’ve politely declined each time for the same reason. For some reason, these people all have a problem with text-based communication, which is far safer.

Whatever the case, here’s how Pruett responded to my second email:

From 1974 until about 1991, I was the medical partner of Dr. Ron Paul who is now running for President for the third time. He is by far the most honest and sincere patriot that this nation has had in my lifetime. If you have Internet connection, go to my website:  www.the grandestdeception.com for more. 

I did a little further research into who this Jack Pruett is who wrote this book, and I’ve discovered that he’s an obstetrician and gynecologist, meaning that he specializes in pregnancy and childbirth. This, of course, relates to genetics, and genetics is an important field of science to the Illuminati/mind-controllers/NWO boys. And of course, the Montauk Projects were specifically involved with children (the ‘Montauk Boys’) who had special genetic traits. His professional qualifications would have placed Pruett in an ideal position for selecting subjects for the various secret programs that those working for the PTB have been running, including those at Montauk. The fact that he had close ties to a senator and then-current presidential candidate leads to the possibility that he might have been attempting to set something up in the event that Ron Paul was elected.

Anyway, moving on, this was my response to Pruett’s last email:

I had a look at your website, but saw nothing that makes me feel any better. Not much there at all, really. Since you are interested in complete honesty, however, why don't you set up a message board, and allow me to voice my concerns, and you and others can join in and respond to them, in a way that all can see? That would be very fair and would clear up any possibility that you aren't the same Jack Pruett.

BTW, I did some more checking, and I see that you're a gynecologist and obstetrician, meaning that you deal with childbirth, which is too close to the interests of the American fascists who run these mind-control programs. The Montauk Project (Project Phoenix) was specifically dealing with young children, and was very involved with genetics. This places you in a very suspicious light, Jack.

Do you understand the reason why I would be concerned, and about calling you on the phone? 

Imagine that someone had worked for certain not very nice government entities (CIA, NSA, whatever) in a secret project that entailed taking children (often involuntarily) and putting them through very advanced mind-control programs that stemmed directly from the Nazi experiments of Dr. Joseph Mengele and Ernst Rudin. Imagine that those experiments involved high-tech and used hypnotism, trauma-based MPD to create alternate personalities, etc. Imagine that this person later continued their secret involvement with those government entities while presuming to lead a normal life. Imagine that they had at their disposal some of the high tech gadgetry and know-how to continue with certain mind-control operations. Imagine that their intent was to locate and subvert those people who would most want to stop the secret Anunnaki (Illuminati) agenda.

A telephone can be used very easily to quickly hypnotize a person on the other end, give them a post-hypnotic suggestion, and literally have them under their control from then on. I've studied this extensively and know how easy it would be to do with the right technology. That's why I refrain from using a telephone to call you, and why I am suspicious that you asked me to. This hypnosis and programming over the phone happened to the quantum physicist Dr. Jack Sarfatti in 1952 (google him if you must), when he was 13 years old, which he writes about in his book 'Destiny Matrix'. He was soon after involved in such a program for children. He later realized that it was a long-term plan that led him to work with many CIA, NSA people (Harold Puthoff, Russell Targ, Andrija Puharich, etc.) in advanced secret projects related to mind-control. It has happened to others as well, who report what they remember of their experiences.

The CIA is known to be involved in setting up front groups. I question the real purpose of this group you wish to organize.

My computer is acting up.

This is exactly why I worry.

To explain that last bit… At that very moment, as I was writing the email, the computer I was using at the library suddenly began to act very strangely – the keys on the keyboard were doing the wrong things, and everything I was typing was being printed backwards on the screen, from right to left, making it very difficult to compose the email, to say the least. I sent off what I had been able to write and logged off.

At this point, my gang-stalkers also began to creep out of the woodwork. As I continued to hang around the library, looking at some of the books on the shelves, I started getting more dirty looks from strangers than I ever had before, and some of these people were making it quite obvious that their attention was on me. I just shrugged it off, finding all of it rather amusing, knowing that all this weird activity was intended to scare me, which it didn’t. I knew that fear was a way into a person’s mind, so I wasn’t about to open up to it.

I should note here that the Jack Pruett that was involved in Montauk was apparently concerned about an alien invasion, as I said before, and the Jack Pruett who wrote The Grandest Deception was concerned about this same thing, which had led him to writing his book. They certainly seemed to be the same person, all right. The coincidences were just too great.

Later on, I logged back into my email account to check my mail. There was another response from Pruett. It was short and glib:

“I feel no need to try to defend myself. I applaud you for being suspicious; however, there is no privacy in our world today. You have many avenues at your disposal to check me out. Feel free to do so.”

In thinking about all this, I began to wonder about the forces in our society and their deceptive manipulations. Was this Jack Pruett working for the Illuminati/mind-controllers/NWO boys? Did he reject Jesus Christ because he (Pruett) was a Jew? Was he in fact a Zionist Jew, which is what the Illuminati are said to be? Could he possibly even be tied into this gang-stalking program, and had he sent out an order to increase my harassment while he remotely watched me typing that last email? His final response had left a possible subtle indication that this was the case – “there is no privacy in our world today”.

Or, was this Jack Pruett just incredibly naïve to think that my concerns were inconsequential, and didn’t deserve a serious response, considering what he claimed to be attempting to do? I seriously doubt it, considering both what he had written in his book and what my suspicions of him were at this point.

So, that’s the story I wanted to relate.

Pruett’s book made out that the threat to humanity was future alien invaders – the Anunnaki of ancient Sumerian legend – but he completely ignored the more immediate threat of the PTB, of which he claimed to have ties to through Ron Paul (you must realize that no candidate for US presidency ever gets that far unless they are entirely owned by the PTB). The Anunnaki might as well be the channeled entities who dictated the Ra Material, since the latter also claim to be our benevolent masters seeking our loyalty. And this leads right back to the OPPT and the basis of their cause, as is clearly indicated in their literature.

As a final word, this is why I warn against certain commonly held beliefs among the TI community or following the high-profile online personas who promote them, because these people are apparently ALL dealing from the bottom of the deck, and it becomes quite obvious when you look closely at what they claim or try to question them about it. It’s always the same basic strategy and methods of deception that they use. And the fact that so many of them want to only discuss anything through audio communications is extremely suspicious, as I think I’ve made clear. I would also like to warn TIs about watching online videos, particularly those put out by any of these high-profile personas, for the very same reasons. But that’s up to you. Just take note that I NEVER do, and I’m completely free of any of the problems that so many other TIs are having that are related to mind-control and electronic harassment. I intend to keep it that way. No cell phone, no internet connection to my computer, no watching or listening to online audio or video presentations, and no believing anything without concrete certainty that it’s as true as is claimed. These are all methods used to initiate and maintain mind control on you.

A Letter to One People's Public Trust

(The following is my email response to the claims of the OPPT of having foreclosed all corporate governments and supposedly freeing humanity from their enslavement)

To the Trustees at OPPT:

I want to be elated, but I’m too suspicious to allow myself to believe it. I’ve been going through the various documents published by OPPT, and a number of serious concerns arise:

1) I see that certain things have apparently been legally REGISTERED, but that doesn’t mean that they’ve been officially accepted and passed by a legal body, or seen by those parties being contested. Where are the documented rulings made by a court or governing body that would prove that what you at OPPT are claiming regarding foreclosure is the case? Specifically, where are the official legal documents that record that these contested parties are no longer legally in effect and have been effectively foreclosed? An understanding of the law is not enough, as I’ve sorrowfully learned over the years. Enforcement of the law is the only thing that really counts. The PTB/PTW has a proven record of negating the law or otherwise using their many tricks and loopholes to get around it. So, could you please spell out the exact procedures that must be and have been taken under UCC law in order for the legal actions of the OPPT to be effective? Can you also provide COMPLETE documentation of your efforts, rather than just the few not very official looking and largely incomplete examples you have on your website? Your FAQ is far too vague in its description of the legal process, and doesn’t really address any questions at all. Rather, it seems more like a pep talk to convince readers to go along with your claims. It claims to answer 40 frequently asked questions, but I don’t recall seeing more than one or two questions and answers within it! Apart from providing complete documentation of the filing process, please answer the following:

- What are the full qualifications of the OPPT Trustees to act in that capacity of trustee, and where can I and others access public records that will verify these qualifications?

- How are the contested parties notified of the OPPT’s registration against them?

- How long do these contested parties legally have to respond with a rebuttal, and how long has it been to date?

- What are the UCC-registered corporate names for all of the contested parties, and what are the corresponding governmental bodies that they have served to replace?

- Where are the official UCC rulings on how to register a foreclosure on a corporation?

- Certain spelling mistakes have been pointed out within the legal documents, which WILL affect the validity of any legal filings. What have you at OPPT done to rectify this? Questions about this in your FAQ were not answered! Why not???

2) How is OPPT sure that they have applied their legal applications against the correct corporations, since these corporations have been established and operated in secret? How do we know that there aren’t other layers of incorporation (sorry but I’m not familiar with business or legal language) that these contested corporations filed against aren’t just subsidiaries of, while these more deeply hidden corporations still hold the purse strings, so to speak? What stops them from just creating new corporations under the same system in order to avoid compliance with foreclosure?

3) How can a filing be legal if it’s registered with a body that is effectively one of those contested corporations being filed against and ultimately nullified? The OPPT FAQ states, “When government ceased to exist, so did its statutory constructs.” So this would include the UCC as well, would it not?

4) Why are certain OPPT documents excessively filled with New Age sounding jargon? Why the subtle indications of a Masonic One World Order? Why the reference in certain OPPT documents to ‘The Law of One’? This particular phrase comes FAR too close to the New Age charlatanism known as ‘The Ra Material’, which has documented connections to the CIA. In fact, there were questions raised by several commenters in your FAQ about the possibility that those at OPPT might actually be in league with the PTB/PTW to enact a ‘Second Coming’ or ‘alien intervention’ scenario, or something similar, which fits entirely with what is discussed in the Ra Material, as well as being directly in line with certain Masonic/Rosicrucian/Theosophist agendas. Also, there is mention in the FAQ that OPPT is based out of Mt. Shasta, California, which is well known to be a major center for New Age charlatans, secret government mind-control programs, cult groups, and the like. What are the OPPT Trustee’s connections to these things, if any, and how do they account for these suspicious correlations?

5) Who, if anyone, has so far successfully exercised their newly-gained freedom over the PTB/PTW using the Courtesy Notice system? Where might we find documented cases of this to encourage the rest of us to follow suit? I’m more than willing to do so, but I won’t allow myself to be the first ‘guinea pig’. Who among the three named Trustees of OPPT have done so, and where is the evidence of this? And if not, why not? They are the most certain of their claims. They should be the first examples to the rest of us in this respect!

6) How will this affect those of us who depend on government or corporate benefits to survive day to day? By continuing to collect these benefits, isn’t that effectively binding ourselves by contract to those government and corporate entities, and thus nullifying our newly-gained freedoms for as long as we do? Here in Canada, we depend largely on the government to pay for our medical care. Many people also depend on insurance policies that they have entered into, and stand to lose everything that they’ve paid into them up to this point. There are many other similar situations to these that need to be properly addressed before anyone should think about nullifying their ‘contracts’ with their corporate governments and other corporate bodies. I see no promises being made by any of you at OPPT that we will ever actually receive any compensation for any immediate losses caused or created by activating our newly-gained freedoms. Please address these problems!

7) There are many people out there like myself who have direct ongoing experiences as targets of what is commonly known as gang-stalking (which in many cases includes electronic harassment and torture using EM weapons). It has been determined that this gang-stalking involves a highly structured and tightly controlled network of perpetrators who are under the direction of various governments and corporations to harass and torture blacklisted individuals who are deemed to be ‘non-conformists’. It has also been determined that these perpetrators are legally bound to their duties in this respect through secrecy oaths and non-disclosure agreements that carry the same heavy penalties, just as they would with any breach of national security. It has also been determined that the members of this network have been directed to ignore or avoid certain information, and I would presume that this will include anything to do with what the OPPT is or has done, for reasons that will become obvious if/when you understand how this network operates so effectively. This network comprises a very large secret ‘army’ of aggressors (apparently in the millions) who will surely be turned on those people who decide to utilize these newly-gained freedoms through the application of Courtesy Notices. I assume that the people at OPPT are well aware of the satanic nature of the PTB/PTW and the level of violence that they will attempt to unleash in response to any successful actions of the OPPT. If those people at OPPT aren’t aware of this, then they are certainly ill informed about the true state of affairs in the world today and are certainly dreaming pipe dreams! Are they aware of this secret network and the large numbers throughout the population who have been recruited into it and are loyal to the PTB/PTW? I don’t see good things ahead if this network isn’t somehow circumvented early on. The PTB/PTW will surely not go down without a strong fight, using their many dupes. Their networked perpetrators of harassment and torture are bound by threats of legal repercussions if they break their lifetime oaths, and they know as well as anyone who has ever been targeted by them what that will mean. They will undoubtedly be led to believe that what the OPPT is claiming is untrue or meaningless, and will be directed to ignore any information related to it. (It has already been determined that they’ve been directed to ignore or avoid any information related to gang-stalking itself, so that they won’t ever discover the full implications of what they’re involved in.)

I should point out here that the PTB/PTW have resources at their private disposal to monitor and interfere with ALL electronic communications and activities on a global scale, so that any attempts that might be made to exercise these newly-gained freedoms that the OPPT might have provided for us will certainly be disrupted or defeated before they can be acted on.

This particular problem needs to be addressed immediately, or many more people will find themselves targeted by this network of perpetrators when they attempt to exercise these newly-gained freedoms. (I’m very surprised that the Trustees at OPPT haven’t been targeted already.) I can’t help but suspect that what the OPPT is doing might even be an attempt to weed out the last of the ‘non-conformists’ in society who aren’t yet targeted, given the suspicious indications referred to above in item 4.

I truly want to believe that all of what the OPPT claims is completely legitimate and workable, and I will continue to look at the various OPPT documents that have been and will be released, but I’m getting too old and have been through too much in life already, and learned enough about the dark history of the PTB/PTW to not be easily fooled by the many different contrived methods that they have used and will use to disrupt or destroy real efforts by people who wish to maintain or regain their natural rights and freedoms.

Please excuse my deep suspicions, but as I said, I know enough to not buy into anything of this nature without absolute clarity of what I am getting involved in. The evil of the PTB/PTW runs FAR too deep and they are FAR too cunning to allow me to close my eyes to their potential traps. I therefore await your full and complete clarification on ALL the points I have raised before I will accept any of your claims as true, and I strongly suggest that others be equally cautious about this as well. Item 7 above is EXTREMELY important to understand the full reality of, and the implications that it poses, especially in light of the questions raised in item 4.

Gang-Stalkers in the Family - My 'Brother' Garry Forwood

My initial gang-stalking perps included my immediate family members (brothers, sisters, and mother).

Before I fully realized this and was almost at the point of permanently separating myself from them anyway, (due to years of psychological abuse) in 2005, my oldest brother Garry Forwood offered to give me his old laptop computer because I was starting to do a lot of writing. I thought this was just one of his rare gestures of kindness towards me that didn’t have strings attached (usually they did), but within weeks of getting it I realized that it was only given to me in order to spy on me.

When he told me he was going to give it to me, he said that he needed a few weeks to remove all of his personal files and reinstall the basic software. This should have only required a few hours at the most, but at the time, I didn't question it, even though I did think it was an unusually extensive amount of time.

Soon after I received the computer, I started noticing weird activity on it more and more. Most significant was the fact that the hard-drive light would flicker every few seconds, no matter if the machine was being used or not. I went through all of the settings in order to try to figure out why it was always showing this hard-drive activity. I shut everything down that I could find that might be causing this (there was really nothing that I could find that could have been causing it). The only thing I didn't shut down at that point was the remote-access features. At the time, I wasn't thinking that it was being accessed that way. I just thought it was something to do with the Windows software settings.

Then, one night I woke up at 4:00 am to find the hard-drive light flickering madly. It kept going for a long time, and I was unable to log on because of it. I had to cut the power to stop it.

That was the point that I first suspected that someone might be remotely accessing it. Because of the strange way my brother had responded to my earlier claims when I told him that I suspected I was under surveillance for some reason, my suspicions of him grew. He had actually said that he thought I was brain-damaged for suspecting this. Why would my own brother tell me that he thought I was brain-damaged rather than to listen to what I had to say about my suspicions? My room was being illegally entered, and people in my building were acting strangely – the typical gang-stalking tactics that most targeted individuals (TIs) experience early on. I didn't know I was being gang-stalked at this time. I hadn't even heard of the term yet.

Anyway, after waking up to find the hard-drive spinning madly, I shut down all remote-access functions on the laptop and put thick tape over the remote sensor on the back of the computer. After a few days, the computer stopped acting weird. The hard-drive light would still flicker every few seconds for quite a few days afterwards, but eventually it stopped altogether, for the first time since I took possession of the machine. It seemed to me that there was some sort of spyware program installed that may have been sending everything I did on it out through the remote port automatically, and after the port had been shut down it continued to try for a while until finally timing out and giving up. I've never turned remote-accessing back on or connected it to the internet since then, but I'll bet that if I did the activity would start again.

I can assume now that my brother needed those two weeks to install some sort of spyware. He's shown himself to be the sort of character that would sell out his own brother for the sake of his own sense of comfort, as I've found out.

The more I think about him, the more I realize how likely he's been deeply indoctrinated into the fascist world of the mind-controllers. It’s really a pity that I have to think this, because he’s family and I used to really like him and look up to him. But I had deluded myself, basing my view of him on trust and faith and automatic respect rather than taking into consideration certain facts, which follow:

* He belongs to a church (First United in Burnaby, BC) and is heavily involved with it (on the board of directors), yet he doesn't really have an ounce of religion in his bones. He's a phony Christian. He had told me before that he only got involved in the church because his wife was.

* He worked for about 35 years for the same telecommunications company - a definite front for intelligence organs to recruit domestic spies (particularly after 9/11). This was a government-owned company (BC Tel) when he started there, but was bought out by an American telecommunications company (AT&T?) in the early 1990s, when domestic spying first started becoming rampant (the name of the company was changed to Telus, which is a rather revealing name). When my brother first got a job at this company, he had made an off-hand comment to me about having to wear 'golden handcuffs', meaning that he was tied to his job for life, but the money was excellent. (Note - When you work for the intelligence agencies, even just as an asset, you’re permanently owned by them due to secrecy oaths.)

* At a certain point when he was with this company, he and many others there got 'sick' from what they were told were toxins coming from materials used in building the new offices that they occupied. I've since discovered that this is what is sometimes reported when people are exposed to mind-control programming (such as when hypnotic chemicals are used, or from the adverse after-effects of electronic mind-control technologies). (Google “sick buildings mind control” for more information on this.)

* He only ever talked to me about what he does on his job one time, and he was very vague about it and quickly changed the subject. What he told me was in relation to a project he was involved in, which had to do with designing some sort of computer software system called ‘Navigator’ (not the Netscape software) that was to be used by telecommunications companies across Canada. Other than that, I had no idea what his job involved.

* He became progressively more arrogant and secretive towards me over the years.

* He owns a very powerful computer system that he doesn't seem to really have any need for. I’ve since discovered that his job is directly related to computer engineering, so he’d definitely know how to set up and use spyware.

* His wife, Gloria Forwood, is a strange case. No known background, no living relatives, very quiet and unassuming. She worked as a guidance councilor at a high school or college. She brought my brother into the church scene soon after they got married. My brother married her after only having known her for a few months (according to what he told me around the time they got married). In all the years that they’ve been married, she’s never said more than hello to me.

* He accepts all mainstream news as the truth without question, and refuses to believe that there could be any extensive corruption in government.

* He claims that all science and technology is being used by governments and major corporations for strictly positive ends (positive for whom?). He also told me at one point that he believes that electronic implants are a good idea and wouldn’t ever be abused.

* He refuses to back any of his opinions or beliefs, and this is probably because he knows he can't because what he claims is wrong. At the same time, he harshly criticizes my own beliefs and opinions, and refuses to consider any evidence that I’ve offered in the past to support them.

* He has expressed the belief more than once that humans are inherently bad, and that the world would immediately be reduced to anarchy if the government didn't impose the ever-increasing level of control over the rest of us that it does.

* He seems to have a fairly small and closed circle of friends, almost exclusively derived from the workplace and church.

Ultimately, my oldest brother Garry fits the description of someone who would be an ideal candidate as a mind-controlled (or heavily conditioned) intelligence operative. I now suspect very strongly that he is one, or is working for an intelligence agency under contract as an asset. I am able to provide even more background information on him that would help to support this suspicion further, but I'll save it for when he might choose to defend his name, if he ever has the courage.

As it is, I can no longer trust anything that this person has ever said or done, or will ever say or do, beyond the above. He is certainly corrupted in his beliefs. He has apparently sold his soul to evil powers, and this may have occurred so far back that everything negative that has taken place between my family and me has been largely influenced by his hand. He was the number one son in my mother’s eye, and her always trying to convince me that she loved us all equally while always giving him by far the most love and attention certainly spoke otherwise.

My immediate family has become the worst group of people I have ever known for treating me so badly. They have all created so many issues with me for such petty reasons that I don’t know where I would ever start in trying to correct them in their thoughts about me, although I’ve tried countless times. They don’t really know anything about me, and have never taken any interest in knowing. They only assume the things they think they know about me, and they’ve obviously been manipulated further (By each other? By the police?) to despise me and ostracize me, particularly since our mother died in 2002. They seem to have taken extra steps to turn others against me as well, including my nieces and nephews. I would wish only that I was given the opportunity by each one of them to hear their claims against me and to be able to fairly engage them in a discussion of these things, and to have them answer for themselves about their thoughts and beliefs regarding me, individually. But, unfortunately, as liars and cowards will do, they carefully avoid this and continue to sustain their lies and false beliefs by pretending such superiority over me that they feel they don’t have to be so honorable and fair. They use excuses, rather than reason. They have failed to be honorable as family members, and pretend that I’ve treated them so unjustly in the past that they’re excused from having to do so. The truth is, I have done nothing to any one of them to deserve the sort of abusive treatment they’ve continually subjected me to throughout my life. The point here isn’t to complain (as they would surely accuse me of doing), but to point out their gang-stalking attitude.

As long as they wish to maintain such an attitude towards me, then it’s only fair that I speak my thoughts about them out in the open, no matter how negative those thoughts might be. It’s far more just than to speak about me behind my back, so that I can’t defend myself against their lies and distortions.

If any of the Forwood family or any of their friends feel the urge to respond to this (I doubt any of you will, because you’re cowards), you had better be prepared to back anything you say with credible evidence to prove your claims about me, and you had better be ready to prove that I’m wrong about you if you plan to deny any of what I’ve said. But I know you hide from me now, like the evil, soulless cowards that you all are.

As it is, I now have physical evidence that my brother Garry Forwood was indeed spying on me through the computer he so generously ‘donated’ to me, which I have every intention of hanging him with for attempting to invade my privacy and sell me out to his satanic comrades. To be specific, I was able to locate a spyware chip that he had installed on the computer he gave me, which is now being held in a secure place, ready to be produced and used as evidence against him in court, if need be. Because this piece of evidence confirms all of my prior suspicions, I am now going public about Garry Forwood, with the full intention of destroying any association he has with the neo-fascists in government who are subverting all of our rights and freedoms in an attempt to gain complete power over us.

The New World Order is certainly here, but the spoken truth is my freedom.

Why Implants Aren't Used

Again and again, I come across the claim that implants are responsible for what people are experiencing as far as remotely reading their brainwaves This will clear the matter up, and these people should begin to look elsewhere for the cause of their experiences. Excellent reading Anthony You are, however, completely out of date with your research. Nano tech inside victims using satellites as the in between station to secret service control rooms has overtaken all the tech that you have researched. Mindcontrol.se is the site to look at all the different nano tech technologies that are also being used by rogue syndicates infiltrating big corporations, already since 2006/7 from witness accounts. Dutch TI Sandesh de Rijk is such a victim. Two weeks ago I went to a TI day in Brussels and met with Magnus Olsson who started raising awareness about this evil tech. There is now tech that can cut through your teeth and cause big holes in teeth and arteries. Every human brain has an unique brain energy pattern that can be identified by computer software in a control room (this happens without the use of any equipment on the victim) which is then analysed and further used for experimentation and also for criminal purposes, i.e. to actually control that persons energy fields including thought processes as every emotion has a specific frequency and therefore can be manipulated outside of that person by that special computer and then fed back into the victim. You must go to that website Anthony and read up about this totally horific tech. It is mind boggeling and heartbreaking. These nano tech particles are actual mini computers that can be utilised for mind control of the victim, that is what it boils down to. I cannot help you with other info except that website and also the websites that Flickk Anhuii gets some of his info from. We are together on this Anthony, and we also depend on each other too and only have each other as we are all victims. Stay strong

Scientific facts based on the laws of physics do not go out of date. Let me explain something. This is simple physics I'm going to describe, and can be verified by any radio technician.

It would be impossible to remotely pick up signals coming from any nano-sized implant beyond a few inches at best. Such an implant would essentially be a radio transmitter, and would have to follow the same scientific principles that any other radio transmitter does. A radio transmitter can only produce a given amount of amplitude, based on the amount of power it can handle, and this power level is largely determined by the size of the capacitor that stores and builds up the energy for the transmitter's signal. A capacitor has to be larger the more power it must store to gain the amplitude it needs to send the signal the desired distance. Amplitude equates to the distance that a radio wave can propagate. All EM waves lose amplitude with distance. An implant, whether nano-sized or larger, is therefore severely restricted in the amount of power it can use, due to its small size. This means that the amplitude of its signal will be extremely low, and so the distance that the signal will propagate is going to be equally extremely short. We're talking about inches at best. You could have a million nano-devices in you, working in tandem, and still, the combined signals will not add together to increase the amplitude. All you'll get is a very weak field effect of the same amplitude.

Brainwaves are also extremely weak, and can't be read by any device even inches distant from the head and without special shielding to block both natural EM and EM coming from unnatural sources that are constantly propagating throughout the environment. Take a look at what's required for a MEG machine to work. A MEG is the most sensitive device known to be able to read brainwave patterns (more powerful than a PET or fMRI scanner). This is all detailed at the link below, including pictures of the shielding used, to give you an idea of the problems involved.

When you say that "Every human brain ... can be identified by computer software in a control room (this happens without the use of any equipment on the victim)", you are completely mistaken and need to check your facts. My research will help you with that. As I said, scientific facts do not go out of date. My research is based on scientific facts.

If you want us all to be together on this, then please don't expect me to start at square one again, as I've had to do so many times already because people just refuse to look at the research that I've already done for them. I'm trying to make it simple for others to understand where they're wrong, and I've continually provided links to my research, without ever receiving one response that even attempts to disprove it. I just get a continual stream of similar responses to yours by a never-ending string of new people who are misinformed (no disrespect intended). It's very tiring to deal with after a while (I often wonder if it's purposeful).

I don't know offhand what you've seen of my research, but I suggest you look at this:

If you really want to work together (which is what I'd like as well), then see if you can find among any of your reference material anything that actually describes in this same sort of detail how what you claim is possible, based on known physics. This is what I've been asking for from people who make similar claims as yours for over a year now. Nobody has yet been able to. This includes Magnus, of all people. If that information can be provided, I'll look at it and take it into consideration. What I won't do any more, however, is continually waste my time looking at links that end up not detailing these things. That sort of response only increases my doubts about the sensibilities of other TIs, and makes me suspicious of the sources that put out this false information. Don't you think it's only fair to for others to be able to provide the sort of detail that I do in proving claims? Appeals to the emotions won't make falsehoods into facts. Stick with looking at the science behind the claims. Keep the emotional rhetoric out of it. It doesn't excuse faulty claims.

Evidence of Remote Neural Monitoring, or Carefully Planned Disinformation?

The Case of John St. Clair Akwei

John St. Clair Akwei claims to have worked for the National Security Agency (NSA) of the US government, and filed a lawsuit against them in 1992 (Washington DC, Civil Action 92-0449) for being targeted with what he referred to as ‘Remote Neural Monitoring’ (RNM) technologies. Many people have referred to this case as proof that these technologies exist, but on closer examination it can be seen that there’s very little to actually substantiate his claims. In fact, there is good reason to suspect that this case was a deliberate disinformation ploy to create the illusion that the NSA has more capabilities than it really does. This is a standard tactic used to throw off foreign and domestic adversaries and protect classified secrets. This sort of disinformation ploy is designed to create a prop that can then be used to lead people’s beliefs about the capabilities of these technologies so that they have a false understanding of the methods used in their targeting and the real methods are overlooked.

Akwei’s lawsuit application has been posted on the Internet in its entirety, and in reviewing it, I discovered that he provided very little information about the technology that would indicate how it operates, nor is there any more than a few sentences regarding the effects he claims to have suffered by these technologies at the hands of the NSA. Apparently, Akwei had no evidence at all to support his claims, or he would have clearly stated this fact in his lawsuit application. In fact, his case was dismissed by Judge Stanley Sporkin on the grounds that it was frivolous. By reading his application, it is indeed obvious that he had no case. I came across one online post by someone who said they had contacted Akwei to find out the results of the case, and Akwei hadn’t been interested in discussing it and didn’t want to be bothered about it.

Nonetheless, because Akwei went so far as to file a lawsuit, many people have come to automatically assume that this somehow gives his claims credibility, and I see his case being cited by one person after another as supporting evidence for their own claims, which makes me suspicious. It appears that his case is being used as part of an ongoing disinformation campaign to influence the targeted public in what it believes about these mind-control technologies and the methods that are used to cause the effects that they are experiencing.

Akwei states that he was in two-way communication with NSA agents who used these technologies to harass him, but he provides very few other details about his targeting beyond this and the majority of his application is filled with background information about the NSA and some details about their purported technological capabilities. Most of this information was already widely available at the time he filed his lawsuit. The only information that might have been relatively new at the time was a few of the more extraordinary claims he made about the technology.

For instance, Akwei describes technological capabilities that I have already shown (see http://exposinginfragard.blogspot.ca/2014/06/a-primer-on-v2k-vs-mind-reading.html) to be unrealistic. For instance, he states (emphasis added):

“Without any contact with the subject, Remote Neural Monitoring can map out electrical activity from the visual cortex of a subject's brain and show images from the subject's brain on a video monitor. NSA operatives see what the surveillance subject's eyes are seeing. Visual memory can also be seen.”

He goes on to state that it is all done non-invasively and “with no physical contact with the subject.” This implies that no special requirements are needed, such as implants or preliminary EEG sessions for learning a target’s unique brainwave signature patterns. However, I have already shown in my previous article how scientifically unrealistic this is.

Like virtually every other person making such extraordinary claims about these technologies (Tim Rifat, Jesus Mendoza, Robert Duncan, Alex Jones, etc.), Akwei fails to describe whatever method might be used that would circumvent all of the problems that have been detailed in my previous article regarding remote mind-reading technologies. He also fails to provide any sources for his information other than a list of references to a number of books and documents that he states he only discovered in 1991 after having notified the authorities and getting no responsive action. This list seems to be the extent of his evidence, and much of the referenced material is familiar to this author and none of it bears evidence that would support Akwei’s more extraordinary claims.

In his lawsuit application, Akwei makes the following claim (emphasis added):

“NSA computer-generated brain mapping can monitor all the electrical activity in the brain continuously. The NSA records aid decodes individual brain maps (of hundreds of thousands of persons) for national security purposes.”

He also states:

“Each person's brain has a unique set of bioelectric resonance/entrainment frequencies. Sending audio information to a person's brain at the frequency of another person's auditory cortex would result in that audio information not being perceived.”

Irrespective of finding some way of overcoming all of the problems described in my previous article regarding these technologies, reading all the activity of the brain, even if it could somehow be done, would require some very powerful computers with incredibly immense storage and memory capacities for each person being targeted. Even a MEG machine can’t read the activity of individual neurons and approximately 50,000 active neurons are needed for the brain to generate a signal that is strong enough to be detectable by it, so the claim that all brain activity can be monitored would require some exceptional science that lies outside of our current understanding of physics. This comment of Akwei's reflects his ignorance of the physical limitations of such a scheme.

But let’s consider this claim a little further, just to properly understand how unrealistic it is.

There are approximately one hundred billion neurons in the human brain, which means that just to capture one millisecond (1/1000 of a second, the approximate time it takes for a neuron to fire) of brain activity for one person, with only one byte of computer memory allocated to each neuron, it would require about 100 gigabytes of storage space per millisecond. One second of monitoring would require 100 terabytes (1 terabyte = 1,000 gigabytes). One hour (3,600 seconds) of monitoring one person would require 360,000 terabytes (360 petabytes, or 360 quadrillion bytes). Multiply this by the number of people that Akwei claims are supposedly being monitored (hundreds of thousands), and it becomes even more unrealistic. Of course, a single byte per neuron is far short of what would actually be required, since it would also be necessary to store and analyze information about each neuron, such as what it does, what its state is, what other neurons it connects to (there are approximately one thousand dendrites on each neuron that connect to other neurons), its firing rate, etc. Each additional piece of information about each neuron would multiply the storage requirements for each neuron by at least a factor of two, but probably much more. On top of all this, there’s the necessity of mapping all the meaningful neural firing patterns that are decoded from a person’s brain activity, which would require even further computer resources, both for doing the analysis and for storing the patterns and information about their meaning. Even though far less than the full set of 100 billion neurons would ever be of interest in mapping or monitoring for any particular type of pattern, the storage and analysis of a person’s brain activity would still require extraordinary memory and storage capabilities.

To put this into better perspective, in August 2011, IBM was reported to have built the largest storage array ever, with a capacity of 120 petabytes (120 million gigabytes). This would be about enough to store the complete neural information for one human brain for about twenty minutes at most.

So we see that for Akwei’s claims to be true, there has to be a database for each individual target that contains complete data on that person’s recognized patterns, as well as storage capacities for every millisecond of brain activity to be used for real-time monitoring while also analyzing the person’s brain activity. This might easily require days, weeks, or even months worth of recorded data during the preliminary pattern learning phase. Not that this is completely impossible, but it needs to be kept in perspective what Akwei is claiming, and what is realistic.

Akwei makes one more statement in his application that’s of particular interest here. He says (emphasis added):

“Signals Intelligence implemented and kept this technology secret in the same manner as other electronic warfare programs of the U.S. government. The NSA monitors available information about this technology and withholds scientific research from the public. There are also international intelligence agency agreements to keep this technology secret.”

This is an important point to take note of, because it supports the fact that the Robert Malech patent is also often cited as proof that these mind-reading technologies exist, yet the fact that this patent is in the public records goes directly against NSA procedures for keeping technological secrets. Why would it be there in the publicly available patent records if it were a classified technology that the government wanted to keep secret? It wouldn't.

The Robert G. Malech Patent

Because many people have been referring to this particular patent as proof that remote mind-reading technologies exist, I decided to search it out at the US Patent Office website, and retrieved a copy of the original application (US patent #3951134). The patent application was made in 1974 and was granted in 1976. The patent application describes the technology as an:

“Apparatus for and method of sensing brain waves at a position remote from a subject whereby electromagnetic signals of different frequencies are simultaneously transmitted to the brain of the subject in which the signals interfere with one another to yield a waveform which is modulated by the subject's brain waves. The interference waveform which is representative of the brain wave activity is re-transmitted by the brain to a receiver where it is demodulated and amplified.”

As has already been explained in my previous article, there are a number of problems with this method of remotely reading brainwaves that makes it unrealistic as a real application. However, because it received a patent grant, many people assume that the technology must work.

The use of the word ‘remote’ can be deceiving when used in relation to such technologies, and might mean nothing more than the distance of mere inches, as with SQUIDs in a MEG machine. The Malech patent gives no indication of the distances that the described technology would be expected to work at, but it does state the following (emphasis added):

“If the amplitudes of the two signals transmitted to the subject are maintained at identical levels, the resultant interference waveform, absent influences of external radiation, may be expected to assume zero intensity when maximum interference occurs[.]”

This raises the problems that I outlined in my previous article – that any extraneous electromagnetic interference arising between the source and the target will disrupt the signals, and this interference is virtually impossible to eliminate in an open environment. The greater the distance between source and target, the more interference there will be to contend with. This applies to both the transmitted signal and the returned signal, doubling the problem of sending and receiving a reliable signal. But more than that, the above quote also reveals the patent author only assumes that the technology will work as expected, rather than having actually been tested.

Further, in describing the method of operation, the patent application states (emphasis added):

“[T]he interference waveform is modulated by the brain waves. It is believed that this is due to the fact that brain waves produce electric charges each of which has a component of electromagnetic radiation associated with it.”

These last two quoted statements clearly indicate that, at least at the time that the application was filed (1974), there was no certainty that this technology would work as described or even that specific brainwave patterns could be determined, which suggests that a prototype of the technology was never actually built and tested to see if it would do what the patent author claims. According to the patent application process in the USA, such requirements are not necessary as long as the technology or invention is conceptually sound and based on known scientific principles.

One more thing needs to be understood that has to do with the patent process. According to an explanation of the patent examination process available on the US Patent Office website (emphasis added):

“As a rule the examiner will give to a claim its "broadest reasonable interpretation consistent with the specification. […] [T]he words of the claim must be given their plain (ordinary and customary) meaning unless applicant has provided a clear definition in the specification.”

Given this fact, a closer scrutiny of the Malech patent application will reveal that certain distinctions in its wording – most specifically in the choice of using the words ‘can’, ‘will’, and ‘may’ when and where they have been – suggest that the application author clearly understood that certain key aspects of this technology’s operation were only being assumed to work, rather than being certain to. I will spare the reader from going over these details of the application here, however, and will instead leave it to those who are interested in verifying this for themselves to read the original patent application available at the US Patent Office and carefully note how it is worded to reflect certain assumptions were being made about its capabilities.

One final note about this patent. It was obviously of no interest to the military or intelligence organs of the US government, otherwise it would have been immediately classified and kept out of the patent records. The fact that it received a patent grant relatively quickly and is in the patent records implies that the military/intelligence organs had already researched this technology and found it to be unworkable. That being the case, the Malech patent may have been purposely planted in the public records as a prop for later disinformation campaigns to mislead and confuse the targeted public about the sort of mind-control technologies that are being used on them, while other, more realistic methods of mind-control are applied without any awareness of the target. Even if the Malech patent wasn’t purposely planted, it has nonetheless become a misleading piece of information that has since been frequently used as proof that this remote mind-reading technology exists and can even do everything that John St. Clair Akwei claims.
